It is a beautiful place to see the sunrise and sunset.

This hotel is beautiful, quiet and peaceful. Everything we were looking for in order to”escape”, Carlos and Roger and all staff were very friendly and courteous. 10/10! Will stay here every time we visit.

We have stayed all over the island and often visit Kin-ha but this was our first time at the hotel. It will not be our last

We had an exceptional stay at Casa de Los Sueños. The accommodations were lovely and the service - from the manager to the wait staff at the restaurant were friendly and professional.

Great comfy bed/pillows, great view!! The restaurant was a hike back but phenomenal food.. it is a beach club, so lots of music and people if your looking for that.. clean hotel but they charged me for water in mexico, where you cant drink the water!?! Haha

Stayed for a week at this property and cannot say enough about it. It's beautiful, quiet, clean, etc. Staff were super friendly and a pleasure to sit down with. Kin Ha (their beach club and restaurant) being included is icing on the cake. We stayed in a ocean view king - perfect. Just perfect. I would stay here again in a second!

Wow! This place was a true oasis! Highlights include the amazing breakfast and sweet and helpful staff. Oh yeah and my boyfriend of 11 years proposed our first night there! So I’m a bit partial but this is my favorite place in the world! Gorgeous views and loved the access to the beach- no sand and all boardwalk is actually really great! Recommend the in room massage too! Really good snorkeling right off the pier… so easy and no excursion necessary! And bonus points for having N.A. beer. 10/10

Well..it wasn't like a holiday, more like being with family, thanks to Carlos, Roger, Chris & everyone there( not forgetting Marvin & Nina ( resident dogs) .i was made to feel welcome, the whole of my stay..including by luis ( taxi driver) muchas gracias amigos/ amigas. Would thoroughly recommend this place, clean, spacious, good facilities in my room...breakfast included ( downstairs in an adjacent restaurant..) lovely infinity pool with a great view..downside is.. no shop on site & if you want dinner there are a few places closeby or you go to playa norte ( best beach in Latin America . White sand, turquoise sea..) ..picus & snappers are my favourites..stunning sunset too. Either you hire a golf cart or take a taxi , around $10-13 us...or 150-200 pesos

I felt like I was in a Mexican movie. The entire hotel was quaint yet luxurious. Colorful and classy. Just what you want when you go to another country

First time in Isla Mujeres. Beautiful place. Everyone was so nice. All the staff friendly and helpful. We’ll definitely return.

Carlos & Roger both were exceptional host. The Hotel is small yet offers everything you expect at a large resort property without the crowds. The restaurant/bar on the water (Kin ha) has everything you could ask for. Swim up bar, water front lounges, in water swings. Great food as well.. Been to Isla many times, this is now by far our favorite place to stay.. Strongly recommend!!

We have stayed here several times and it never disappoints. If you are looking for beautiful scenery, some snorkeling and some quiet time this is the place. It’s why we keep coming back!

We stayed in the Presidential Suite which came with its own, private full-sized swimming pool. The staff were uniformly helpful, cheerful and accommodating. It was a grea6t stay.

We loved EVERYTHING about Casa de los Suenos and will never stay anywhere else in Isla! Best vacation we’ve ever had.

We really liked the area and the unique access to the ocean with docks instead of beaches- it cuts down on the mess and is very enjoyable! We loved the volley ball in the ocean, the kayaks, paddle boards and snorkeling gear! That was awesome to be able to do as part of our stay on a day to day basis. Carlos, one of the concierge’s was delightful and helped us plan a nice snorkeling excursion and gave good suggestions for restaurants and other things to consider. On a personal note we like having a little more autonomy with food so in the future will look for something with more of a kitchenette that allows better for left overs, snacks, etc. There was a mini fridge which was helpful at Casa Los Suenos. I think it’s a really lovely place to stay and has great amenities!

This was the perfect stay for my friend and I looking to be away from the crowds closer to town but still have the ability to explore. The access to Kin Ha was perfect. A few restaurants nearby and the hotel staff helped us book any excursions or taxis that we needed.
The team really went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of! And they even let me practice my horrible Spanish skills! 10/10 would recommend.

The staff, particularly Carlos, was great. The restaurant was very nice.

Chris does a great job in running the grounds of the hotel. Don Carlos gives you the best recommendations for meals and places to go. Roberto is professional, kind, and does a great job and getting things you may need for your stay. This place is amazing and probably has the best staff we’ve encountered in Mexico.

Carlos was amazing and so friendly. I loved the hotel cat "Maggie" too. it was a beautiful hotel with a lovely pool. The only downside was the restaurant which had terrible food.

It pains me to give this place two stars since I loved it so much, and you may be wondering why I would give it two stars if I did love it. Read on to find out the pros and cons, and how the cons were big enough to outweigh the pros.
Pros:
-Chris is fantastic as a manager.
-His entire staff is amazing. I particularly liked Gabriel, Roger (night manager), and Pablo (restaurant manager).
-The property itself is absolutely beautiful.
-The rooms are very nice too, especially the presidential suite which I got a personal tour of.
-They have adorable animals that live there.
Cons:
-there was a very bad storm on Wednesday that caused the power to go out for over 5 hours. That meant that there was also no running water at all, since it ran off of electricity for the pumps. The hotel has no backup generators.
-there was a supposed agreement with Mayan Beach Club on Playa Norte. Come to find out after wasting 400 pesos round trip with tip and a few hours of time, I would’ve had to have spent 400 pesos at Mayan to sit in the “free” chair. Chris was apologetic when I told him, and said this was the first it’s happened
-I ate at Suenos’s sister restaurant that they own, Kin Ha, which by the way serves fantastic food, almost everyday, sometimes several meals per day. I kept a detailed line item of everything I ordered in a note on my phone, noting how much I spent per day. My total came out to 3940 pesos. Somehow when I went to check out, that total was 4356 pesos.

Its as pretty as it looks! We enjoyed our family vacation with older boys- ages 12 & 16. The staff is so helpful- Roger, Carlos, and Chris went out of their way to help book excursions or help with any need we had. Book a room with a view! The breakfast included is on the water and is order from a menu and not something small. The orange juice was freshly squeezed and tasted amazing each day. Find the adorable coffee spot walking distance from this hotel and walk to the beach on the other side to see the most amazing cliff views! We loved this hotel because it was smaller so it was calm and so personable. Rent a golf cart and explore the island. Book the fishing excursion! Thank you Roger & Chris!! Im so sad we aren't in paradise and home. Hopefully we can come again! - The views from the hotel lobby are beautiful!!

The room didn’t have a tv, but the view is so nice that you don’t need one.
The hotel was very nice and the restaurant was great.
My wife and I are definitely coming back.

We enjoyed our stay at Casa de los Suenos. It wasn't as busy as larger hotels as there are 11 rooms, so we felt we had more personal attention to whatever we needed. The hotel was close to restaurants and activities which was perfect for us. Roger and Carlos are gracious hosts and very welcoming every time we saw them. The restaurant is close by and we had a delicious breakfast each morning. It was nice to have snorkeling, kayaks and paddle boards close by - included with our stay. Close to the beach for sunsets and not a long drive to Punta Sur for beautiful sunrises. If you're looking for a more personal stay on Isla, we recommend Casa de Los Suenos Boutique Hotel.

I want to give a huge shout out to Phil & Tracy Martin - the owners of Casa de los Suenos!!! They have done a great job with their hotel. First of all it is in the very best location on the entire island (a new Secrets will be opening soon right next door), the staff are always extremely helpful, the food in the restaurant is very good and reasonable, the rooms are spacious and have great balconies facing the water (and comes with a great breakfast). There are currently 3 pools (they are building another) and one has a water slide in it. All water activities are at no extra charge - they have kayaks and paddle boards (I believe they have a few nice bikes too but we didn’t use them). You can snorkel right off their beach or you can walk down their private pier and jump off to snorkel too - or hold onto the handle and swing over the water and drop in. Good restaurants are nearby to get to quickly by golf cart or taxi. I wouldn’t think of staying anywhere else.I give it a 10/10!!

Stunning views, excellent customer service, quiet and easy walking distance to Punta Sur! The team at Casa de los Suenos went above and beyond to make sure every need was taken care of! We booked the family room with a kitchen which was handy to do basic prep and a refrigerator. No microwave but the front desk said they would be happy to reheat leftovers if needed in their microwave. Filtered water supplied in lobby to refill water bottles. Very quiet area and very handy to have full access to Kin Ha beach club below, which would save you front row seats on the lounge (no additional cost) and food/beverage service which can easily be charged to your room if you do not want to carry $ with you. The included breakfast at either Kin Ha or Mayan beach club was fantastic! Full, large breakfasts that held us over most the day very filling and delicious. Beds were very comfortable (medium to medium soft) and additional bedding/blankets available and a roll away bed for kids was also available upon request. Bikes were newer and updated and it was about a 20 min walk to Punta Sur (a must do). Couple of other restaurants and food carts (the espresso Volkswagen bug one block away is super fun!) within walking distance, cabs easy to get, or the front desk will order in a delivery order of food if you desire. Did I say the view is unbelievable? Highly recommend snagging up this gem before the new fancy hotel next door drives up the price. Thank you for an amazing stay!

A small hotel with very helpful staff. Menu got a bit tedious at the « beach » club (there is no beach but rather platforms out over the water). Also the club is open to non hotel guests so it is a bit of a competition to get a lounge chair as there are a limited number. However there are a few chairs at the private hotel pool so the one day I was unable to get a chair at the club I went to the little hotel pool and it was very pleasant.

Beautiful views, loved the pools and chairs out on dock that led directly into turquoise ocean! Very friendly staff. Shower was cold and toilet did not flush well, though. Only on an issue in our room I think.

Hotel staff was a pleasure to get to know. Food was great and infinety pools were spectacular. Great local restaurunts were walking distance. A great choice for being on the less resorty side of the Island.
