I booked the court yard deluxe for the second time to stay there but they upgraded us to another room. If wanted that room I will booked it myself I asked them why as I was happy to stay at where I paid for the lady at the front desk told me they're doing renovation on it. I suggested if you renovated any of your room you should had not advertise it as it's false advertisements. The veranda cafe is my favorite place and the service and foods are excellent there. The staff's work at the Veranda both shop and cafe are so amazingly friendly and professional. The staff's at the main restaurant are lazy. It's took them 15-20minutes to come and asked us if we want to order especially there's only my husband and myself in the restaurant It took them 35 minutes to made me a Banana, Nutella Crepes with the excuse of we have to prepare for Brunch. It doesn't take 5 minutes to made a crepe. We won't be staying at Oyster Bay after having to go through this especially we have to showerd in cold water and thank goodness it's so hot over there.

Beautiful property, guest customer service, secluded area, best to rent a car if you plan to visit other places on the island.

It was a decent property. Main issues were power outages and the beach we were unable to use due to seaweed. The beach issues I know they can’t control but since it is such a secluded resort I think more should have been done such as discounted meals, a free shuttle to beaches throughout the week etc. If you’re looking for beach hotel, I recommend staying on the Caribbean Sea side of island.

The everyday staff is super friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately when dealing with the front desk and management I can not say the same. The benefits associated with being a VIP are ridiculous. Continental Breakfast consisted of either toast or croissants and coffee that was it. Although the resort was better than 50 percent empty the property did not offer us an upgrade on our room.

Overall not a good resort experience. This was our second visit to the resort, had good expectations. Did not feel particularly welcome from the beginning. Front desk just not very friendly, same for the Shipwreck shop. Property is dated, room had mold on wall/ceiling near the sliding door (it was cleaned during visit). Infinity Bar was very good, pool was great, and Veranda meals and service was great (breakfast/lunch). Infinity restaurant poor, got sick. Considering our first visit was really good, very disappointing this time.

The staff from reception were helpful it was the icing on the cake when I received a bottle of wine upon checkin. Attention to the little details matter. The room was comfortable and clean and the view of the ocean and St Barth’s on a clear day was wonderful to wake up to.

The room we had was so beautiful and massive. The whole place was clean and comfortable. As long as you have a car to get around, I think this was an amazing option for a stay. Plus the infinity pool was also super nice and you can swim as late as you want. I thought that it was an amazing value because for me, it was one of the biggest hotel rooms I had ever stayed in. It was like a massive apartment complete with a balcony, two sink bathroom, bidet, and fully equipped kitchen. I'm from NYC, but I really thought the hotel room was huge. Thanks again!

I love our view from our room, staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Room was cleaned and restocked everyday and I loved the pool! Only down side is the website says Continental breakfast but there wasn’t any type of food for guest at all unless it was the restaurant which we didn’t like the menu! But other than that we enjoyed our stay!

I loved the property it is quiet about 30 minutes from the airport and town center, so if you are not renting a vehicle keep that in mind. The room upgrade was the best part of my stay the view of the ocean is beautiful to wake up to. The food at the restaurants was good. The Continental breakfast offered as VIP was disappointing, a crossaint and juice or tea. Definitely still had to purchase breakfast. The staff seemed friendly but needs better communication skills. Checkout time was also at 10am and i was only accomodated for 1 hour Overall i did not feel like i had a VIP experience

I liked the location of the hotel, it's quiet. What I didn't like was the breakfast which was supposedly on offer and we paid for it because the choice was very limited. I didn't find anything unique about this hotel.

If you’re looking for a quiet getaway this is it. Plus if you like to party you can always get a taxi and you can arrange for that same taxi to come get you when you are done partying. The room comes with everything you need to be comfortable. It’s really clean. The staff is super friendly. I would definitely come here again

Day1. Greeted by the lovely Beyoncé at the Front Desk. Check in was smooth and quick (arrived 3;30pm). 4pm attended Welcome ceremony with Dr. D the Facility Director. The rest of my week (5/13-18) was wonderful. The Infinity Pool was exquisite; The birds beautiful; other patrons were very courteous and friendly. I learned how to embrace the water by taking a water-aerobics class (the ladies and the instructor Lucy were fabulous). Drinks and Dinner served in the Courtyard- nice drinks made by David. Staff very helpful and courteous. They have Go-Carts to take you around the complex if you have too many bags or too tired to walk. Dawn Beach is clean and the water is glorious. Please stop by the Beranda for delicious foods by Chef Carlos 😍.

The property was nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. There are two restaurants on the property. We ate breakfast there every morning and the food was good enough! The beach is just steps away, we stayed on the side closest to the beach entry. They also had several nights with entertainment, we attended 2 of the nights. The entertainment was really nice! I would stay here again. Also if you decide to get a rental car, parking is free at the hotel.

The checkin with Beyoncé was very nice, she gave us the bottle of wine. Entering the room, it was getting maintenance done so that wasn’t great and then one day a maid came and asked for something she forgot in the closet or wanted to give to another guest out of our closet so that was kind of odd. It was a lovely stay overall, nice staff for the most part (find that the men staff were nicer than the women, besides Beyoncé, she was kind) the property was clean and cute. Transport is a lot, not so convenient on pricing and the food was so so good.

The room could have been cleaner. I found several pieces a hair in the bathroom and on/in the bed that was not mine which disgusted me. All the staff was pleasant and accommodating for the most part.

3 full days in paradise was just not enough! I did end up losing 1.5 days, as I came down with a viral intestinal illness, and stayed in bed all day the last full day and into the morning, today. I will have to return!

The photos show the updated time share rooms but when you check in the hotel they place you in the older rooms. I received a free upgrade but wasn’t happy with the view and the age of the room. It was spacious and the staff was nice. The location is far from the city.

The area was immaculate and beautiful. The staff all go out of their way to make sure that my needs were met. They help arrange transportation when I wanted to go out on a trip. It was a wonderful week away.
