Exceptional service beautiful place

Had charm that you don't find anymore. And the owners were friendly and communicative.

Great spot to relax after a ski day. We happened to have no one else staying at the Guest House, so it was like having our own Airbnb to ourselves. Very spacious, clean, comfortable. Access to W/D and hot tub were great bonuses. Need to be ok with shared common space as it is a possibility.

The Inn at Quail Run is a beautiful place in a beautiful location. Martin, the host and one of the owners, was very gracious and welcoming. Our very comfortable room was in the guest house portion of the building. The setting was peaceful, the experience was very relaxing. We wish that we had planned for more time there.

This property offered an outside pool and hot tub along with an indoor sauna, however we did not use any of these since we had traveled all day and were moving on early the next morning. The room was very nice, tastefully decorated, and on one floor. There is a large working kitchen with a large refrigerator for guests to use, just bring your own food. Coffee is readily available for you to make throughout the day/evening, and packaged individual coffee cakes are for guests as well. This place is all that you want it to be. Our host, Martin, was very helpful and friendly. We would stay again if in the area.

A pleasant surprise on our way to Maine. The check in was simple, the grounds were serene and the inn was adorable, well maintained and immaculate. It was a lovely but too short stay.

So very many things to do, pool, spa, sauna, pool table, beautiful scenery. Huge fireplace made for a warm and cozy atmosphere. The outdoor views were beautiful panoramas of all colors.

It was a beautiful property but there was literally no one there. Apparently the person to meet me was Ill which I totally understand but I was the only guest. I let myself in with the door code provided. But the only visitor in peak foliage season? It was just weird.

The Inn was very convenient to everything....would have loved to meet the owners & coffee would have been nice in the morning

The property and facilities themselves were clean and tidy, though no shoes are allowed to be worn indoors so this is probably why. We had a few unpleasant discoveries however worth mentioning. The most disappointing was that, despite being told at check-in that the kitchen area was "safe" to store our personal food and beverage in, we went to pack up our things the final morning only to find that a pack of expensive craft beer that was supposed to be a gift for a friend and some local cider had been "disappeared" overnight (aka drunk by someone other than myself and my partner as we were at a wedding the night before). Since the beer was only available locally we had to change our travel plans to pick up some more to replace it. We had been informed that some of the other guests were friends of the owners so maybe things were more relaxed but considering the beverages were stored on top of our personal cooler in the fridge and that there's no cold storage like a mini fridge in the individual rooms...this was rather annoying and inconsiderate in my opinion and I could not find the woman who checked us in to address it before we had to check out. A few more minor issues was that the outlet in the bathroom, was non-functioning so I had limited options in styling my hair for the wedding I mentioned before and the first night some of the other guests made a campfire in a firepit that happened to be below the window which the wind brought all the smoke into our room.

The hot tub jets weren’t working. And the water was dirty. Found hair and a contact lens inside

It’s a semidetached house, with 4 bedrooms on the upper level. Morgan’s room is the one we stayed. It’s not the master bedroom but size is comfortable and has a in suite. We stayed 2 nights Tues & Wed. We were the only tenants there. We enjoyed the entire house. The house not only our room but also the kitchen are very clean and make us feel cozy in every way.

We did not know what to expect when we booked this property for a one-night stay. We were quite surprised at the uniqueness of this inn. It referenced "common spaces" which we assumed was a typical small space that hotels offer but instead were immense areas including a pool table, sauna, huge couches, big screen tv, etc. You could easily get lost in this inn! Summer months would allow you to use the outdoor pool area. It would be the perfect place for a family reunion or church leader retreat, etc. It was very clean and well-maintained. Our only complaint was it is a bit remote (but manageable to get to town for dinner) and the noise level from the room above us.

We arrived late in the evening but there was no one there to check us in. We called. We knocked. We were exhausted. We sat in our car desperately trying to find another place to stay and 45 minutes after continued failed attempts, someone came to our car and asked us if we were checked in at the inn. We were relieved to finally get into our rooms.

There was a mix up with my reservation and the booking. But the owner figured out the booking issue and took it upon himself to clean my room personally. We sat out by the pool while we waiting. The room was comfortable and overlooked the pool.
