The property and location were excellent. 7 minutes walk to beach. Staff were very helpful.
Only problem was my stay is during the riots

nothing unique
The situation of the property is convenient

The pool was underwhelming. Staff weren’t helpful, snorkel sets broken, room was large but many things broken or didn’t work eg lighting, broken lounge, shower recess, etc needs some love and care.

The balcony with esplanade and bay views was just great

This property should not be a zramada ir wyndham! Linen /bedding/towels of very poor quality. Towels stained! Bed was very uncomfortable, lumpy and worn! One of the worst places i have stayed!

I liked the staff, all friendly.
I liked that the hotel was 5 minute's walk from the beach.
Nice pool.
However, I didn't like that no room services were cleaning because we stayed for five nights. We needed to call reception to ask for bin bags, clean towels and a coffee sachet.
TV was old and not a smart TV.
Also, I wouldn't say I liked to pay for a service that was not utilised. E.g., shutter bus
There was no energy from 1100am to 1700hrs on our last day.

Staff are friendly however the rooms were dirty and bins not emptied daily. Fixtures in room were broken and ended up getting mould on my clothing. Rooms need to be renovated.

Very responsive to all of our requests when we needed anything. It is necessary to ask for new towels, extra toilet paper etc.
Beautiful views from our apartment with a lovely terrace to sit outside.
Apartment had everything we needed and the laundry was especially welcome. Just ask for washing tablets.

1 bed apartment, amazing views all facilties you could need. At least 5 mins easy walk round to the beach front. Pool was fairly average with minimal sunbeds.

The hotel is falling to pieces because of a lack of maintenance. In my room one of the AC units did not work the water pressure and water heat was like a dribble of luke warm water. The toilet cistern leaked all night drip drip drip. I usually stay at the Hilton but it was full so I thought how bad can the Ramada be. My recommendation is to only stay there if there are no other options.

We were only here 1 night

This is a lovely hotel and I really enjoyed my 3 night vacation here, though I do have notes.
1. The facilités and location are the best in Noumea.
2. The beachside bar and thus any outside nice area was blocked off for an event 2 of the 3 nights. This should NOT happen at a high end venue. You also need to cater to your guests. Partition the area or create a second bar away from the event area if need be.
3. It was very difficult to get service around the pool even when you asked. Please address this.
4. We had a 20000 credit but only knew of this in departure!! So we wasted about 130 AUD
5. Lots of flies at the breakfast bar on the food. Need to find a way to sort this.
6. Excellent wifi

The pool area is lovely and the bistro serves great food and drinks. Our room had amazing ocean views and the property is conveniently located.

We have stayed at the Ramada three times. We like the position in a quieter part of Anse Vata but its still very easy to get to everywhere. The rooms we had were spacious and the service excellent.
We will stay here next time.

The views from the balcony and the bedrooms were fantastic. The furniture were a bit outdated but functional. It was also nice to have the washing machine inside the apartment. Overall we had a very nice stay. We recommend Ramada for family vacation.

Had a great stay at the Ramada. We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment. Great views from the balcony. Big sized apartments - older style but well maintained. Very friendly staff. Easy walk to the beach and restaurants. Will definitely stay again.

Very very tired 3 star hotel that isn't really a holiday destination. No service in the rooms, poorly equipped and really horrible old, thin towels reluctantly changed. The hotel was half empty but they gave us the car park view! The sports bar served basic meals seemingly randomly and the staff really didn't welcome English speakers. The laundry was totally filthy.

Room not serviced at all during week. Rooms dated, and unclean

We had to ask for extra toilet paper rolls almost every day.

Great location, comfortable stay. The staff were very friendly and the food at the 360 restaurant was outstanding. The views from the balconies were beautiful and the room was huge. The property is very dated but decent. The amenities were lacking a bit though. We had four people staying in a two bedroom apartment, but we had no drinking glasses, 3 wine glasses, 2 coffee mugs, no hand towels, tea towels or bath mats, or bedding for the sofa bed. The room got cleaned only once during our 7 night stay and we had to ask at reception during the day if we wanted any items replaced.

The view and the restaurant. Restaurant had only two things on menu but they were great.

The only thing I dislike is the shower drain did not block sewer odour, I needed to put a towel on the drain.
Every thing else was great, clean and convenient.
Staff was lovely and a stunning view on my balcony.

Pool is lovely. Room was adequate. Our group of 3 families travelling together were spread out over floors 8,10 and 15. Would have liked to at least been on the same floor

I had a great stay at Ramada. The staff at reception and the restaurant/bar where professional and friendly. They were always willing to help and answer my questions about the Tourism aspects of Noumea.
It is in a central location and a short walk to the beach and restaurants.

Some of the processes at this hotel are more for the benefit of staff/management than guests, such as having to return pool towels daily and me having to email a manager to have Wyndham number added ro booking because receptionist not willing to take a note

Very very bad experience . I only stay one night due to inconvenience with the check in and the lack availability of the rooms . You guys lie during the reservation and the personnel there didn’t help us .
The good thing for me and my family is that we changed the hotel (Hilton) and the different between Ramada and Hilton is amazing , the apartment , staff , etc , definitely the next time we will do the reservation at Hilton .

The property was dated. Front desk staff could be inexperienced (newly hired.) Limited housekeeping (once for 8-nights stay.)
The room came with a kitchenette, so we can prepare our own brunch daily.
Location is nearby supermarket/ shops and tour sites, so that was good.

Good location, walking distance to cafes and beach.
Our 2 bedroom apartment was very spacious.
Nice pool area, but needs way more loungers or some kind of seating poolside.
Apartment needed a deep clean - sticky tables, dirty floor and walls.
Limited plates etc.
Missed a toaster for brekkie toast !

Property is quite tired, our apartment really needed painting, with damaged doors. Overall pretty shabby. There was no safe, but on request they place one in the wardrobe - not fixed to anything! Cleaning didn't show upon day 4 as promised, then the towels were not changed as they were still wet! Took 2 more days to get towels replaced, which with 2 kids was essential. Pool closes at 6pm for some reason. Oh, and there was a fight in the bar next to the pool.....

On night 3 of our stay, a large crowd of young males came into the room next door and started drinking and held a knife against their throat. We reported to reception and requested the police be called. Police weren't call so we requested to move rooms as we felt unsafe. We moved from a lovely ocean view room on Level 15 to no view on Level 5. When we requested to move back to our original room after the young males had left after only 1 night, we were told the room had been re-rented and we couldn't. We were very unimpressed with the staff member who dealt with this (large Islander, New Zealand male who did night-shift during the week of our stay) and the hotel manager we could not manage to even talk to face-to-face she was always unavailable and just passed messages through her staff. The staff member who worked the night shifts dealt with this in a most unsatisfactory manner and was rude as well. He really didn't seem to care and insisted that there was a family with children booked into that room despite that obviously not being the case. Rather than calling the police and throwing them out of the hotel, we were forced to beg to have a room change so we could feel safe in a foreign country with our 2 children. Considering we were booked in for a 7 night stay I think we were poorly treated. However the young male staff member (with the beard) who worked the day shift during our stay was very helpful and went out of his way to assist - he should be commended.

We were a little disapointed in a few things. And things that are advertised on their website are not accurate. There was no housekeeping for our 5 night stay, only if we wanted to pay extra. We had to ask for toilet paper on a daily basis. Their restaurant is only open on certain days and times and only for lunch. Their sports bar has limited food options and on certain days and times. There was maintenace being done on 3 of the days of our stay and water shut off for a short time, and access to our room needed for a bit for electrical work. Just one day of interuptions would have been fine, but to have something several days was a bit annoying. The pool is not great, freezing cold, limited space for lounge chairs, and under trees that were dropping things. The hotel is very dated, but the junior suite we had was still nice and spacious. The hotel was very quiet, except for the construction that was going on next door and started very early in the morning. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. Only about a 10 minute walk to the beach and promenade. Probably would not stay here again.

Great location and pool. The view from our room was amazing. Surprised in this day and age that you get such little wifi which was really annoying. Room had every thing you need but as it is not serviced you have to ask for things like extra toilet paper.

The hotel is old, flooring is all broken, no toaster in the kitchen to toast some simple bread, had to pay for wifi everyday, no milk in the hotel, think there may have been bed bugs, bar food was awful, no ability to get a simple egg for breakfast during the week, burnt paninis on offer, the surface of the pool is sharp - my kids ended up with scratches all over their feet and legs - we only went their once in 8 days. Wouldnt recommend it in any way.

They didn’t include room clean or fresh towels, also no milk for coffee in the room, also no internet……..had to pay extra for internet……it should be included and unlimited
