Seeing from outside I was not convinced but the service and the room was great. Plenty of great pillows, an amazing bathroom . The negative point is to carry on heavy bags to the second floor.

Very central location, walk to historical pubs, cafes and Salisbury cathederal. Stone henge is a 20minute drive away. Hotel has no lift and no opening windows, upper area is a maze so could be a fire trap in an emergency. Nice friendly staff. Excellent breakfast and everything well laid out and presented.
Parking is some 200 metres away, which is fine since hotel is very central, but you can park on side street drop off luggage and then park the car in car parking space.

Unfortunately we had a room at the front of the hotel and it was constant noise from 10.30 pm plus 7am in the morning a car or house alarm was constantly going off every few minutes for quite awhile and after paying £121 for the room i thought breakfast would be included . Couldnt fault the breakfast though it was lovely , lots of choice

Clean, comfy room no noise or smells … friendly staff and amazing room cleaner. Keyhole is slightly difficult as so close to door but no complaints … breakfast was tasty too

The room is nice, clean and comfortable. We made a good decision.

Staff was EXTREMELY helpful and friendly. They were so concerned when our luggage was “delayed” by BA. They helped us a lot.
We are so glad we decided for our
two nights pre cruise to
stay in Salisbury rather than in London, the Cathedral, Stonehenge among other reasons.
I Ioved my English Breakfast in Quodos which by the way have an excellent Bar and happy Hour.

We stayed in the suite,no 25, top floor. Very, spacious, beautifully furnished, newly decorated, absolutely spotless, so quiet and huge comfortable bed. Loved the complimentary wine and coffee machine. Vanesss was very helpful and efficient. Room was replenished and refreshed every day.

Staff very nice. Bar menu. Narrow steep stairs to rooms.

Amazing accomodation with delicious food but the heart and sole of the place was Ellie whose five star customer service was excellent.

The room was a perfect size for our family visit. The staff were very welcoming. We booked an evening meal in the restaurant; the starters were wonderful but the main meals were poor. The pork belly was far too fatty and the southern fried chicken burger was over cooked.

Everywhere was clean and fresh. Lots of little extras like a coffee machine with a generous supply of pods, usb points by the bed, plenty of fluffy towels. The only negative was parking - we booked it but couldn’t access it until the 2 o’clock check in. Most hotels let you park early if there are spaces.

Modern room and great location.

Qudos has a lovely renovated interior with high ceilings and excellent service from staff. Little loud on a Friday night but simply because it’s a central location. They do have double pane windows to block out the noise… we just had to crack one to get some air in at night! Would stay here again!

Beautiful bedroom, really clean.

Overall we had an excellent stay. Everything was spot on. Bit more detail to the paintwork would be great. The only downside was the view from the window overlooked the extractors from the kitchen and quite noisy only rooftops were visible which was a shame. Couldnt fault the breakfast ..excellent.

Great location, professional and friendly staff, comfy bed and excellent shower. Small negative - only a coffee machine and no kettle. Hot water through coffee machine does not make good tea. Be aware there is no lift. Be also aware their Sunday carvery is the best.

A really comfortable hotel, close to the market square so an easy walk to all the sights.

This is an unexpected gem of a property above a pub in the centre of Salisbury. The room was extremely clean, comfortable and well equipped, with a number of quaint touches. The breakfast was excellent and the staff very friendly. Highly recommended.

The hotel was in an excellent location, but parking was an issue. Luckily a member of staff jumped in the car and showed us where to park.
We were astonished to find that our room was at the very top of several flights of stairs. Fortunately a very nice waitress carried some of our luggage upstairs for us.
The room was lovely and was actually a suite. However the coffee pot did not work and the young man who came to look had no idea how to work it.
However, he did manage to get the tv in the sitting room working.
Unfortunately I had made an error in the booking and we had to change rooms. The cleaner was extremely nice and helpful and moved our luggage to No 26. We were shocked to find that this room, although only half the size, was the same price as No 25 with two rooms. When we asked we learnt that on Saturday the price jumps from 118 pounds to 153 pounds. An enormous jump.
Better shower in 26 but one of the beside table lamps needed a new bulb.
We were there in mid-November, so I dread to think what the prices would be like in summer.
The Hotels.com website is very misleading and doesn't show what the final price would be.
Good dinner the first night and good breakfasts, again with lovely staff to serve us.

Quaint little hotel situated inside a public house. The staff were very friendly and our room was good. The only downside is the hotel is situated on a main road so it is somewhat difficult to drop off bags before you get a ticket. We hadn’t booked parking but luckily they had space for us in their car park (£7.50) which is a 5 min walk away.
