The hotel had nice interior, well maintained and clean. The location was in walking distance to Wanfujing walking street and local amenities. Our stay was early November and the weather still warm in the daytime. Unfortunately due to the season the hotel had prematurely switched off the cooling system making the room uncomfortablely hot.

Service at this hotel is first class, Kevin and the concierge extremely helpful which is what you need when not able to speak Cantonese. The location is about 30 mins walk from Wangfujiang and Forbidden City, also relatively close to a choice of restaurants. The laundry room and gym are both excellent, well equipped useful facilities.

The location of the hotel is very good. Lobby is luxurious and they have a nice bar with good happy hour deals. The hotel has a nice laundry room which is free for guests, self service. Breakfast was great with many options. Our room had a comfortable king size bed with high quality linens. They offer a pillow menu with really interesting options, we tried all of them! Bathroom had lots of amenities and the shampoo/ conditioner smelled amazing. They did not offer an upgrade at check in but I felt the room was spacious enough for our needs that I did not request it either. Room had a great desk with multiple outlets, nice size TV with lots of channels and free water bottles, coffee/tea station. Lastly, we were amazed by how nice, patient and attentive the staff was. They were very helpful and always had a smile.

The hotel is in the main Beijing's way near the Regent hotel. The hotel is big and the quality is top. The breakfast is very good. They clean my room twice a day. All the staff is excellent. Above all, I have to tank Mr. Andy Jia, the man of the staff who was very helpful with me. He is gentle and polite and do all is possible to help me.

Park Plaza was lovely. Andy Jia was phenomenal. Mike Zhang and the rest concierge team was also helpful. Liked how polished the hotel was and enjoyed the proximity to restaurants and shops. Everyone was helpful but Andy provided us one of the best guest experiences we’ve ever had in all our travels.

Room was comfortable and cleaning service was great. Good coffee and tea in the room. Useful reading desk in the room. I would stay again. Front desk staff speak enough English if you need it. Restaurant hours are not reliable. We tried to take advantage of their hot pot special, but the restaurant closed early. They do have free laundry machines, but most don’t work and/or aren’t cleaned.

There are three outstanding staff as the name cards of Park Plaza, 1. Larry Liu-is the best and a very dignified-look Manager warmly greeting, talking to and serving you (always with smile) as his family guests every day for our five days stay while the restaurant foods are delicious and plenty, and we wants to come back to this Hotel and meet him again 2. Eric Zhang-the senior Conceige who guides and shares his experiences with us for all places, restaurants and must see or do in Beijing, and 3. A housekeeping lady at 13 Floor who warmly greeting and offering services to us. Needless to say, this Hotel is in the best location (at its best prices) with neighboring world-class hotels such as Waldorf, Peninsula, Hilton.

Nice property in a great location. Staff was friendly and helpful. We had to check in early and altho they could not provide a double bed room, they provided the next best option with a nice view. Concierge was very helpful. Would have been great if they responded through expedia portal or had another contact ahead of check in to book tours through.

The property is a little outdated. The room is small. The temperature is very high and not adjustable. The location is very good and walkable to the shopping center area. There is a subway station right around the corner of the building.

We loved everything about this hotel. The staff and friendly service were bar none. We especially liked the free laundry area. The room was nice and spacious, the bathroom had a nice sized tub and the coffee machine made really great espresso. There’s also many restaurants within walking distance to choose from.

Great location, near most Beijing monuments. Kevin and Nick Li were great, helped us organize our day trips and made the stay pleasurable. We walked to the palace and lama temple, an hour or so from hotel but many places on the way to stop eat and have coffee. Sunshine kitchen right across the street was a great recommendation for dinner. Google translate is must have app for local places.

We loved our stay at the Park Plaza. We made extensive use of the concierge service to arrange rides and tickets to various sites, saving us so much time and money. For a small additional cost, we were offered club rooms that adjoined so our kids had their room and we had ours with a common “living room” inbetween. The staff was excellent, especially the cleaning staff. They worked around our schedule seamlessly and our room always felt fresh and new after a day out.

It was just a transit overnight stay and the Reception service was excellent which commensurate with its status. Speaks good English, rooms and beddings are very good. Hotel location is also great.

Very convenient location with the Wang Fu Jing walk street 10 minutes away by walk, and a subway station right around the corner of the hotel building. The room is kind of small and the condition of the room is a bit outdated.

next door couples have two days fight even after 11pm. kids won't go to sleep until 10 or eve 10;30 pm. they were running and jumping, yelling.. my room number is 1215

The room allocated was too warm at 26C and no air-conditioning. It was changed to a room where the window could be opened to cool the room but there was water leaking in the toilet. All together an uncomfortable stay!
