Very modern been renovated since I last stayed but still
Noisy doors banging in corridors. A coffee machin would be nice too

Hotel location conveniently located within walking distance to futbol salou grounds which was purpose of our visit. Also Short flat walk to beach area aound 5/10 mins. Food in hotel fine for short break. Good value for money.

My higlight of this trip was the vip voucher as the spa was good.
Good location
Good dinner food
Bad:
Despide my vip status they did not offer me the late check out or the upgrade they did not know much about this services.
Spa too strick too
Check in desk too slow
Services in the restaurant was too slow too only one in reception and one taking orders felt disappointed
The bar drinks is limited and if you dont have all inclusive you have to pay for drinks in the restaurant.
The cleaning people were too noise could not relax in the mornings
Late check out was too expensive and the suitcase lock room was not able to lock property and no cameras so take the risk for your belongins.
Animation did not exist when we were there.
Fridge not available in the room, they want to charge you for everything this was part of the things they charge.
Sorry wont come back

There was no guest parking with this hotel and we found it difficult to park our hire car. The car was towed away on one occasion due to unclear parking restrictions. Meal times were a little chaotic ... sometimes no tables are free due to lack of staff waiting on the tables. The food was varied and very good but we would have preferred some more vegetarian options. Coffee machine was awful.

If you fancy a rat race for the sun beds on a morning then this is the hotel for you… my views is the facilities at the hotel do not cater for the amount of guests they have, the pool is small, not even 90 is beds for a hotel that has 288 rooms, the restaurant was small and crazy busy, i hot drinks machine had to queue around 20 mins for a drink, same with breakfast.. rooms was ok, not how it’s displayed through pictures, beds comfy, air con was brilliant, quiet nosey on a night but not hotels fault that was just other guests

Air conditioning not great! Was only there for bed and breakfast and didn’t eat breakfast once as 1st morning went down for breakfast.picked up a coffee cup which was filthy then picked up a few more and they were all the same. Unfortunately after that I did not want to eat anything as it was disgusting.

Overall, my stay at Eurosalou-hotel & spa was pleasent. The check-in was from 2pm but a lovely lady allowed our check-in at 8 :00am because we arrived too early at the hotel. I recommend this hotel for families with kids!!!

The property was very central to the train station, great location. We were full board. All good options were good for the range the family required. Rooms were small but very clean and exactly what was required. Bathroom was very spacious for a family.Walls are paper thin so bare that in mind - bring earplugs. We experienced only one loud night in our 5 day stay but we were up all night. Staff are so friendly and helpful couldn’t recommend them enough! So many lovely touches couldn’t recommend them enough

Hotel reception and general areas look rather tired but our bedroom was quite modern and clean.Reception and dining room staff were very pleasant.Hotel is in old Salou so quite a walk into the main part of the resort or you can catch number 14 bus from the bottom of the road.Beach is about 15 minutes walk.We only stayed bed and breakfast which was good with a wide selection of hot and cold food, only gripe was the dining room is to small for the number of guests. Overall a pleasant stay for the price we paid.

Food wasnt too clever not really catered for English people

Very good for families with young children as had evening entertainment for them.If you like a little bit of luxury then this hotel is not it. No phone in the room so can’t even order room service if they did have that option. The view from our room was of the strip which was decent considering others had views of the bins.If you’re going away for a couple retreat, I wouldn’t choose EuroSalou. But for families definitely value for money.

They charge for everything! No internet or drinks (even water) including with half board. The food is average. Nothing like the picture. Very small swimming pool. The entertainment was very poor!

Clean room, excellent location for us. Spoilt for choice for breakfast. Would definitely stay again :)

The pictures are deceiving as the rooms and poolare a lot smaller than they seem, you have to pay €10 a day per person to use the indoor pool and spa facilities which isn’t mentioned and misleading. The beds are rock hard and incredibly uncomfortable. The location is good and the staff are great.........

Clean,if a little dated. Perfect for families, great location in the centre of Salou. Only negative is the absence of any hotel parking.

Great food and atmosphere value for money and layout of hotel. So many amenities available. Morningsee noisy with many people and suitcases passing on noisy tiled floor.

Hotel was dirty. One of the bed sheets had lipstick marks. The tv remote had to be changed as it did not work! The staff were unhelpful. The wifi is intermittent even in lobby which is free. I paid for 1 night for the wifi it was not worth 4 euros. I would not come here again.

I dont have kids, but I enjoyed being one of the very few without kids here. It is a busy beehive here, a real Chuck E. Cheese of hotels. The joy is contagious. Nevertheless, if I werent swimming at the beach, I would pay the ten Euros to use the secret adult pool down below in the spa where there is also a sauna and steam room, rather than going near the outdoor pool packed with kids who maybe sneaked a few too many sips of expresso. My pal and I spent three weeks going from hotel to hotel in Europe and this one has the best breakfast, a true cornucopia of foods and drinks (including sparkling wine!). First we booked one night, then two. The room was a bit tight, but if you pay more you get more. We parked in the basement of the nearby hotel for a moderate fee, as I recall. The beach is a short walk away.

The room was nice and clean . Fairly modern with a walk-in shower. However the beds were solid. We went to breakfast on our first morning and the food was terrible. Lots of variety, but nothing appetising. It was also chaos. We couldnt get a seat and had to wait in queues for food. We didnt bother with breakfast after that and ate out instead. Staff were okay, but didnt go the extra mile. I asked the best way to get to Barcelona, but the person behind the desk didnt really know. Also, on our last day I asked if I our bags could be stored as our pick up wasnt till later. I was handed a set of keys and told to do it myself. It was the same when I went to collect my bags. I also had to pay extra for a safe. I have never paid extra for a safe in any other hotel Ive been in.On a plus note, location was good.

Good for a short stop, but we had some problems with the check in. I had to pay once online and they ask me to pay another time when we arrived. The staff need to smile a bit more to welcome the customers. Anyway the bedroom was cool for the price but I will not go again.

What a brilliant holiday. After reading some comments we were a little sceptical but we were very pleasantly surprised. Hotel definitely deserves more than its Spanish 3 stars. Food great. we arrived at night and were told to leave our bags to our room and come back to dining room where they had cold salads made up for us all along with bread rolls and fruit. A great start. Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms spotless. George and Valerie were brilliant entertainers and kept both adults and children entertained all day. Overall i would totally recommend and urge anyone to judge the hotel for themselves. I think some people are just born complainers.
