Great stay breakfast was nice never had any of the hot food selection but they had a great selection of pastries and cakes. The roof top terrace was beautiful had great views of Salou beachfront and the jacuzzi tubs was a nice touch along side the sun loungers. The rooms were very basic though but had all the basic stuff you would need on holiday.

Beds and pillows are uncomfortable. The hotel charges extra to use the room fridge. Charges extra to use the iron, safe, and to use the sauna at the hotel. Bathtub is old with mold around it in some areas.

Hotel decor bit tired but very clean and location for beach excellent. Staff were exceptional especially Samantha the receptionist who went over and above to accommodate our requests and also the maintenance man who managed to get us back into our room after we left a key in the door and couldn’t get back in.

The area is fantastic for a short break with lots of amenities and things to do. The hotel was okay but lacked service. The room was cleaned but the towels and linen were not changed. Neither were the toiletries

Rooms are nice but extremely small. The location was fantastic!! And the staff very nice and helpful and the breakfast was good. We did not use any of the hotel ammenities. Do wish they would just include everything in the price instead of nickle and diming everything - a few euros a day to use the in room safe, a few more per day to use the in room fridge, etc.

Two double beds pushed together with only a tiny space either side. More suitable for 2 people.Bathroom is very small.If you have a room on the road side it is very noisy

Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was good and plentiful but don't expect a fry-up, it's more continental but still very good. Family room is too small for a family of four. Great location, but inconvenient if you drive. Main entrance and the bigger hotel sign are on a pedestrian street, while on the main adjacent street is a small sign lost between other businesses and easily to be missed. Also parking is quite a challenge and the paid ones not too close.

Lovely hotel about 2 mins walk from the beach. Rooms are kept very clean and tidy. The staff are always happy to help at any time of day. The rooftop Jacuzzi is secluded and relaxing, but getting them to start can be a bit confusing. The bar is nice if not a little small. Only things I'd say need improvement are, let people know they need to turn the rooms electric with their key, the wifi is very intermittent and i wasn't too happy about having to pay for a fridge/iron/safe. But overall I'd happily stay there again.

located in the center of Salou, near the train station. 5 min walk to the beach. Room was spacious and clean, bathroom rather small. Room doors a bit loud when closing. Had a fridge, free WiFi, free safe deposit box. There are Jacuzzis and a bar on the roof. I liked the breakfast, a lot to choose from, nice atmosphere and friendly staff.

Extremely nice personal at the hotel! Upgraded from ordinary room to suite when we arrived. Short way from train station (7 minutes), and just 3 minutes walking to the beach. Spar market just beside the hotel with all you need for the stay:) The breakfast could be more exciting. Clean and nice rooms at the hotel. Didn't know when the bar on the rooftop was open, but when it was open, you could buy drinks and snacks. Minus with the bar, cash only. Nice area on the street outside the hotel as well. Should have upgraded with more comfortable seats, and sign with pictures of the menu- also picture of the rooftop- to easier gather people to join. There was in periods very quiet- or no people at the rooftop.

This hotel is absolutely amazing, have now stay here twice when visiting salou and it does not disappoint. Location is perfect, short walk to the beach, train station, restaurants and much more. The roof top terrace is 5 star, two 4 person spas and many deck chairs to chill on and have a few beers while watching the sunset. The rooms are great, bathrooms are perfect with a massive shower and have everything you need. Our room had two queen beds which you would think may take up a lot of room but the rooms are still very spacious and I love the idea of having to queen beds in the one room! Lastly the staff were awesome, very helpful with any request and spoke fluently in english. Asked to change to a room with a view and they supplied it with no issues. This hotel should not be rated 3 stars, it should be at least 4 stars or even more. Will be back again!!!

Booked early and requested a couple of things, both received, check in was quick and went smoothly, room was great value for money, yes bathroom was quite tight but fine.Air conditioning was a god send and fridge was well worth 2 Euro daily charge, breakfast was ok,European selection everyday.Staff were all very pleasant and helpful & I would recommend the mojito from the hotel bar , safe storage of luggage and fabulous facilities for freshening up if you have a late flight ( clean towels)

We liked the hotel a lot, but the main reason we chose it because based on the description it looked like it had (paid) parking - however, the parking was off site and the hotel was in the middle of a pedestrian area which didn't work well for us since we were planning on using our car. Anyway - apart from that it was great. Location close to restaurants, very friendly and helpful staff and nice clean room. Would recommend as long as you don't need your car.
