2.5
Very nice. The room and location were excellent.
1.0
The bathroom door didn't close, the toilet didn't flush, the toilet paper holder had jagged metal edges and was rusty, the furniture was old and peeling and the smell of the room was very musty and bad.
2.5
Rich was absolutely amazing in providing check-in service. He gave us the perfect room and was so kind and friendly even though we arrived later than expected. The room was clean and spacious, perfect for our short visit
2.5
Very clean Quiet overall great
2.5
We arrived a few min late and the attendant waited for us. Rooms were clean, bed was comfortable. Subway is right next door and open late.
2.5
The remodeled rooms stand out. The carpet in the other rooms is a bit dank and dingy. The service is excellent. The flowers are a sweet touch outside the rooms.
1.5
The bathroom counter was not cleaned, and the toilet paper was empty; however, a roll was left for the guest to install. The downstairs rooms suffer from loud walking and noise from upstairs rooms.

Nice little spot!

It was a small but well appointed room. Very clean and with the expected amenities. The staff was very nice - and there were no issues with the motel. It's just noisy - as one might expect for a motel on an interstate highway (101). The general traffic was not bad; it was the lumber trucks and too many dirtbags on their Harley Davidson. The dirtbags woke my wife and I up several times until around 2:30. It's a nice place, so my advice is to ask for a room in the back of the property, and not the ones up front like we had.

It an older facility but worked great for the overnight stay. The guy at the check in desk was friendly and helpful

The room was clean, had plenty of coffee soap etc. It was also well maintained and spacious. The rates were good. I would give it 5 stars except the wifi would not work in my room. Apparently a wifi repeater was missing from it. I would stay there again. Rich the manager was nice and helpful.

It was a good stay, my only complaint was the room had a lingering unpleasant mildew smell. Just for that reason I probably won't pick this hotel again, but overall everything else was great and suited our needs. I understand it could have just been that particular room.

It was so noisy. We didn't sleep well.
2.0
My room was super dirty, thin walls, lots of noise all day long

Great place to stay. The mattress on the king bed was the best. We were greeted graciously and professionally. I highly recommend this place for a good price.

The registration staff was unhelpful. I asked what he’d recommend in Brookings and he told me to look online. The sheets were not clean (hair that wasn’t mine). I would not stay there again but if you find yourself in this town, be sure to go to Harris State Park (beach).

Very clean room. Nice staff.

Staff was very accommodating & pleasant.
We could hear people upstairs walking & when the shower was used next door. No traffic noise!
In general, rooms, curtains, bathrooms need updating as does the town in general! Outside kept up compared to other hotels in the near area!

We stayed at a few budget motels on our trip and this one, while in a great location, and with very kind customer service, was in the worst shape of any of the stops.
Beds were clean, but the bathroom was in rough shape with lots of cracks and crevasses in the tiles.
Overall it wasn't scary, but it could use a little maintenance to make it a 4/5 even at the cheap nightly price.

Nice, simple, clean room right in town. Great shower.

Personal touch well appreciated, beds where comfortable all was clean. The bathroom has seen better times. But all was functional.

Quick overnight stop after visiting redwoods state Park and crescent City CA. Good Oregon coast location in town near restaurants, beach, and many state parks.Room was clean. Owner was friendly. Easy parking.

This is the second time we've stayed here and it was great both times. This time the room had been updated which we really appreciated. It was a great experience.

The place is run down. It was less expensive option, but in hindsight I would have have paid the extra $50 to stay in a place that was less shabby, had a working coffee machine, and did not have a view into the dumpster. If cleaned up it couple be good -- the location is perfect.

Filthy. Smelled musty and awful. We wanted to leave as soon as we checked in but had to stay 2 nights until we could secure alternate accommodation. We asked for a broom as the floor was covered in sand and dirt and two large black hairballs we picked up. We then used a towel to “mop” the floor and it was completely brown. So gross, would never recommend staying here.

Perfect for a cheap, one nught stay. Staff was friendly, rooms were clean.

Friendly staff, comfortable bed, poor room condition, very old furniture, will not stay again

It was a nice place to stay. The staff service was very good and helpful. Our room had what we needed for a night’s rest.

If you can find another proper with rooms do so. Pictures do not come close to the reality here. In bad need of remodeling and updates.
1.0
Very friendly hotel reception staff. Cute from the outside but rundown and outdated inside. Could hear the people upstairs.
2.5
Great service and location.
4.0
Older property, could use updating. Clean and good enough for single night stY
3.0
Room clean but bathroom smelled.
5.0
It fulfilled our needs. Could have used another chair and another nightstand for cpap equip. Parking was not always in front of our unit and as seniors that was a little difficult. Other than that it was good
5.0
Older property but clean, convenient and comfortable!
3.0
Traffic noise was a problem. It was clean but old. Bathroom is very small and tub/shower is old.

Check in gentlemen was very nice.
