Water never got fully hot. Luke warm at best. They have a bell hop and are accommodating but the water issue and the sheets were very stiff.

they sent someone to clean my room with my permission I got about 1500 pesos on my bed they took it, that’s really disrespectful to me

Hotel entrance is under construction had to walk thru the gas station and broken floor tiles to get in the hotel. Desk clerk does not seem eager to check in guest too busy on her cell phone talking. She seemed mad because we interrupted her personal call. Rooms and hotel is very clean. Road noise is all night.

Found it odd our window was open when we requested "do not disturb". Other then that, some staff was great others not so much.

Hotel excutive heat did not work the first night. We were changed of room around 1AM. new room water in sink did not work, was repair next day. Bathroom shower lack through cleaning. Hair was visible in shower and next to toilet. However, front desk personnel where extremely helpful to our needs.

Great location, everything within 20 minutes. Hotel staff seemed shady, found our window open after returning. Staff did not seem to care if we left the "do not disturb" sign as they made their way in a couple of times. I would not recommend this place unless you are budgeting and can lock your stuff away

breakfast is NOT free. A very limited limited American breakfast is included. Includes the following: Mini sugared donuts. mini croissant unlimited scrambled eggs, juice and a mini roll. No toast, no bacon, no sausage, no pancakes, a toast machine but no sliced bread. our reservation was 2 adults and two children. but only one child was free. so the description is misleading at best.

The hotel was good overall, except for the fact that we had to wait three days for an iron. Loved the fact that everything was close by, food, stores, restaurants and the Central bus station were very accessible.

The rooms have paper thin walls, the YOUTH who were drinking in the next room, didn;t settle down until 5 30 in the morning. Probably wasn;t the fault of the hotel, we called security, they asked them to pipe down, but they never did chill. About 6 30 they finally went to sleep, and it was time for us to get up. A bad night.

Easy to get to if you are driving or arriving by bus *right across the street from the central bus terminal). Structure is newly remodeled and focused on "business class" travelers. Choose the breakfast plan to be included: it's a morning buffet and well worth it. Staff is friendly and useful specially regarding visits and sightseeing in the region.
