THE WESTIN HAS BEEN OUR GO TO IN MEMPHIS FOR YEARS AND IS ALWAYS ON POINT. THE ONLY THING I HATE IS THEIR OUTRAREOUS PRICE FOR PARKING. THEY GET LOCAL AND EVENT PARKERS SO WHY NOT GIVE PAYING CUSTOMERS A BREAK?

It was very pleasant

I had an amazing stay.

Perfect spot to walk Beale street. Only negative was public parking for a club next door surrounded the entrance to the Westin making it difficult to get in/out.

Hotel is in a great position making Beale street walkable.
Staff not particular friendly and standing about talking together.
Don’t bother with breakfast it takes 40 mins to come and then it’s cold and you also have to ask for cutlery!

This is a downtown Memphis staple. Directly across from the basketball stadium had wonderful nightlife. If that’s something you’re interested in we did not go downtown. We stayed in the hotel and had dinner and breakfast there. Food and service was very good.

Great hotel with a short walk to Beale Street and other attractions. My daughter and I didn’t feel safe walking around at night so we spent the evening at the hotel which was nice.

Very good location for main attractions, grisly staff - valets were excellent.

Great hotel…..no complaints and the staff was excellent 10stars staff such as Jaylon, Angel, Nymo and Chicago made our stay the best…they interacted with us as though we were family. I know I missed a few names but thanks Westin your associates represented you well

Let me say that I'm grateful the front staff sought to take care of our issues as soon as they could. They weren't rude at all. But wow. My first room had a toilet that didn't work and wouldn't flush the first night. So we couldn't use the restroom through the night. Then when they moved us, we had a room that wasn't really clean. My wife found a condom wrapper on the floor near the bed. So, when we told the front desk clerk we had to walk with her to prove we didn't do it. They couldn't move us again because they already upgraded us. They had the people to clean again. Geesh. I can't show images because they are not family friendly. Sorry.

Very nice hotel near to bale street, nice and friendly staff.
TV doesn’t work after the battery was replaced with the remote control - but that doesn’t matter for me - was there for the music and not for watching tv ;)
Come back soon

Everything was clean well kept and organized. The staff was very friendly and professional.

Carpet not cleaned. Within one minute of removing socks, my foot hit a broken glass peice and started bleeding. Found multiple broken peices and i requested a change. Concierge was helpful and gave me a new room.
Didn't expect an uncleaned carpet in a 4 star facility.

Great location downtown Beale street. Direct across the street from Fed Ex Forum and one street away from Beale. Nice place for the price.

Staff was annoyed with our request to be on the same floor with our friends. I also had problem with paying through “3rd party” reservation and they didn’t help me reach out to Expedia and get the problem resolved- as a result I was overcharged. I will never stay there again

We chose this hotel for its location and price availability during Memorial Day Weekend for one night. While they don’t have free parking, they do have $35 valet parking where you are able to take your car in and out without additional charges. If you only need to park your car for the day, there is self parking for $25. The valet were very kind and careful with our car. The guest concierge was lovely, checking on me to see if I was alright and double checked with me to see if we needed one bed or two. The downstairs lobby and bar is nice and even had live music in the evening. The rooms however were not entirely up to par for a Westin Property. It could use a refresh and a good scrub. As you see in our pictures the lamp, the wall, and one of the seats in the sitting area were dirty. I also thought this room lacked the Memphis appeal meaning it could have used some local Memphis artwork instead of bland images from a field. The only local Memphis flair you see is in the lobby in the form of Gibson guitars from famous singers. However the room did come with a fridge, a robe, and coffee machine that was stocked with Starbucks which was a nice addition to our morning routine. There is also a little fridge stocked with mini liquors and snacks for an additional charge. There is no free breakfast which is a shame for the price. Ultimately the location was great as it was a short walk from Beale Street and we did not find the noise from outside too loud. We never felt unsafe. Would

Always an outstanding stay. Right on Beale Street and very close to a number of other attractions. If there is a negative it would be that the only parking options are valet or street parking (no garage). Other than this, it was an amazing hotel and location.

Outdated hotel. Staff was not that friendly and a wee bit lazy.

I enjoyed my stay at the Westin & would do so again
