Difficult check in experience, no clear direction for layout or parking specifics. Hot tub services down but was not informed beforehand. Toaster needs replaced and unsafe to use. Most of this was probably because it was off season but for the price I would have expected better
4.3
Code to get in and out of the garage didn't work on the last morning we were there. Made it inconvenient for us.
4.3
Weather was gorgeous during our trip. The room was nice and had every thing we needed, however, check in directions are very unclear. You should note to check in at the Zephyr Mtn Lodge across the street. We spent 15 minutes trying to figure out the check in process while carrying heavy bags with no direction other than parking. The internet in our room went out twice on each night we were there, the breaker for the ceiling fan blew multiple times causing the ceiling light and fan to not work and the bed is terribly uncomfortable. We actually slept on the living room floor and couch the last night because the bed was so painful

Hotels.com advertised that they had a hot tub and when we went there, the hot tub was under construction for the summer and was closed.
4.3
I specifically chose this property because of the location and the hot tub that is listed as image number one. No where, NO WHERE was I told along the multiple page checkout or various pricing sites that the hot tub is undergoing renovations this summer. I understand routine or emergency maintenance but PRE PLANNED RENOVATIONS??? I feel the property has the responsibility to tell future guests of such a pre planned construction event. When I asked the front desk about it I was told that I should have known based on the price of the room. What?? How would I know what average nightly rates are? This is an illogical and very dissatisfying response to a complaint. Needless to say... DON'T GO HERE IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR ANYTHING ABOVE A LESS-THAN-AVERAGE MOTEL 8 STAY.
4.3
There is no one to check in with. Got there just after five. Btiok hLh hour to hook up with person. It’s a small town closed up at 8 except one bar till 9 It’s not for night life with us just as we as you must enter a 13 digit code to be let in. Also no ac. Can be an issue on hot day as this day was.

Great property

Very clean very well put very nice people checking in easy instructions
4.3
Very nice clean and quiet. Everything was great!
Will book again 😊
4.3
Very clean and comfortable. The staff texted me when the room was ready, allowing us to check in two hours early. Overall, a wonderful stay. We would definitely stay here again if we ever come back to Winter Park.
4.3
Inexpensive but noisy near road

The hut tub were closed. The extra bed was broken.

Spur of the moment trip up to The Jane and WP for closing weekend, and could not have been more fortunate with the accommodation. Extremely clean and tidy and very comfortable for the two of us, with really easy - if expensive - parking, and very well appointed studio / condo. Checking in is not all that easy - across the street - and this is NOT ski-in / ski-out (it's a shortish hike) but other than that it's very convenient. Plus: nice room and exceptionally well provisioned (best this season), comfortable bed and very clean bathroom; minus: some issues with things not working, and the "Hot Tub" is clearly in need of extensive renovation. We were told this is happening this summer (2024) so watch this space if you're thinking of staying here. Would we go back? Yup. But I bet it's a ton more expensive in High Season than it was for us. Great stay - thank you.
4.3
Reserved it on Expedia. Expedia does not give you the correct Confirmation number to be able to check in online. Had to contact WP resort to get the right confirmation number. Other than this, EXCELLENT property. Will definitely stay again.
4.3
Very nice place across the street from the gondola.
4.3
Fantasic place to stay! The only thing to note is do your research before booking. Parking can be a challenge when you're not sure where to go and snow is covering everything 🙂 Staff is extremely helpful!
Personally the only other thing to note is the restaurant Goodys creperie made my entire family sick. Maybe it was an off day or maybe our tastes are different. Just a heads up.
One last thing, make sure and grab a wagon. Winter Park provides them and they are extremely helpful lugging around your gear after a long day.
Have fun and ski safe!

Great location just across the street from the mountain- so almost ski in ski out. Unit and amenities were as expected and well stocked. Great place to stay- would stay again.
4.3
The location of this unite was extremely nice. Walk to the village and gondola for easy access to skiing. However the condition of the property is poor. The bathroom in the unite has cracks in the in the dry wall and the sink leeks water. The furnishings are dated and worn. Back door to the hot tube deck is a nice convinces but it gets caught on the rock planter and has to be forced to open. Also the blinds on this door are broken and the door handle. The hot tub is the biggest disappointment. The jets are not working and the finish in the tube is cracking and peeling not to mention all the dirt and gravel in the bottom of the tub. After skiing all daytime Hot Tube is the one amenity that we want for our stay and this one failed terribly.

Great place
4.3
Overall the place is great located, right in front of the slopes. Very convenient, the room amenities could improve though.
4.3
Overall the stay was good, the location is great and the staff is as great as well. A couple of issues, the hot tub in the building was out of service. Yes, you could use the hot tub in the building next door but this should have been disclosed. The temperature in the room remained very hot no matter what I put the thermostat on, the only way to cool the room was to open the balcony door to let the outside air in. I assume other rooms had the same issue since units that had windows that could open were open. The mattress on the bed really needs to be changed as well as it is extremely worn.
4.3
It was quiet, clean and cozy. I would stay there again.
4.3
The unit I stayed at was dirty. Sheets was not clean and night stands are dusty. Balcony for cannot be shut and locked
4.3
Very comfortable and excellent customer service by the manager she made our stay very enjoyable.
4.3
Had an issue at check in, but the staff handled it well and took very good care of me. Will be back for sure.

Fraser Crossing Founders Pointe is a very nice hotel set at the base area of Winter Park resort, just across the street essentially. The hotel itself is pleasant with a nice patio area with a large hot tub, a fireplace area, grills, and plenty of seating. From the back door of our 3rd floor room we walked right onto the patio and in a few steps were in the hot tub. From that hot tub patio area you look right at the beautiful ski runs and gondola, and the great village area at the mountain base. The staff at Fraser Crossing Founders Pointe were really great and willing to help at any time. The only issue I had (and others as well) was the parking situation. It's perfectly adequate and convenient when you get in, but getting in, and out, can definitely be a problem with the code system that allows you in and out. We had problems with this as did others while we were there.
4.3
Quiet, due its less-busy season. Rooms perfectly fine, free underground parking (summer). Clean and comfortable. No front desk means some difficulty finding where to check in, be careful to know where to go. Room access via an 8-digit code was clunky, but hot tub access is 13-digits….If you want accommodation in a massive resort this is for you, if you need something a little less overwhelming, then maybe not.
4.3
Great location. Room was way too warm. Even with the windows open at all times and a box fan in the window it was still too warm.
Room cleanliness was questionable (found the previous occupant's makeup applicator on the bathroom floor).
Otherwise the room was nice, quiet, and had decent views.
Disappointing for the price point and will likely look elsewhere in the future.
4.3
The hotel had no A/C and this was not noted at check-in or prior during the reservation process. It was hot and stcky at best. There was dust everywhere and it did not look like the room had been cleaned recently. Rugs were dusty. Bedding was in poor shape and dirty. This room needs a complete update including the bathroom. Everything appeared to have been new in 1988.
We left after only one night due to the heat and condition of the room. Could not recommend this unless it was updated.
4.3
easy, clean, and friendly
4.3
Very nice accommodations all around. We didn't have to leave the property for anything the entire time we were there. Food and shopping were within easy walking distance, and the restaurant options were plentiful. The hot tub was wonderful after a long day of traveling. The kitchenette was well appointed and had everything we needed.
Only negative was nearby road construction was not easy to navigate, but I wouldn't hold that against the resort.
4.3
Very good, nothing to complain. Just more that there's no AC in the unit.
4.3
It was clean and beautiful
4.3
Very roomy, quiet, and comfortable condo in Winter Park. Our first time there, and we would definitely stay there again!
4.3
Really lovely apartment just minutes from the ski field. Clean, tidy and classy.
4.3
Lovely location. Very responsible staff. But…shower and sink were almost completely clogged (staff did come and fixed it when I asked). The convection oven part of the microwave did not work (really messed up our dinner plans) and the fireplace did not work. Also, the sofa bed needs a new mattress …very uncomfortable. The kitchen had nice pans. Good amount of plates and silverware. But…no mug big enough for a real cup of tea. Plenty of nice towels. Very good shower head. And the BEST bathtub of any condo!
4.3
Excellent customer service, their app is amazing, location is perfect, room was perfect as well very clean and very comfortable with kitchenette. Definitely will rent it again.
4.3
Problems handled quickly. Location os great HOWEVER, the beds are horribly uncomfortable and the condo is LOUD. Train runs by every morning.
4.3
Had a great time. Nice facility.
