A few booking stipulations for ski season 24/25:
-MLK weekend is a minimum of 4 night stay (either 1/16/25-1/20/25 OR 1/17/25-1/21/25)
-President's Day weekend is a minimum of 4 night stay (either 2/13/25-2/17/25 OR 2/14/25-2/18/25)
-Due to the nature of spring break weeks, we prefer to book March in week clumps. So we do offer a 10% discount for any bookings of 7 days or more.
LOCATION: Trailhead Lodge 223 is located steps from downtown Winter Park. This location, one block off Main Street, puts your crew within walking distance to many of Winter Park's best restaurants, shops, ski rentals, etc. Trailhead Lodges complex is located next to the Rendezvoux Event Center, which transforms into a free sledding hill during ski season (sleds provided for the kids). The Rendezvous Event Center area also features a playground for the kids, skate park, fire pits, restrooms, etc... just a cool place to hang out and all less than a block from Sleigh Belz front door. Lyft bus stops are conveniently located nearby to take you to the base of the mountain, Mary Jane base, Fraser, or Tabernash. Despite being so close to downtown, once inside the unit, you can escape from the hustle and bustle and you truly feel like you are in the mountains.
INTERIOR: The condo features 2 full bedrooms and a bunk room. The master bedroom features a private bathroom and NEW furniture complete with a pillowtop King bed. The 2nd bedroom also has NEW furniture complete with NEW King memory foam mattress. There is also a bunk room with 4 additional twin beds configured in a log cabin style quad bunk, which provides cute, cozy sleeping quarters for the children in your party. The spacious kitchen allows for your family to cook in the unit. A full dining table as well as a countertop dining area provides plenty of space for gathering for a meal. The roomy living room features a gas fireplace with stone surround and plenty of comfortable furniture for your family. This condo has recently been outfitted with more than 40 hooks so you can keep ski equipment organized and dry. There is also a full size washer and dryer in the unit in case anything needs to be laundered during your stay. Boot warmer, drying racks, games... we have covered all the details!
VIEW: The condo is located on the back side of the complex offering view of the Rocky Mountains. Sit out on the large covered private patio and enjoy the view! Step out the back and enjoy the snow covered trails.
AMENITIES: Renting this unit also provides your party with access to the Trailhead Lodges clubhouse which features the year-round heated pool, hot tub, grilling area, covered patio, exercise room, common living room, common kitchen, and game room. These amenities make this property very unique and are hard to come by in Winter Park. Within the unit, we have provided all the little extras within the unit that make your stay more enjoyable: drying racks, boot trays, luggage racks, boot/glove dryer, etc. You will also have access to the unit's ski locker located steps out side the front door.
PET FREE: We love dogs and we love that Winter Park is such a dog friendly city. However, we understand that not everyone travels with pets, not everyone appreciates the "gifts" that other people's pets have left behind (hair, scent, stains, etc), and some people have sensitivity/allergies to pet hair and dander. Sleigh Belz is a PET FREE condo, which is a hidden gem in Winter Park, so we can guarantee our guests are stepping into an exceptionally clean unit- free of pet dander and hair. Unlike other units that are listed as Pet Free but are still frequented by pets, our Ring doorbell system monitors entry/exit, so we can guarantee no pets are "secretly" staying in the unit

Great place in a central Winter Park location. communication and check-in were easy and host was very responsive. It was an absolutely beautiful place with lots of elbow room. The pictures didn't do justice to the expansive open concept layout as well as a good-sized deck off the living room. I would definitely love to come back for another visit.

This is a fairly up to date property in the heart of Winter Park. We had a hiccup with the check-in process, but the owner was on-it and made things right within minutes! The space is adequate and well equipped! I would highly recommend if you are looking for a nice condo in an excellent location!

Facility was very nice and we would definitely stay again. Only critique was that the floors needed a good mopping. Vacuum and cleaning supplies were supplied, but no mop. We purchased a mop so we could walk barefoot in the condo. I'm sure the owner pays good money for cleaning, but it left a bit to be desired.

Perfect location to anything Winter Park and even in Fraser. Safe walk to many restaurants, shops, breweries, and parks. Easy drive north to Grand Lake & Rocky Mountain National Forest.
Home is clean, beds are very comfortable, and kitchen & living room is spacious.

The condo was very nice and just a few blocks off main street. Winter Park does not "open" for summer until June 14th, which was our checkout date, and so we found activities that were a little further away but still very fun. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and playing pool in the clubhouse. It was nice.

My family totally enjoyed our time in this rental. The pictures are spot on. Would not hesitate to book here again. This is right across from the playground and skate park. Perfect for the kids. Pool was heated and that made for a big hit for the 7 and 9 year old. Liked being able to walk a short distance for great restaurants (although there was a lot of cooking done in the unit and the kitchen did not disappoint)! Owner was very quick to answer any questions I had. If you are needing a rental in WP and have a family where you need more than a 2 bedroom VRBO....you need to check out this listing!

Beautiful, clean and cozy! Great communication and views couldn’t be beat. Location convenient for driving or taking the free shuttle to the resort. Outdoor pool was a highlight for the kids. Hope to come back!

Stayed here for a ski weekend- the location was fantastic, and the condo was roomy, well appointed and perfect for our stay. Loved access to the pool- hot tub and walkable to restaurants in downtown Winter Park. We would happily visit again! Thanks Lacey you were very easy to work with !

This condo was perfect in every way. The location was wonderful - only 5-7 minutes from Winter Park Resort. The pool/hot tub are conveniently a short walk across the parking lot from the building - both were enjoyed every day by the grands and their parents. The condo was clean, very well furnished and comfortable for the 6 of us. We would consider coming back here again in the future.

Beautiful condo and complex! Walking distance to a lot of restaurants. Great pool and hot tub open year round, and used by lots of people in freezing January. The pool is warm enough to swim in freezing temps. The condo is bright and decorated beautifully. The beds were very comfortable. Lacey was very easy to get a hold of for any questions! I dropped my skiers off and picked them up everyday, very easy to do. Great Winter Park stay!

Everything was great….Except the smoke detector was broken and let off 3 chirps EVERY 60 seconds. We changed the battery as recommended but that was not the issue. The 3 chirps meant it was defective and needed to be replaced. So we had to deal with the loud chipping non-stop! But the place was great…..

The unit was nice, but there were some unpleasant things that happened that could have been avoided with a little more communication.
- The pool and hot tub were closed and the clubhouse key never worked. The host told us to try another door and it did not work either. We were basically not able to use any of the extra amenities in the listing.
-There was LOUD construction happening right outside the unit. Not only loud, but it covered everything in dust. We could not sit on the balcony or have the windows open a lot of the time we were there. Had we been told ahead of time, we probably would not have stayed here.
- While we were out one day, someone ENTERED THE UNIT WHILE WE WERE NOT THERE. WE WERE NOT TOLD THIS WAS HAPPENING. This was pretty unacceptable.
- Later in the week, we were asked via text message to let someone in to measure a window so they could replace a shade. I almost wondered what the point was as someone had already entered without telling us.
-We were provided with two half-rolls of toilet paper. When I asked if there was more, I was told that "the renter should provide that for themselves." A little extra frugal there....
At the top of its game, this is a nice rental. But be sure to ask for all the info you can, and maybe make sure you are the only one who has your door code.

The property was great! We had four adults and two children, the two king bed bedrooms plus bunk room worked out perfectly for us!

This was our fourth or fifth time staying in this condo. It has everything we need for a week in Winter Park. The beds are super comfy, and the bunk room is a favorite for our kids. There’s a great selection of games, and the living room couch and chairs are great for getting cozy with a book, or watching a show on the big screen TV.
The location is perfect and is across the street from Hideaway Park, where we enjoy the playground, the skate park, and the live music each Thursday night during the summer.
The condo is so centrally located in WP that we can walk or ride our bikes to all of the restaurants we love to eat at.

Our two families really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It is very well stocked and one of the best organized vacation rentals I have stayed at. It was a short 5-min walk to the bus for skiing at Winter Park. We enjoyed a relaxing evening in the hot tub and pool just across from the unit. Would definitely consider staying here again.

We stayed here late last summer and I would highly recommend. The location can't be beat, as it's within walking distance of many dining and shopping options. This was a quiet property with plenty of parking. The condo was in excellent condition and the owners were very responsive and friendly. The only downside is the pool was closed for maintenance while we were there, but that was just unfortuane timing on our end.

We enjoyed our visit to WP in this condo. The kitchen was well stocked/we cooked every day. We used the community hottub which was nice, albeit very crowded from 4-7p. Living spaces were comfy. The heat is tricky and it gets very hot in the unit and it takes a long time (6+ hrs) to get it cooler. Beds a bit hard but fine. My kids LOVED the bunk bed room. Overall, I recommend and it was lovely!

Great location, wonderful condo. Short walk or drive to all Winter Park village amenities. 5 minute drive to base village parking at the mountain. Spacious living area, clean, and well-maintained. Communal hot tub/pool right across the parking lot. Communication with owner was great.

Unit was exceptionally clean and organized, everything was accessible and comfortable. Owner communication was excellent, and the central location led to easy drives and walks to many shops and restaurants. Highly recommend for two couples and up to four kids.

Property was amazing. It was better than I expected. Very clean and set up as a Ski paradise when it comes to entry way, hooks for jackets and glove/boot drier. Barely even notice the construction out the back balcony because I was too busy admiring the view of the ski mountain. I would absolutely stay there again. Thanks!!!

Overall we had a wonderful family vacation with close friends. The location was perfect. We loved the sledding and tubing park right next to the condo. We also enjoyed being able to walk to lunch due to the location. The establishment was clean, comfortable, and we loved all of the hooks for our ski gear. We had an issue with the elevator not working for five out of the seven days. We also could not turn on the dining room light without the circuit breaker tripping. We ended up just not turning on the dining room light. With eight people in the condo there needs to be another couch. There was only enough room for three people on the one couch and then two more on the recliner chairs. The other three people had to sit at the dining room table to watch a movie together. The bunk bed room has no vent to circulate air so the kids were hot. We left the doors open and had a fan going all of the time, but they still complained about the heat. Overall, we loved the location and the condo. My communication with the property manager was wonderful. I never had to wait long for her to get back to me.
I would stay here again. Thank you for all the great memories.

We enjoyed our stay! The listing is exactly as advertised. Only thing is the unit number was (accidentally) not provided and we couldn’t get ahold of host right away when we arrived. This delayed getting into the unit. But overall, would recommend!!
