The location is 5-10 mins walk from Phuket town. Also right next to the bus terminus. Where you can take a bus to airport or Krabi. Pools are nice. I enjoyed the basic room but that’s my preference. Rooms are good size.

Room was spacious. The bed was comfy. The breakfast was outside of the hotel, 10 meters away from the hotel. Breakky was very good.

We thought it was great. The luxury suite for a family of 4 is extremely spacious. The main bed is a super king size and very comfortable. The staff are lovely and helpful. Walking distance to the old town and monkey hill.

There were bedbugs in our bed, we checked 2 different rooms and they also had the same issue. We had to move to another hotel

We had a room with pool was ok, but the surroundings is kind of dumpy, thaland street is 20 min walk, bus station right next door. Ok for a transition night but not more. Tne girl who works mornings unfortunately dont have her name, was very friendly and a beautiful smile.

Convenient location esp if you drive...The check in desk was moved to the side entrance which was confusing at first.Overall I would stay again if I want to be in that part of town.

Hotel was the closest to Phuket Town with a pool but in hindsight Phuket Town can only entertain you for one evening and make it a Sunday for the night market and book more central. However, if you want a pool and a short stroll into the main town this hotel is great, 4 Poster Beds and large rooms.

Very nice hotel, staff excellent very polite and always ready to helpOnly problem is was very far 13kms from patonga beach and taxi charges 700 bth ($20us) oneway, nothing to do surrounding areas comparing to patong beach very lively.

We stayed one night before taking the Ferry to the Phi Phi Islands in the Morning, and we were offered a large and clean Room with a King sized Bed, exactly as portrayed in the Pictures. It was too comfortable and cozy for an early morning departure.The route to the Room could use some better cleaning and maintenance.Did not stay for Breakfast.

There are 2 hotels under the same name. One is newer than the other one. I did not know this. Kind of disappointed price is ok but a bit run down and my room strangely layed out.

Location was great, close to bus terminal, poolside room great price, big room, quiet area. Downside hard bed & cold shower, noisy corridor (staff radios and guests) & thin walls. Not many tv channels in English.

It could do we an upgrade, as the mirror in the room was broken/stained. Toilet kept breaking. Towels felt very rough and wouldnt absorb the water. not much space around the swimming pool, only two seats available and no space to put towels. The swimming pool could do with a better cleaning. Also, WiFi barely worked in the room. Choice of breakfast very limited so only ate there once.

The room whilst looking nice smelled terrible, like no one had opened a door for years. the bathroom was disgusting and the taps were broken on the sink. the Bed was as hard as a rock and once I was in the room, I just could not see my wife and I staying there for one night let alone 4. Definitely would not recommend this hotel to others. When I asked for my money back, the owner said I had to give them 4 weeks notice as company policy, I asked him how could I possibly know that the rooms were so awful prior to arriving when the photos looked great, but the reality was the opposite. I walked out to Another hotel and told him to keep my money and use it to fix his broken taps. We did not stay there one night. ( Thank goodness)

This hotel is not very well looked after and its position , between a bus depot and an open sewer .some mornings the buses would park next to our room at 3.00-4.00 am and let them idle for an hour whilst they cleaned them .

We got there at 8 pm. Hotel was deserted. In a not so busy area. Our room was in a separate building to that of the main building. And quite difficult to get to. Room was very basic- breakfast was awful! Would not even recommend this for a quick pit stop.
