Ground level room and privacy/light blocking curtain torn so no privacy to parking lot. Was obvious had been that way for some time. Asked for safety pins to close it up but was given packing tape. Tv didnt work. Staff completely disinterested.

We love this hotel! All the staff is so nice and helpful. Its clean spacious rooms, the pool area is our favorite and now they added a 3rd hot tub! They offer a wonderful breakfast. We also enjoyed the addition of being able to buy and cook a pizza right there! Saved us time and got us to the pool faster! This is my kids favorite hotel we will be back.

Uff da, where do I start. Room had a funky mold smell. Furniture looks like it was bought from a second hand store and on all of the edges the stain was worn down to the natural wood color. Bunch of black mold around the window. Beds were rather hard. Paper thun walls could here one of the neighboring rooms taking a leak. Fixtures in bathroom looked like they were from the 80's. Good on them that they still worked. Weird bathroom mirror were I could watch myself take a leak. On the positive side it was super cheap and I dont think I got bed bug bites.

Hotel is average for the area Stayed there before. Room was quiet , clean , comfortable bed . I wish the water pressure was higher. Water trickles out of the vanity sink . Maybe an upgrade on the shower head.

The front staff was very pleasant. The bathroom to our room was dirty & there were a ton of fruit flies when I opened the bathroom door. I had to keep the drains closed because of it. Lots of noise could be heard in our room from the hallway. No elevator which is inconvenient when you are travelling. The breakfast was decent. Overall I would have to give this hotel 2.5 and I would not stay here in the future.

Hotel is a little on the older side but it is good for the price you pay. The customer service was great while we there. Helene was above and beyond while we there. Close to a lot of things and has 3 hot tubs to choose from plus a good size pool

The room was clean, but somewhat run down. We had almost zero water pressure in the bathroom faucet (room 209)...it was basically a trickle. The staff was very friendly (Jose checked us in, very nice and professional). We didn't get a chance to use the pool, but it looked really nice. Overall, great value for the price.

We arrived and had asked for a first floor room, got a second floor room, air conditioning did not work, we arrived at 11pm at night, room wasn’t terribly warm sleep there had to leave early morning when we got back around 6pm room was already 75 degrees told them air wasn’t working they offered to bring a fan, afte my wife went down they finally gave us a first floor room with air.

We were upgraded to a suite with a jacuzzi, which was nice but the hallways in this hotel were unacceptably dirty. The staff was in the pool area at 12:30 at night tidying up and dragging plastic chairs around making a racket. There were people in the pool area being loud much later than 11pm. Overall, I can’t say we had a great stay. It was cheap, so I got what I paid for, I guess.
