Breakfast. For such a large hotel with a swimming pool for children, the breakfast area could be improved. The hostess was heating the eggs in a small microwave between the coffee and tables. She couldn’t keep up Ran out of eggs and sausage numerous times.

Advertised with multiple hot tubs just to get there and find only one 4 person had water in it and no jets that worked.
There was no staff to watch the hot tub capacity so it was overloaded and out of water for
The next morning when when we wanted to use it early

The location was great and the staff were very nice.
It is very outdated, the bathroom floor was sticky and the breakfast wasn’t great. The eggs were very soggy and gross, the sausage was okay.

It was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The only downfall that my Husband and I experienced was when we asked for extra pillows and blankets and there was none. Pillows were quite small, but all-in-all it was a great stay.

Breakfast was good. Loved the pancake machine!! The pool was good but half the hot tubs were out of order.
In the bathroom in our room, the toilet seat was loose and should be fixed. Also had burnt out lightbulbs. Small little things that were overlooked.

The hotel is a little dated but was clean and comfortable.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
The continental breakfast was very good.
A couple of the hot tubs were under repair while we were there.
People in room beside us left their dog alone and it barked non stop at times. This is not the hotel's fault. Perhaps people with dogs should be in rooms away from others without. I'm a dog owner myself but listening to non- stop barking is hard to ignore.

Good location, friendly staff, spacious room with comfortable bed. Clean, affordable room!
Curtains didn't close to cover the window/view to the parking lot. Sheer, see thru center curtains. Small bathroom, but good shower/water pressure.

how close it was to the mall.
The beds weren’t the size they were supposed to be and very uncomfortable for my mom who just had surgery. The room was very outdated.

Our room was way too hot and nothing could be done to make it better.

Breakfast was great
I chose this hotel just because it had multiple hottubs in previous stays but now only one was open which was disappointing, this won’t be my regular stay if they don’t open up that’s just a big deal for me

location is great and friendly staff.
the pool was very cold, the hot tub water was not cleaned or tested or refilled all weekend. water in hot tubs was very low almost down to the jets and was brown milky colour by 3rd day. babies with diapers allowed in hot tubs which makes them cesspools.
