I booked a king sized bed and when I checked in they said they no longer have king sized beds only double. When I asked why? He just said because we don’t have anymore and then mentioned that I booked through a third party website. I asked for a price break and he said I was already getting that through the third party. The room looked okay but we never travel without a black light and WOW. We couldn’t even touch the furniture and were scared to walk in certain parts of the room. The shower was a glass shower, as requested, although when I checked in and reiterated that detail he said he thought this room had one. The safety bar was coming off the wall and one of the body wash bottles that was supposed to be fixed to the wall was off. We also discovered a hole in the ceiling of the closet next to the front door which was a bit unsettling.

This is the second time that I have stayed at this hotel to see a concert. The first time there was a disturbance in the next room involving an argument and handgun use, causing me to have to change rooms in the middle of the night. This trip started out well, however we were woken at one in the morning by a fire alarm requiring that everyone vacate the building. The cause of the fire drill was steam from a shower triggering the alarm. Not surprising considering that there is no vent system in the bathroom (at least not mine, I can’t speak for the others). The fire officers on scene stated that this is the third time they have needed to respond because of this issue.
This in mind, it would have been generous if we were offered a complimentary breakfast in the morning. It was enough that I had to pay 41 dollars for someone to park my car across the street in a lot I could have parked for twenty dollars. (Didn’t know this until after the fact) . I do not feel that the hotel has any interest in ensuring that you have a pleasant stay. I will not be returning, I prefer to stay somewhere that is more hospitable. All staff I encountered were friendly. The room was reasonably clean.

Overall great experience, cleanliness, friendly staff. Parking is valet only and at 40 dollars a day is not the best price wise. Pool was clean but empty due to it being super cold all day .

Room was dirty sheets were not changed from previous occupant. Hair and crumbs were on the sheets when we pulled back the comforter. Was charged an incidental fee of $50 that I was told would be reimbursed but it never was.

When I arrived I was given a different type room than requested. After going to my room, I realized that it was not a handicapped room, which in all fairness I did not request. I did go back to the desk to request one, but if one was not available, I asked to be in room closer to the elevator-this request was denied due to full capacity. On the second night of my stay, the air in my room went out. I woke at about 11:30pm to a room that was almost 80 degrees. After two calls to the front desk, the maintenance associate arrived. I was informed that the drip pan was full, and after draining the drip pan, I was told that the unit was working. Approximately 20-25 minutes after the maintenance associate left, the AC unit began making a clicking noise followed by a noticeably loud buzzing noise. I called again for service-to which they responded quickly. I was informed that the unit was blowing cold air, but there was no explanation for the loud buzzing sound. Also, because the hotel was full I could not be moved to another room. I've stayed at other Hilton locations and this is the first time I've had a less than 5 star experience.

Room and bathroom not very clean for the price. In room AC super noisy.

Walkable distance. The only issue was while it was raining heavily the valet parking guy was very rude and showed authority that they are the only ones who can park close to the hotel entrace and since they are paid by valet customers they get preference. I just needed 2 mins for my child who had surgery to sit in car so her stitches would not get wet. Very disappointed.

It feels modern and clean for been located in an old town.
Very comfortable beds and nice size rooms .
Limited breakfast buffeta options and hours. But they serve a la carte.

It was clean and well maintained, the staff was friendly. I wish I had advocated for a better room because the AC made a knocking noise every time it turned on or off and the road/ construction noise outside the room was exceptionally loud.

Started out a bit bumpy with the parking situation. Had to park in public lot that cost $31 for the night. Not happy about that!
Asha turned things around! She is kind and professional. She definitely knows how to make an unhappy customer happy! Thank you Asha!

We use to stay at this hotel regularly prior to moving out of state, and my husband and I were both excited for our return stay. The first morning we ordered breakfast, there was a flying bug in my pancakes. I’m not sure if it came from the food container or the bathroom because I found the same type of small fly in the bathroom later. There were also small ants on the bathroom floor. In addition, the hotel used to have a wonderful dinner menu. The menu is poor, but even if the dinner menu weren’t poor. The food is poorly prepared overall. We had burned breakfast muffins. A soggy, grisly chicken dish for my niece’s graduation dinner celebration. Mind you, we paid for part of the reservation on Expedia. But, we paid for part of the reservation at the hotel at a price of $400 a night!
The front desk staff were not what they use to be. They use to offer bottles of water. I asked for 2 bottles of water when we checked in, and the young lady at the front desk told me there was water in our room. Knowing that was a lie, we stopped at the vending machine on the way up to our room and stocked up on water.
There were some lovely front desk staff, but she was truly unforgettable, and at a price tag of $400 a night.
The only thing up to par was the valet service!!!
Thank you Super Mario:)
And, La Grotta Ristorante is right next door. The food there is fabulous!!!
We are at the DoubleTree Hilton near the Airport now. Much better. It’s clean and Door Dash will do!

Perfect for the concert we attended. It was within walking distance. Lots of restaurant choices in the area.

The hotel is nice, but not the nicest. Staff is great but the hotel could be cleaner and rooms could use some updating. Hotel guests can be loud and rowdy depending on the event that is going on. If you’re looking for nicer, more luxury aligned accommodations then seek elsewhere. It’s gone down a little bit since the last time I stayed 2 years ago.
