My stay was fine, but in the 1st night, we were on the 19th floor and kept hearing the elevator all night making it difficult to sleep. We planned to leave the next day so we checked out. Due to unforseen circumstances, we ended up staying a second night. This time, we were on the 14th floor and the room was gorgeous. The only thing was I think we were either right by the heating furnace or something and it was loud off and on all night. Also, the parking garage is really really really tight.

It was so hot in our room we struggled to sleep. We turned the air conditioning down but it would come back up. It remained 78 in the room. The people next to us ran around all hours of the night and banged on each others doors, and the pipes/ac made horrible loud noise constantly and consistently. We are so tired after trying to sleep and miserable. We aren’t complainers so we kept quiet but we should have just gone home. Will never ever recommend this hotel to anyone!!

Overall an excellent experience. Very helpful and courteous staff, pretty good complementary breakfast bar. A little confusing with two hotels sharing the same building, parking lot and elevators, but a good stay once i figured it out. Would definitely stay there again.

My overall service made reservations for the rooftop could not get my reservations because they had another function. I was disappointed about that. It was my birthday I had people coming couldn’t get on the rooftop until 8 PM. My reservation is for 6 PM the next morning we got an alert Saying that there was a problem in the building we had to evacuate I was on the 17th floor. I have torn tendons in my knee, walked down 17 flights of stairs. It was a false alarm didn’t give any extra time to go back to your room to pack to leave They refunded me back money for the garage. I did not park on the garage. It was horrible. I would like to be compensated on another room at another time at any hotel of my choice. At least they can do get off the elevator to my room, I could not Holly walk because of the time tendons in my knee. I had to get someone to help me in my room very bad.

The breakfast was the same all of the day with just 1 meat and they don't give a receipt if you go thought another site and the rooftops had Private partist and you couldn't go in that was a bomb. But other than that I enjoy my Stay

Staff was very kind and understanding, when we checked in late due airline problems. They gave us great food recommendations, and were very nice.

We had booked this hotel based on prior experience, however it looked to had been going renovation. Furniture was hanging on hinges, one of the rooms was actively being painted as we were goin in. One of us had come in super late and even tho we let the front desk know she lost the room (how is that possible if the room was paid for). another one had to keep moving to a different room because the AC was not working, he was moved 7 times

Older building, but pretty well maintained. Didn't seem to be much going on around the property for a downtown Friday night. Breakfast was above average. $25/night for parking on-site is a bit much. Public parking garages are nearby and probably offer better rates.

During our stay in April, the elevators were not all running so the wait for those that were was extremely long. There was also an event on the rooftop, unbeknownst to us, so we couldn’t visit this. The property is connected to another hotel, so navigating upon checkin was a tiny bit confusing. It seemed like they were working with limited staff. The toilets in the lobby weren’t flushing at that time. It was a place to lay our heads for the night but it was a bit run down.
Given this feedback is late, if fixes/updates have been made since then, please disregard.

Much appreciative of the early check-in provided us since the event we were attending began at 3:00 pm.

My only comment would be that the room has very little space to put the clothing (no drawers)

The hotel had a night club at the top floor that blasted music until 2AM. Neither Expedia nor the hotel told us that before they reserved our room on the 19th floor! Also, didn't get full refund even after being told by the hotel that we will get full refund.

This property is very confusing to get to travel wise. Arrived and got to room, which wasn't what we booked. Non-smoking, which smelt like smoke....room to fit 4 adults and 2 kids, with 2 queen beds. How did we all fit? Not possible. We were charged $15 per roll out, per night. This is not the room we were promised. Very, very disappointed. Went to front desk to complain and was told no manager on duty and would have to go through third party who we booked with to take care of. Well, travelocity blames the hotel, hotel blames travelocity. No resolve. Very sad that this type of disappointing customer service from major brand names occurs in 2024.

Check in was pleasant and I really enjoyed the view from the room with the floor to ceiling windows, but that is about it. The air condition on my floor was out and the room was extremely hot and unbearable. I hate that I had to keep all the curtains closed tight to try and keep it cooler but that didn’t help at all. I had to leave out most of my stay to find a cooler place. I was told the only option was to get a refund a find another place to say which I think is a bit unacceptable as I didn’t have that option in such a short notice. I’ve stayed at this location before because I enjoy the rooftop lounge but this specific stay has made me rethink staying here in the future. I did speak with a nice young lady at the from during my check out this morning who offered to remove parking for me and let me know that a manager would be in touch with me and would add points to my rewards. Still waiting on that update!

Overall it was good, but the breakfast was not good and very slow breakfast service.

The door to our room stuck and it was hard to open and close it. The area where we checked in was without air conditioning. Dining area for breakfast was moved to the adjoining hotel.
Hotel associates were very polite and helpful.

We paid for a suite, but upon check-in, the AC was not working. We were moved to a room almost half the size. The AC in the new room worked, but the floors were dirty, conditioner was empty, and beds were not comfortable.

The staff at this hotel were friendly and very accommodating. We were able to check in early due to a room being ready. Everything was great about this hotel.

Great hotel in downtown Richmond. Walking distance from many bars, restaurants, and shopping areas. We were pleasantly surprised by the social hour going on with free drinks when we arrived. Great experience!

The Hotel was great..The staff was great.
The only thing that could be fixed is the parking...
We were trying to find parking on friday and Saturday night and there was no parking left for Hotel guests...
For $25 a night for parking, there should be more available..
Also there Elavator System can use an updating..there's floors in the parking garage that the elevator wasn't working.
We had to get off on other floors then either walk up or down to our designated area.
Everything else was great!!

No furniture except desk chair, NO SOAP!
On our second day we were resting and housekeeping and maintenance kept SLAMMING the door in the next room.
Breakfast minimal at best, no fruit or yogurt
High schoolers devouring everything and taking up all space!
Very disappointed for a Hilton owned hotel, expensive for Richmond

Check in was super easy. Elevator looked super new to me where we just had to hit the floor number instead of up and down button. Room was terrific, we had issue with the ac unit not working so we was given a fan to help the circulation. Plan on coming back in the future

Paid for a room with 2 beds. Checked in 24 hours prior on the app to secure my room. Got to the hotel and they had me check in again and gave me a 1 bedroom room. The bathroom door in the room got stuck and locked me in so now the door does not close.

Perfect…wasn’t really no parking space in garage

Security non great - guest room floors accessible to all - no need to use your key card. People could easily have walked in off the street. Cleanliness - poor. Our sheets had not been changed from the previous guest though the bed was remade. When asked to remedy this, maintenance staff took over half an hour to bring new sheets and omitted pillowcases. Overall, a disappointing stay and certainly not worth the cost.

Great hotel however, during my stay I found out a soccer team stayed there. They kept me up for over 3 hours(10pm-1am) with the yelling, talking, bouncing the soccer ball on the floor. I had to put earplugs in so I could sleep. . I told the front desk person about it. She wrote everything down but I was not compensated whatsoever for me being very inconvenienced.

The TV in the room did not work and there was hair on the walls in the shower from a person who previously stayed there

Great stay! Front desk staff were friendly & fast, rooms were clean, and breakfast was really good (fresh waffles, eggs, sausage, fruit, cereal, muffins& bagels). 10/10 I plan to stay here again!

when I arrived at the hotel, it was hard to tell the entrance. Once at the door I walked up and the doors didn't open, I arrived within the window where the doors should have been unlocked. I rang the door bell about 5 times, walked back to my car came back and still no one was at the desk to buzz the door open. Eventually the phone started ringing and someone came from around the corner. The next morning breakfast was not good. I have stayed in a Hampton inn, and no corners were cut. But this one the orange juice was watered downed, my oldest son pointed out that it tasted like water, and it did. I asked one of the ladies and she said they have to dilute the orange juice. The overall breakfast was very poor, when thinking of the other Hampton inns I have stayed in.

great place and conveniently situated for the Richmond Marathon

Unhappy that we could not park on the premises when we arrived. Either the garage is too small to accommodate all of the guests, or the roof top party guests, that was occurring that night, were also allowed to use the same garage.
