Overall good value for money. Spacious rooms. Can do a little better on house keeping side.
Good staff specially Mr. Danish and Mr. Waleed at bell desk were very courteous and professional.

It was very good stay, my family and I enjoyed it

We booked a royal suite. The actual accommodation was different than what was shown in the photos on expedia. The room was smelling bad when we checked in. The fittings inside needed a good repair. The carpet was dirty as well. One of the showers was broken, about which we complained but it was never attended to.
I will not rate it really bad, rather would say it was an average stay.
However, full credit to their shuttle service which never disappointed us.

The Hotel itself is a complex of mutlfiple towers, which are just next to each other. The concept is totally fine. I was very disappointed by the room. Very old fashioned. Old carpet (don’t know when it was cleaned last time fully), shower was also very basic. Shower has was not working completely. Remote controller for tv was fixed with very amateur tape. All in all, very old room

I've stayed many times before at this propriety. Even during Ramadan. As always, i would say it's Money Well Spent. The shuttle service to Haram is unbeatable. 3 Minutes ride only and 24/H service. No one could beat that. The rooms are comfortable and clean. But the highlight that i noticed this last visit, is how everyone is striving and even competing to present you with the best service possible. It's unbelievable how everyone from the Room Service that checks on us all the time to ensure that we're not missing anything, and they're ready to do your room any time, to the crew in charge of the breakfast. Especially at the Khaleeji ( Gulf ) Restaurant. While, the breakfast could definitely be better and perhaps this is one thing that hasn't changed or improved much in years. However, it's really not much compared to the welcoming smiles that you get and the immediate attention from the minute you step in to the restaurant. I would like to mention Mr. Saud Syed Kareem. He's very welcoming and always makes sure to go above and beyond for our comfort and with all the guests. Thank you Sir. Overall, i will highly recommend Le Meridien Towers. And, i can't wait to go back.

The best thing about the hotel is the shuttle to the Haram which takes 2 minutes. The customer service needs to improve and staff need to be trained in it, it seems some people are employed for the sake of it.

This is my third time staying in this hotel in the last 18 months. The best thing about this hotel is the shuttle to the Haram (literally outside), it takes less than 2 minutes to get to the clock tower from the hotel. The shuttle is around every 10 minutes (it's frequent). The housekeeping has improved however the check-in needs to be improved a lot particularly the staff, it's like some of them don't know what they're doing and were employed for the sake of it. They need to be trained better and provide better customer service as this affects your mood about the hotel.

It’s not 5 star..but good for the price..the lobby where they have the coaches (waiting areas) need to be more clean and to much flies around..
Room are decent/air conditioner need new thermostat won’t work only on one speed ..
The best thing I like about this hotel is the transportation from and to the haram masjid ..

The staff is very rude. Their behaviour is very bad. Besides, they torture even though the payment is done in advance. I hate the property.

Check-in is very slow and complex, with long queues forming as a result. Must have the booking reference ready. My booking could not be found, even with the reference number, as 'the system is updated only once a day'. Kept me waiting over 30 minutes for someone to check the booking, which was eventually found. The management need to improve their check-in process. The staff work hard and do their best

The suite with kitchenette was very useful during our stay in Ramadan as we could just heat up our food. The reception and room service staff were friendly and accommodating. The free shuttle service to Haram was excellent which took few minutes and made the whole trip comfortable and easy. Jazakallah Meridian!

It was OK overall. The only drawback is the huge number of guests which made it difficult sometimes for the staff to do their duties perfectly. The breakfast wav varied and satisfying. It’s a nice place anyway.

I loved the frequencies of shuttle services (24 hrs) to the Masjid al-Haram (the Great Mosque of Makkah).and the drop off and pick up location. One can easily find the way without getting lost. This was/is an A service. It takes less than 4 minutes to get there by the shuttle and 5 minutes walk to the Kaa'ba. What I didn't not like was that, the hotel does not have any newer plug points ( Electrical outlets) to plug in the USB for phone charging like all hotels do these days in the rooms. That's very old fashion and INCONVENIENCE!!! So be prepared if you are staying here. Apart from that, I would say, it served my purpose and I am happy for what I got for the price I paid. The rooms have a safe, small refrigerator and a kitchenette (no stove or microwave). It comes in handy if you are staying for few days to store fruits and non perishable food. I would recommend this hotel if you are not a picky person.

Initially our stay at Tower 5 room was good but no view. We booked for City View and when we requested for city view room, we were given Room at Tower 8, which had several issues. It wasn't clean, overused furniture, bathroom was clogged water.
Breakfast was good. Reception staff not experienced. Shuttle service is good.

Friend of mine and I stayed 7 nights at le méridien towers Makkah . The check in was smooth they even upgraded our room to a one bedroom apartment . Most of the staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel is huge and very busy but still the lifts are always available. The hotel has 3 restaurants, mini supermarket and few perfume and clothing shops . They provide buses to take us to the Haram the journey only takes between 80 and 120 seconds They were so many buses we hardly had to wait for one to get to the Haram . On our way back you might have to wait few minutes to get into the bus . But overall it’s very smooth and convenient. We were very happy with our stay Ahmed Shakir one of the directors was very friendly and welcoming and he was happy to assist . I strongly recommend this hotel and I would definitely stay there again if I get a chance to preform another umra insha’Allah.

This is a run down property with dirty.bed sheets, no iron.board, un responsive reception and broken furniture.
The only good thing about this hotel is the shuttle bus to haram is really good.
So if you just want a place.to crash and go.to the mosque .Fine, otherwise stay away !!

Not so good. The hotel condition is very disappointing. This facility should not be under Le Merdian. The parking of this hotel is scary.
