Small boutique hotel near dining and shopping.
Room size was big and comfortable. Design was ok vs the price. The AC at my room had issue and had a noise that was terrible. Besides this issue I would recommend this hotel if you are going for one or two nights. Area is great and convenient. Parking is just right across for extra charge. The hotel needs some maintenance in hallways and walls as it looks little bit outdated.

The hotel's location is great. Reception and breakfast area are very nice. We had a room on the second floor and there is no elevator (I didn't read upon booking that there isn't an elevator). The room is nice, however a terrible smell was coming from the bathroom. We have informed the receptionist on our 2nd day, but the smell remained. Breakfast was ok, though not worth €15 per person per day. Parking can be tricky. Staff were very nice.

Super location. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Room very basic, no safe or fridge but it was all we needed to have a relaxing fun time. Close to shops, beach and harbor.

The young lady at check in was kind and caring and immediately made us feel comfortable. One tall slender waiter helped us out on several occasions. Amazing, helpful attitude. The young lady at the front desk on our last day was also as helpful as she could possibly be.
We cannot thank your staff enough!!

Excellent location
We thought parking was going to be charged but go up to 12 hrs free parking at port but had to exit and reenter morning and evening
Locks on rooms push button and finicky- not very secure
Decor is very tired- a bit shabby in lobby and rooms
Limited plug in in rooms
Bathroom was good- renovated with good shower and good water pressure and temperature
Lower end of 3 star

The hotel itself is an old hotel in a great location. But it hasn’t been updated enough for the price - as there is no fridge in the room and no safe. But worst of all it’s not clean enough and there were bugs in the room

We enjoyed our stay and slept well! Very convenient that it’s right in front of the boat that goes to St-Tropez.

It was close to the city centre.

Location is excellent.. right across the port.. the best..
staffing is poor, during breakfast only 1 staff doing everything .
We have to wait for the cup and coffee itself for few minutes .
This girl was doing the reception job as well.

This property has an excellent location & good prices. However, it’s not very comfortable. There’s no parking. There’s no elevator. Taking luggage up & down the stairs can be challenging. The room is very basic. No mini fridge. No safe in the room. There are no shelves in the bathroom. The size of the room was ok & it was clean. But, it was not comfortable. I’d probably spend a bit more for a more comfortable room next time. The staff was very sweet.

Chambre moyenne avec beaucoup de poussière. Pas de vrai porte entre la salle de bain et la chambre.

Wonderful cozy hotel, welcoming madam. In perfect location, close to the beach and downtown. Slow internet and no elevator only negative. Otherwise we loved the place.

The area was good. The hotel was very run down and they do not have parking as advertised. Parking is best spot you can find on the street. Bed was uncomfortable and the toilet was so tight into a space my knees hit the wall in front of me. The location was the only good thing. Although the Prudhoe cue was cheap too. But I’m not sure the cheap price was worth the stay

Great hotel, close to everything, pretty little town too!

Location was amazing. The room was spacious and comfortable, just a little older. Overall a great hotel for what you pay and what you get!

My husband and I booked the hotel for two nights, but could only stay for one night. The bathroom was very dirty and there was mold in tile grouts. Could not sleep in the bed and itched whole night. (either a very iterating detergent used not the linens or something in the bed!!!). Although located in a good location, the whole hotel needs renovation VERY urgently.

Extremely good value for money. We wanted to stay in St tropez but it was so expensive we decided to stay in St maxime and get the boat across the bay at a cost of €13.50 each. The last boat back is at a reasonable time and we ended up saving a lot of money by being able to eat out in St tropez but stay in St maxime. The hotel is situated just opposite the harbour and has many beautiful restaurants surrounding it. With the option of free parking just up the street also.

Great spot, convenient to the marina and harbor, sheltered just enough to quiet the night life enough for sleep, and close to the church bells which resonate through the stairwells (which you will likely have to climb with your luggage). Comfortable bed, nice red light through the red curtains in the room. Floor was kind of gross. Super friendly staff, great for answering questions if you can keep up with the speed-talking answers ;), but couldnt manage to keep coffee, or mugs, or plates, or many of the breakfast items stocked in the morning, despite not seeming busy. That was odd. Good value overall and great location.

A not so clean hotel, with no elevator, and we found some cucarachas in the bathroom. It has no parking near the hotel ,you have to go on your car and find a place in the streets.

This hotel met all our needs. It is in an excellent location; central to the harbour and restaurants. The breakfast is a continental buffet, with plenty of coffee and croissants. When we stayed it was 14 euros per person, which sounds expensive, but if you consider a single coffee and croissant was about half as much in the local cafes, 14 euros is not a bad deal for a buffet eat as much as you like breakfast. The staff are friendly and helpful and our room was cleaned every day. The hotel building is not modern, but the amenities are adequate enough, with good air conditioning and a TV in the room. We hope to return to Sainte Maxime and would definitely stay at this hotel again.

We stayed at Les Palmiers in St. Maxime for 4 nights and had a wonderful stay. The room was spacious enough for us and quite clean. It has 2 french doors that open on to a little balcony. They offer a small continental breakfast for 10 euros a person but found it didnt offer enough for the cost. There are plenty of cafes around. The location was perfect, just around the corner are endless restaurants and shops. Across the street was the port where you could park if you are driving. The beach is about a 7 min walk down the main road. There is a boat across the street that will take you to St. Tropez to spend the day. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful spot, conveniently located with easy access to the ferry that will take you St Tropez. The staff is friendly and accommodating and the rooms are clean and comfortable.

Hotel was extremely well located in St. Maxime. Stepping right outside the hotel were multiple restaurants, a city beach, carousel for the kids, town shops, grocery store, and easy parking at the port ($15E/day). Quick drive or ferry over to St. Tropez and within easy driving distance to bigger St. Tropez beaches. Family room was well situated with 2 separate bedrooms. Rooms were clean and multiple languages are spoken (French, Italian, Spanish, English).

Small room, Bed too low to the floor, barely clean. Power went out in room and had to have staff reset the breaker (Nice... Not! 220Volt elecric in Europe- Even the "third worls countries in South America have figured out to switch to 110volt!).Nice location, but a madhouse of people especially at night... Clerk was kinda rude to me after I asked about the crowds after walking 2 miles to get back to the hotel at about 8pm... "Free" parking on street per hotel staff (got 2 parking TICKETS in about 12 hours!!!Parking lot accross the street is $3 euros an hour ($72 euros a day!!)I wouldn't stay at this hotel again because of the parking issues!

Very dirty and dark. Hotel is in major need of an update-carpets are stained brown and the ceiling of my room had mold and water stains, broken tiles. it is sad because the staff is so pleasant and the location is perfect.

amazing location to port and centre of the city. The location could NOT have been better. The hotel is a piece of history, clean, comfy and very european. The price could not have been beat and everyone was very friendly!! A great find.

3 stars… are you kidding me…? This must be a joke… Actually I would’ve given this dump any stars at all. It’s a tree story high sealing building with no elevator. Since they did not have any service staff, we had to carry our bags up to the third floor. You have to support the shower fixture with one hand at all times. The entire piping system is as old as the hotel itself. It simply does not hold together any more. Every hotel wide toilet flush woke us up. Church next door delivers deafening bell sounds right to your room 24/7. TV only has 6 channels. Beds are so old, they probably carry Maupassant’s body odor. The safe is not fixed to anything. . You can simply carry it out of the room with your bear hands. Our important personal items got stolen from the room. We have travelled all over the world but we have not lived though such a twilight experience in a past. Do not walk away from this place, RUN !!!

This is a great hotel for everybody that considers convenience more important than luxury. The hotel location is perfect, I cannot imagine something better, in the middle of shopping/restaurant/entertainment area. The hotel itself has a nice outdoor patio and the food is delicious without being overpriced. The beach was just accross the street, same as the port where you can board for St Tropez every 15 minutes. It is not expensive and it is definitely worth considering the heavy traffic between the 2 resorts (it may take more than an hour to drive in summer).Talking about cars, there are 2 public parking lots just accross the street from hotel, with variable rates, day vs night time. We were lucky enough to find even free parking right in front of the hotel.Overall, the hotel gives the impression of old, which is absolutely true, no elevator, narrow hallways, small bathroom. But it was clean and we were not missing anything to make our stay a very pleasant one. AC was working fine, the mini fridge was very handy, and the view from our window, facing the sea and St Tropez, was one of the highlights of our European tour. When we open the window in the morning our room was invaded with the smell of freshly baked bread from the neighboring cafes! We will happily return to this hotel, all my admiration and thanks to the hosts!
