Room was tiny. Barely enough room to walk around the bed. Tub/shower needs grab bars.

Staff were exceptional friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again

The suite was almost perfect for all 6 of us. The beds were really comfortable to sleep in. The walkway to the third bed or separated room was a little narrow past the counter top but otherwise good. The service was great when asked of other conveniences.

We had a great stay. I called a few days prior to block a connecting King to a DDBL queen. The front desk agent confirmed by blocked the rooms. At check in another agent took one of my blocked rooms. If a room is block out, it should always remain blocked.

Our room was the size of a postage stamp. Front desk staff were pleasant. I didn't appreciate that there was no housekeeping unless requested. We are well past COVID regulations. I had to look for someone from housekeeping in order to get clean towels and additional shampoo. We booked this hotel because of the location. Since it was a Ramada by Wyndham I expected a room that was large enough that we could open our suitcases without putting them on the floor. The Front Porch restaurant was convenient but the food was fair to poor and the staff seemed very disinterested.

The Ramada is at the end of the boardwalk are of Keystone. The beds were comfy and the pillows were perfect. We were surprised to see a jetted tub in the room. The onsite restaurant was really good. I will definitely stay here again.

Only one complaint. Toilet seat was loose. You had to watch when you sat down.

Dark, dingy, black mold in the AC.
I would advise a visit from the health department. Filthy garbage can and recycling can in the hallway.

We had an amazing time. This is a very nice property, and the staff was very helpful and friendly whenever we needed something. This is located right in downtown and it’s an easy walk to all the shops and stores and restaurants.

The hotel was in major need of renovating. The carpeting was held together with duct tape. The room was too small for 2 Queen beds. I couldn’t access WiFi because I didn’t have Safari on my iPhone. I tried to download, but couldn’t. Breakfast was not included, however terrible coffee was. There was an indoor pool in the center of the hotel, the smell of chlorine permeated the hotel.

Not secure

Wife is handicapped and they only had 2 handicapped parking spaces. Many (20) on the hotel's main parking lot was taken up with tour buses. I was told to drop my wife off by the entry and then park in the side parking lot. My wife has dementia and can't be let alone in a strange environment. We have always stayed at this hotel when we come to Keystone, but will not in the future.

The hotel is ok, could use some updating and upgrading. The room was so small that I couldn't walk around the bed to make it. There was only one small desk chair to sit on.
The small 20" refrigerator (which was dorm size at the most) sat on the floor, and the microwave sat on top of that. The entire room gave a vibe of dark, dingy and
unclean. The parking lot was quite a challenge, too.
I've never given a poor review for any hotel. I expected more from a Ramada.
The one good thing was it was within walking distance to the main shopping and food area.

My wife realized we left our daughter's phone in the room when called the staff said the phone wasn't in lost and found. Apparently the cleaning crew needed it more than we did.

The trash can in hallways looks like they haven’t been cleaned in a long time. It’s the first thing you see when getting on and off elevator.

Bad. Jacuzzi left brown marks around the edge and the jets were spitting out gross stuff. The bed had a black stain on the sheet. There a gash mark on the wall from the a chair. The red chair had stains all over it, i would never sit in it. And there was a sticky residue left on the counter by the coffe table. Luckily it was just my hand that touched it and not any of our bags. This was incredibly dissapointing. Not gonna stay here again. But the downtown area was awesome. Loved the downtown area and the access from the hotel to the downtown area was super cool.

Since I did not stay at a Ramada, I have no idea why I am getting this survey.

The staff was very friendly during check-in. The room was not what I expected. It was tiny. You could not open the refrigerator door all the way because it hit the Nightstand. The toilet did not flush properly every time using you had to flush it three times to get paper to go down. The shower needs to be updated dingy shower bar needs to be replaced. The parking lot is a nightmare. They should give out parking Passes. It was a couple times coming back from my day no parking. If you own a bigger vehicle, It is a very tight parking lot. The hotel has a great location. I feel the price of my room was too much, especially condition of the building.

We would stay here again. The room was tired and old, but it was clean. We slept well on the mattress.

Very small room. Had to move coffee pot to bedside table to plug in. Small fridge and microwave. Bed was comfortable. Sheets and bedding nice. No chair to sit on, no room. No grab bars in the shower or place to put shampoo or soap. No where to put suitcase on holder or floor, no room. No continental breakfast. Close to shopping and walking.

dirty sheets on day of check in, had to change our sheets then had to ask multiple times next day for cleaning services.

It was an easy place to stay if visiting Mt Rushmore and local area —rooms and hotel itself is dated

Great place to stay and central to a wide variety of scenic and historic routes. I was able to visit all sorroundubg areas in just 4 full days and still be back to my room in time to enjoy a nice dinner from one of the nearby restaurants. I usually would just walk outside to one of the nearby restaurants but just a few short minute drive(literally 3 minutes) is the powder House lodge which serve a wonderful breakfast and dinner! Very convenient location and while the breakfast is not free of charge at the hotel, they do have a connecting restaurant that opens early and stays open pretty late. When I go back to South Dakota I will stay here again.

The sink had no plug. I understand that people may let the sink run over. That’s why contractors for updates should buy sinks with overflow drains. I use the sink for many things and I like a stopper. The shower would not shut off. Draining the entire time.

Nothing special about the property, it is one of the few that offers no breakfast and not a lot of dining in area.

Close to Mount Rushmore. Food in restaurant was very good and quick after a long driving day. Pool looked good. Property is a bit run down but clean.
