This hotel is in serious need of some renovations. The elevator was not working so we had to walk up the stairs to the third floor. There was no tv channel guide I. The room. Pointed out a hole in the floor by the bathroom door, a stain in the carpet, and the bathroom faucet would not shut off so I told the desk clerk when we checked out. Did not eat breakfast because we were staying as late as we could before checking out.

We flew in from three different states to attend Basic Training graduation at Fort Sill nearby. This hotel was clean and comfortable. There was a selection of hot and cold items each morning for breakfast, as well as coffee, tea, and hot chocolate available 24/7. We were able to rest from our flights and spend time together as a family.

Two remotes for the TV , very confusing. Heater/ air conditioner would not allow us to adjust it so had to unplug it or we would have been too cold. Bathroom m had finger nail clippings on the countertop

Upon entering the room there was an off putting odor. Walking around the room there was trash under the furniture and on the floor near the window. The curtains had grass stuck to them in different spots. The shower visually was scary. When turning on the bathroom sink bugs came out from under the rim of the counter. Noticed spots on the pillowcases and shower mat, might be time to take them out of rotation.

Our room hadn’t been cleaned to our standards at least. Ice machine on our floor was out of order. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. Overall the stay was satisfactory but nothing to write home about.

The hotel was nice and looked good. However, it needed some deep cleaning in the bathroom, and I found food in the freezer portion of the mini-fridge that the maid missed. The beds were very comfortable and clean.

I was very upset when we arrived. Because they told us they had no room available. They were overbooked. We had requested two queen or king beds because my son and I were traveling together. I told him I had already confirmed my reservation. I had already paid for my reservation. I went and got the paper showing my confirmation. And finally, they got the manager. When she came, she heard my complaint and said they had a room they were cleaning that was one king but not two beds but it did have a couch. So my son had to sleep on the couch. I was very upset because they said it was overbooked and they actually only called to notify us 30 minutes before we arrived after traveling for four plus hours to get there. They said because we booked through a third-party that overbooked them. I will not book again through hotel.com. I will go directly to the hotel and book.

There was a funny smell in the hallways and the rooms are a bit out dated, however it was not dirty and the staff was very pleasant. Overall stay wasn’t bad at all.

The bathroom faucet needs a good scrubbing, soap dish was broken. Carpet by the elevator needs a good scrub, floor 2. Cleanliness is everything, people will stay where it is clean. Great staff, I will be back.

When I book the room I made a mistake and book the wrong date. Call the hotel and tried to change the date and was gave the run around. They said I needed to talk to the third party that book the room, and when I contacted them they said I need to call the hotel. All I need was a date change I was not trying to counsel the room. I stayed at the hotel a lot and for them to give me the run around was very unprofessional.

We traveled with family for a reunion with my husbands mother who lives at a retirement home in Lawton. We had 3 rooms which were grouped together which was very convenient. Rooms were clean and very spacious. The aniline lost our sons luggage, which had the babies pack and play, but the two side by side couches were shoved together to make a very nice bed. play area for the toddler.The 3rd floor halls were very quiet, did not here a peep and slept like a baby. Beds were very soft. Air conditioner kept room as cold as you wanted it. Water was very hot in shower. Lots of towels. Breakfast was the usual scrambled eggs and sausage, choice of breads, cereal, yogurt and milk. No juice. Some fresh fruit was offered as well, bananas, apples, and oranges. Coffee was hot with creamer selections. Pool is not closed as others stated. The door in the lobby is broken and locked. You need to go outside and use the key card side door to get in. Pool is small and shallow, 3 1/2 feet, but cool and refreshing after a hot day on Mt. Scott. A little wear and tear in the bathroom but nothing drastic. For the price we paid as a group, it was worth the stay. Out of all the hotels in the area, which we have stayed in all, this and 2 others are the best. Will stay again.

The locks around the building needs an updated. Sometime it takes multiple tries to get into your own room or pool with a new key card. My room was clean but the floor felts like it was wet. Bathroom door doesn’t have door stop so hopefully I’m not going to get charged for the hole in the wall.

This hotel is very poorly maintained and is in desperate need of repair. From the moment I walked in, I should have known what was to come. While the front desk reception who checked us in was pleasant, it doesn’t negate the fact that the hotel is NASTY! The bed linens hadn’t been changed, the toilet seat needs replacing, there was missing baseboard trimmings, the air conditioner vents were disgusting, markings and chips all over the walls, carpet was dirty, bathroom floor had hair on it…..which clearly means it wasn’t swept or mopped! The shower grout looked gross, toilet grout gross, I could go on and on…. Comfort Suites DO BETTER!!! I have photos for proof!

The exterior doors on the side of the hotel and to directly enter the pool did not lock, so anyone could enter the property without being seen by staff. Breakfast was adequate, but minimal. The curtains were stained, the bathroom sink had major cracks, and the sheets did not attach well to the bed. While I have come to not expect daily housekeeping, my trash was not even emptied during my stay which is unusual. The room was spacious and WiFi worked fairly well. Staff was friendly.

After we checked in, we noticed the floor in front of the bathroom had some kind of sticky residue.I told the front desk clerk, Jen. She cleaned it right up for us since there was no housekeeper on duty. Jen made our check in very efficient and she was very pleasant.

This place had a friendly staff. The rooms were clean and breakfast was great with biscuts and gravy make your own waffles... i was very happy. The only minor issue was the indoor pool which was very cold. But for the record the staff did mention ahead of time that the heater was out of service. But thay didnt stop my kids. Def will come back if we are in town again.
