Good for a short term stay in Naples - location is very good but the hotel isn’t the cleanest and nicest to stay at

The hotel is near the central station if that means anything but the ar ea is maybe the worst in Napoli. Extremely dirty smelling pee and rubbish and noisy. The first night I could not believe the amount of noise plus the extra noise due to the neighboring stores ventilation behind the rooms window. Unable to sleep after hours, talked with the reception but could not change the room that night. Was awake the whole night. Next morning got a new room, I bought some ear plugs just in case. But no wonder all the following nights the noise from the reception including them talking, the bells to enter the hotel, the phone ringings at the reception didnt let me sleep. The rooms were not totally clean either with a lot of long hair curled in the corners of the room. The AC was working great which was positive. 1/3 of the receptionists could speak English and was helpful. I would never recommend this hotel mostly due to it's location and noise level.

The property was very clean and was more beautiful than the picture

Though it's cheap, the single room is really narrow in space. The shower system is too old!

The only I like about the hotel was the price . This is the dirtiest place that I have ever seen in all my travels. Place smell like a cigarette alley mixed with urine . Would not recommend this place ever to my enemies . Surprisingly it was rated 7/10.

Noisiest hotel I've ever stayed in. I had an early flight and wasn't able to sleep at all. Helpful friendly staff though and close by to train and bus links.

Great place to stay on a budget. The bed was excellent but the shower at times was cold

I had a nice stay here. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, close to the central train station, shops and restaurants.
PS: Can get a bit noisy from other rooms as if the walls are like paper thin. I didn't mind as I'm used to noise but I know some will find it troublesome.

The hotel is located in the city center. However, the city center is dirty, as is the area around the hotel. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The room was fine for sleeping and was equipped with air conditioning. However, the shower was clogged and one night someone was smoking in the hotel area so there was a strong smell of cigarettes in our room.

Basic accomodations at a good price. Needed a room close to Garibaldi. Great location with all you need around.

Room needs fumigation. Should be smoke free with no ashtrays
1.0
The room smelled really bad of nicotine. Why would you have ashtrays, only to encourage people to smoke?

The people were very nice. Our room was facing a noisy area but it didnt bother us at all. The fan in the room helped keep it cool.

It’s a great place to say if you’re in Napoli. Close walk to historical sites and five minute walk to the train station. The people there are friendly and helpful. I can’t wait to go back to see Gianni, Pino, Lucia and Natalie. They are the best.
