Room was lovely with a very comfy bed and very clean . But nights sleep was fairly bad due to partying late into the night in the room below us and a 7am working start in the Bottle shop next door ( owned by hotel I think )

We really enjoyed our stay at the Airlie Beach Hotel. The staff were friendly and we especially loved the pool. It’s in a great location - walking distance from everything you want/need. The rooms were clean, the beds were cozy, and the air conditioning was a God send. We would definitely stay here again as it truly looked like the best option out of all on the strip.

We did enjoy our room with the balcony but something needs to be done about the threshold at the bathroom entrance which is about 1/2 inch higher than the room flooring and is a tripping hazard.

Staff was the highlight. They really accommodated our need to leave bags for an overnight tour and after check out til we met our shuttle. Just friendly and helpful making sure we got picked up. Band was a bit loud on the weekend.

Second stay in this hotel as part of a trip out to the GBR. We stayed in both sections of the hotel, and both were equally clean and comfortable.

Great location right across from Airlie Beach. The beach isn’t much though. But everything is walkable and there are dining options everywhere. Just so you know, when you’re looking at the map, the town is only about five blocks long. This hotel is essentially at one end of town.

The location is great. Convenient, clean, but no breakfast, the room curtains needs fixing, short, the room can be seen from courtyard, no slippers, expensive hotel compared to area, no view and pool is small. Expensive for what you get.

Our stay was largely satisfactory, with the bathroom being the only area that could benefit from some refurbishment. Nonetheless, this hotel offers a convenient and comfortable stay, complemented by excellent customer service. Be prepared to pay a higher price for a great location in Airlie.

We stayed in the courtyard area, but it was basically a revamped motel. No view, and expensive considering how basic it was. The worst thing was the smell: it smelt like a public toilet block—bleach and cheap cleaning products. Fine for one night, but would not recommend for longer trips

The hotel is an excellent location and the amenities are great. The staff were lively and very helpful. My only compliant were the cleaners. They had put dirty glasses and cutlery back in the cupboard and has not mopped the bathroom floor. However when it was mentioned to the receptionist she immediately apologised and gave us a bottle of Prosecco as an apology.

The property is close to everything. It has its own laundry area.The reception is only available from 8pm to 7 am but you can still get hold with someone if needed after those hours.

Great hotel in the Port of Airlie area ( we were taking a cruise from there). Didn’t have time to check it out in detail, but it had a lively nightlife atmosphere and even though we checked in late, everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Nice shops and restaurants nearby.

A lively hotel complete with large bar, restaurant, pool and mini casino. We only stayed one night but the room and bed was comfy. The showers are a little dated but all together a nice hotel serving Airlie Beach.

The staff were welcoming. Our room was very comfortable with pleasant decor. The entire hotel is very well presented including the bottle shop and corporate vehicles. Have stayed there twice and would happily do so again.

we love how it is right in the centre. the only issue we have is the room wasn't cleaned to the standard required. no replenishment of a few things like toilet paper, coffee and tea facility. milk... i had to buy my own. carpets was not cleaned, when we ask they said sometimes we don't do it unless you ask. a bit poor for a 4 star hotel. toilet had a dirty streak runnig through it, we tried to clean it but to no avail. same with the shower especially the screen, tried to clean but it was stuck on. Bed wasn't made properly. all that was done was they just pulled the sheets up . But the staff at the reception were very courteous and helpful. if i am ever there again, i would go to the same hotel . not trying to downgrade the Hotel but for a 4 star, more is expected. we have travelled to a lot of hotel and frankly the hygene in the room wasnt very good compared to others of the same level or below that. Not knocking all the cleaners but everyday there was a different one and some were very good but some were slip and slap happy.
