The room was clean

Sheets were not changed after 3 days despite my asking.

The construction of the hotel left a lot to be desired because we heard all the heavy steps in the room above us and almost every word from the television program on the TV in the room adjoining ours (i.e., next to our bedroom) which played all night (until almost 5:00 am). To say the least we did not find the hotel very restful and we will look for other accommodations the next time we are in the area.

The internet portion was a nightmare. We never could finish checking in. When we checked in personally it went very well.

So far, this is the only hotel in Chino Valley. It is ok, but a bit expensive for what you get.

Overall we had a great stay. The staff was incredibly friendly. The rooms and property were very clean and quiet. Free breakfast was what you’d expect. My only complaints were the bed and pillows but that’s a preference thing. They were way too hard for my comfort.

Pretty basic but nice. As others have said, you can hear a lot of what's going on in other rooms or the hallway. The room temp was set to 70 which is ok but we wanted it cooler. I turned down the AC temp and it recognized it was set lower but the AZ would not cool the room. But otherwise, we had a decent stay.

Everything was good other than the broken ice machine and the carpet needing a good vaccuum.

The room was dirty especially the bathroom. Didn’t want to shower in there. The place was loud , we were on the first floor people stomping on the floor above all night. The neighbors had kids screaming and slamming of doors all night. We would never go back. In fact we left a day early.

It was great! Great quick breakfast! We were next to a barking dog this morning.

Check in went OK. We were locked out of our room on the second day. Got re-issued key cards. Records showed our stsy was for 2 nights but keys were for one. Issue was fixed quickly. Staff was friend and courteous especially Mary, who keeps the breakfast bar stocked and clean. Was very helpful and pleasant to all guests.

Doors were loud, no elevator, walls thin can hear people’s tv next door.

Front desk person, Isabel was sweet, welcoming and efficient in getting me checked in. THANK YOU Isabel. Breakfast the next day was of good quality and variety. Cafeteria area was being cleaned regularly. Only 'con' was finding multiple long strings of hair in the shower. Otherwise, the room was spotless.

Breakfast in the morning was awesome, beds could be more comfy but overrall was a great experience!

Many good things about this property! It was quiet, parking was easy, the breakfast was well stocked and it was clean! Will definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay, and so very glad they were an option in the rather limited area of Chino Valley, Arizona. Facility was great, room was very spacious, and very clean. Will be booking again!

The only complaint I have is that there was no coffee makers in the rooms.

Great all around hotel

Hotel computer system was down so checking was delayed for several hours. There should be alt off line process for check in. Otherwise a very clean and comfortable hotel

No elevator makes the 2nd floor difficult

We had stayed only for few hours to freshen up after returning from 4 day camping. we had couple of backpacks, suitcases and daypacks. There is no elevator so we had to take the luggage’s by ourself on the second floor. The bedsheet and blanket had blood stains and dirt stains on them. Luckily we didn’t stay the night so didn’t have to use the bed. Bathroom was kept clean at least.

Super-clean room and grounds with very nicely thought-out dog area and safe parking. It was nice having the residential acreage right next door for a country feel. Construction going on in front of and behind the hotel, so not sure what's being built, but at least the farm next door isn't going anywhere. The front desk staff seemed friendly and the food prep and room cleaning workers were the best. I did get the impression that management was bullying the cleaning crew a bit, but I could have misinterpreted whatever was going on. The only two things I was unhappy about with the stay was first, the breakfast: the bread and muffins seemed very stale, like leftovers. And the fruit was appreciated, but also seemed like it had been sitting too long. I also suspect that the eggs were maybe powdered or something? Kinda spongy and weird. But otherwise there was a large assortment of foods to choose from plus a waffle maker, and the sausages were great. The second thing was that the walls are SO THIN and it's not that the neighbors were necessarily noisy... it's just that every single thing they did, every conversation they had, all the way down to the guy's loud ban-saw snoring all night, came through loud and clear! Aside from these minor things, this was a very nice place to stay with people who work hard to keep it that way. One of the best places I've gotten to stay while travelling with the dog and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

It is convenient off Hwy 89. Quiet. Serves breakfast
