Spacious house, comfortable beds, lots of kitchen cabinet space for long stays. There's a washer and dryer that looks beat up, but works great!. Also there's a Safeway, and lots of fast food restaurants near by.. With that said there's the issue with the outdoor creatures getting inside? May be they get in through the two broken sliding glass doors? They do spray, so most bugs die once they get inside. There's so many, and the larger centipedes don't die right away ,so be carefull where you step. The property manager was great and responeded right away.to all calls. The kitchen was upgraded. There's alot of cosmetic coverups, and alot of old stuff (appliances) added to make the house livable. The owner did address all issues brought to his attention. We did stay after we got it dialed in. If your allergic to bee's don't stay here! If you stay don't leave the light's on in the frontroom area it attracts everything, and since there's no window coverings you can see everything inside. Grant it theres only the property manager, and someone else staying on a seperate piece of the property but still. Like I said it has alot of space, so if that's what matters to you it's a winner.

This property is filthy, we found a dead mouse, stunk horribly, the whole home is infested with bugs, the Wi-Fi never worked and there are other low income residential units on the property which are occupied (not included in description of property when we booked). We left a night early when 2 suspicious men showed up at the property, that claimed to be with the owner, which we never met. We're glad it's over and won't be back.

This Vrbo was so nice to have as a home base for our trip. Close enough that nothing was really more than 30mins away from it. There’s a neighbor that has horses and they’re very friendly. The only thing that kinda sucked was that it was one bathroom for 5 people but we made it work. Overall it was a very nice place to stay. Would do it again!

Although the property owner was quick to respond to our needs, the overall cleanliness of this cabin was poor. Floors should have at least been cleaned between guests, and glass doors also. However, beds were clean and comfy!
