Quality room and super cleen.

Great space, close to old town, excellent parking for our car right by apartment. The owners sre super nice people. Only knock on it as it was very noisy. We didn’t use the pool like we thought because it was shaded all day but some partiers used it at 2am and kept us up.

The location was a short stroll along the river to the ancient narrow stone streets of Trogir with a vast choice of restaurants and shops. The harbour offered boat trips or for the land lovers the main bus station was also a 5/10 minute stroll. The property itself offered all you could want for a casual holiday.
We were met on arrival and ensured we had everything needed to have a wonderful break. The family who own the property go out of their way to ensure your stay is perfect. Although they are not on site the communication is instant and the one small problem we had was rectified within 10 minutes.
Tomislava, her sister and parents are perfect hosts and leave you to enjoy your time in Trogir without any intrusion but are always available if needed. I can thoroughly recommend staying here

We had a pleasant stay in this well located hotel. Despite the relatively noisy outdoor environment near the hotel, the well sealed windows made it very quiet in our room. Although our rate didn't include breakfast, the listing indicated that breakfast would be available on premises. That turned out to be incorrect. However, the short walk and numerous breakfast options in the old town turned the potential problem into an opportunity to explore and enjoy our visit even more.

A very comfortable and spacious apartment with amazing views. Parking on site so no need to worry where to leave your car. There are grocery shops just next door and more importantly, it is within 4-5min walk to the old town.

We stayed here for three nights and had a great time. The hotel was situated perfectly, close enough to old ton Trogir that you could walk to it, but far enough that traffic noise wasn't an issue. It was also walking distance from a mall, the market and restaurants and grocery stores. The room itself was clean and spacious, plus the bathroom had a on-demand heated floor which was a nice surprise for my wife. The hosts were great and answered promptly, we would stay here again.

We were surprised & thrilled by the location of this hotel. We enjoyed the location very much. We actually drove 50 km out of our way to stay here. We were so fascinated by the peninsula & we fell in love with the land, the water & the warm & friendly service we received. The breakfast was also beautiful, delicious & special.

From the moment I arrived at Villa Maslina, I received a warm welcome from Tomislava and knew that it would be a great experience. This adorable family-run property offers a convenient location with just a short walk to the heart of Trogir and a short uber to Split Airport. Room was clean, comfortable and quite spacious. Would highly recommend staying here :)

I arrived by bus, as a solo traveller, it was really close to Trogir's bus station (5min walk). Next to the Villa Maslina there are so many grocery stores, and one DM as well. That was so nice! You have to inform the reception what time you'll arrive while they only come to reception for your checkin. Then you'll get own key to front door and can come and go as you please. There's no elevator, most of the rooms are on the 3rd floor. My room was spacious with small balcony, very clean as well. I had fridge and water boiler + fork/knife/plate in my room. The pool area is quite small, there are 4-5 sunbeds, anyway, it was great place to chill during hot day. There's a shortcut through parking lot to the Old town, it is like 5 min walk. Breakfast not included, as more from the reception.

Very helpful staff, family run. Great little pool which was a godsend, we were able to use if after check out and had a lovely swim before we went off to the airport. Well situated, just five minutes from the bus station and five minutes from the old tow.

Stayed here for an overnighter prior to a yachting week.
Directly opposite Trogir Old Town walking bridge, supermarkets each side.
Very hot when we stayed so the added bonus of a pool was terrific!
Room was clean, comfortable, fairly new & air conditioning worked a treat!
Owner & his daughter were exceptional with communication to arrange earlier checkin & also baggage storage the next morning.
They were also very friendly & helpful.

This small family run hotel is a little gem. They genuinely cannot do enough for you. The location is perfect for walking into town and there are two convenience stores nearby. It was perfect for our week long stay. Can't fault it

You couldn't have asked for a warmer and friendlier welcome. This is a small setup with just 8 rooms run by a local family. We let them know when we were due to arrive and they even kept an eye out for us when we arrived to come out and help us park. Check-in gave us lots of local recommendations for the local area and they were helpful throughout. It's just a short walk into the old town so this is in a good location. The room was comfortable even though the shower cubicle was very small.

The hotel was close to the town, and had air conditioning that helped a lot!

Where do I start? The location is great, two minute walk from the wooden bridge into the old town and a 10-15 minute walk from the Split ferry. The room was basically a studio apartment, spacious and attractive and immaculately clean, including a fridge and a stove and plenty of dishes and cookware. And Tomislava, the woman who keeps the place running, is just wonderful, warm and welcoming and eager to make your stay a good one.

This hotel is a little gem! We arrived into Croatia late at night, despite the hotel advertising check in until 11pm, Domi the hotelier held on for us to arrive (10min drive from airport). She was very friendly and welcoming. The room we stayed in was clean and equipped with everything you would need. There was a small car park for guests to use free of charge, and the hotel is a 2 minute walk to the Island of Trogir, which has plenty of nice bars and restaurants.

Hotel is lovely, very clean, staff very friendly. Worth noting you need a key fob to get onto the drive so worth letting the hotel know a fairly accurate time of arrival (as we forgot to let them know our plans had changed!).
Very nice interior and check in was great with a good explanation of where to go and what's in the town. Location is perfect - it's 3 minute walk to the old town of Trogir, so whilst not on the island itself, it means you are right next to it, can park, and don't have to wheel your suitcase around the tiny Trogir cobbled streets!

Excellent stay. Room was comfortable and the room clean. The family who own and run the apartments are very friendly and gave us hints and tips to make the best of our stay.
The apartments are only a short walk from the old town which is full of history.
Would stay again if the opportunity arises

Nice hotel in the centre of Trogir. Staff are super friendly. Can only recommend it.

Very clean and comfortable hotel. Good room facilities such as wi-fi and remote controlled air conditioning. The room I had had a balcony. Not quiet the view of the harbour of Trogir but I could still see the main icon attraction of St Lawrence Cathedral.
Personally, I would rate the hotel 3-star mainly because it doesn't have lift access or an in-house restaurant, not even a breakfast buffet. I may be wrong but I'm sure the sign showed 4-star at the entrance.
However, the hotel is actually built around a local supermarket so you can grab a bite there. There's a café a further 2 or 3 shops away for beverages, a fast food café across the road or for a proper breakfast or meal you can walk around 150m to the heart of Trogir and choose from the many many restaurants and cafés. This may have some baring on the low pricing (taking into account the time I booked - late April for late June stay).
The staff was very helpful and friendly too.
