Staff was great. Was there for one night.

The hotel was okay--there was no elevator but the front desk guy helped us with the bags. When we arrived, it was so hot that we took a shower before heading out. By the time we got back, the bathroom smelled of backed up sewage. We ended up keeping the bathroom door closed but it was a bit of a challenge when we had to go back in to use the restroom and take a shower again. The staff is very nice--we were not sure if the bathroom issue was just our room or if it was the whole building. Probably won't book again.

Services provided by Linda breakfast lady, receptionist Marina and Ana are Great. They all are very friendly, helpful and energetic.
Room 15 needs upgrading eg aircon, tv and shower.

Rooms AC did not work and it was extremely hot and uncomfortable. Did not sleep because we were on 3rd floor and had to sleep with window open. Some sort of club a few doors down so we heard nothing but techno music all night and many people outside coming out from club. Staff was really nice but AC not working made it unbearable

Service was great, staff helped carry bags to room. Room overall was nice with a great view of the old town.
Only downside was the shower which had a bit of build up of mould and drains were blocked so water pooled at the bottom of the shower.

The air conditioning didn't work and there were ants everywhere.
The receptionist was grumpy and aggressive.

It was extremely hot and the ac was well below average
We also had ants in our room

The location is fantastic. The room is really spacious. The AC was small, so it was not able to cool down the room on a very hot night. This was a fine place to stay for one night. Would not stay again.

Hotel staff were very nice and facilities too. The street in front of the hotel is very noisy day and night. Air conditioning in our room didn’t work so we had to leave the window open and live with the noise. There was a drunk group of Germans that banged on our door at 1:30am and again at 6:30 am but that was no fault of the hotel staff - just annoying. Parking is nearly impossible in the ateeet in front of the hotel so you need to be very patient and lucky to find a spot. It was a great location by day to see the sites of Trogir though so that is a plus.

Clean, comfortable room and friendly, helpful staff. Trogir is a beautiful place to start your trip to Split and its nearby islands!

Certainly older building but well kept and extremely helpful staff.

The central air conditioning was broken. They supplied window units but they did not fit properly and the window could not close

Staff was very nice. AC was out but hotel provided a portable unit. Some electrical outlets not working but overall the room was fine. Excellent location. Nice breakfast and convenient bar.

There is no reason for anyone to stay here! I dropped off my bag in the morning prior to checkin. When I returned to check into my room, I was told that the air conditioning was broken for the whole hotel! Temperature was 29-30 grad. I wish someone would have told me that in the morning when I had time to find an alternative. Problems arise, but in this case, I was told it had been broken for awhile and it was just complicated to repair it. And they keep booking rooms to unsuspecting travelers like me. I reluctantly stayed in a room but couldn’t wait to get out of there. In addition to the lack of AC, everything is worn and needed to be updated at least 30 years ago. It was creepy. I will say the employees were pleasant enough but I can’t get over confusing to book rooms in the summer without at least warning theee is no AC. The Hotels.com listing states they have AC.

We were only there for one night but wish we would have stayed longer. We had a top floor room which was large and had beautiful views. The service was great, the rooms were clean, and location is very convenient.

Well located hotel very convenient. Spent only 1 night and chose this place for being close to the airport, which was a great decision.
Place is very clean and comfortable, however this is not a 4 star hotel. But it serves well the basic service.
Public Parking is available and limited ( I had luck).

Booked this as a 6 hour stop over before my flight out. Staff was super responsive and very friendly and accommodating. Didn’t get to see the area much but it was a really good location on the water.

The perfect place to spend our last night in Croatia. We loved the old style charm, amazing owner, gorgeous view and so easy to walk into Trogier. The commute to the airport was 10 min.

Couch bed was not comfortable. Had to carry luggage up 2 flights no elevator. Rooms begin on 2nd floor as another hotel is on the first floor. Rooms were hard to get cool.

We booked to be close to the airport for our morning flight. Sorry we didn't have more time to stay. We were greeted by the bearded reception clerk who was also watching the bar. He was very friendly, and walked up the stairs to show us to our room. He mentioned that his partner was on vacation and he was working long shifts, but it didn't show in his demeanor, he was very friendly and was there in the morning when we checked out. Hotel is easy to get around the area, even with the nearby bridge being replaced there was a water taxi to take us across to the Old City. Other than the church bells which was the same for everywhere in Croatia, the area was quiet, but we were on the back side of the building. Overall, a very nice stay in Trogir, and we hope to return!

Service was friendly. The room had a lovely view of the old city. Clean rooms. A lot of noises due to renovation of Čiovski most bridge during daytime. Free parking on the street. WiFi not working at times.

Hotel Sikaa was good value for money. It was smart, well kept, and in a good location just outside of the main area. A pleasant stay and I would book again

The Location is great and the staff was lovely but guests should understand that the first rooms are on the 3d floor, 3½ flight of stairs: no elevator. And my room was quite small, two people would have not fit!!But the bath was a large Jacuzzi tub that was great. And the photo you show with the hotel is nothing I saw??

This hotel was proof that all that glitters is not golf. It is a beautiful hotel with a great view. Modern fixtures etc but the A/C was horrible. It was over 30 degrees C in our room the entire time we were there despite the A/C being on and asking for it to be turned down several times. It ridiculous that you are unable to control the thermostat yourself. Everything has to be controlled from the front desk. My wife and I went to the airport 7 hours before our flight just to get out of there. This hotel is probably great when the weather is mild but during hot summer temps if you are like me and can’t handle sleeping in a humid 30 degree room I recommend checking out somewhere else until they update their A/C.

Cute place, has everything you need. Great location. Perfect for our one night stay. Friendly staff and nice breakfast.

Stayed one night and really enjoyed it. Room was comfortable, staff was super friendly and efficient (on duty 24/7) Building 300 years old so don’t be deceived by the exterior and luggage must be carried up the stairs yourselves.. We had help from friendly young guys working in pub downstairs. Few minutes from airport and located right in the hub of the amazing Trogir vibe. . Trogir is stunning, lots to see and do. Highly recommended, Town and hotel Sikaa.
