Lovely B and B. Very convenient for the airport. A 2 euro bus journey, with stops right outside the B and B.
Very welcoming host. Lovely breakfast. En suite room.
Nearby supermarket and very nice pub.

Wonderful people. Sally and Tom sent me all information in advance. Very clean, all the amenities, hearty wholesome breakfast. Highly recommended.

I had a fantastic stay at Flyover—Tom and Sallyann go above and beyond! They are the kindest/most thoughtful hosts, the rooms are incredibly clean and tastefully furnished, and their Irish breakfast is amazing! Highly recommend!

The hosts were top notch and so very kind. I cannot stress how wonderful they are. Being the first time i have traveled abroad alone, the extra conversation and information was so appreciated.

Strategic location due to its proximity to the airport and the centre - lot of buses in both directions. Wonderful place, the room was very big, clean and peace, with everything that we needed. Host so kind and careful for our needs. 5 stars!

Tom and Sallyann have a wonderful B&B. The rooms are modern and clean. They serve three types of warm breakfast which was a delicious start into the day. The B&B is situated at a main road with perfect bus connections from/to the airport as well as Dublin city center.
I was there to visit a concert at Croke Park which was in a walkable distance (~45 Minutes walk after the show).
Would stay there again when I come back to Dublin.

Visited for 3 nights for Coldplay concert at Croke park. Lovely B&B, modern and clean and the host Tom was very friendly and attentive to my needs. Having only four rooms it gave a nice atmosphere at breakfast. Food was good. Only slight downside if I had to say something was no hot drink facilities in bedroom but you were able to go down to dining room 24/7 and make drinks with plenty selection and cereals for late night snacks as well. Also bus stop to centre was close to property though you could walk it, equally easy access to airport.
Would definitely stay again when visiting area.

Tom was very service-minded, friendly and helpful. When I arrived late, he carried my luggage upstairs, gave me tips on what place was better to visit to see beautiful Irish nature and stored my luggage for me giving me the key to the front door in case he and Sallyann would be away.
However, the stay at their B&B has been uncomfortable for me. The room itself was decent. But cleanliness was not great - there were dust bunnies in several different places in the room. In the bathroom there were some hairs in the sink from previous guests, but it looked like it had been cleaned, so I assume the hairs were transferred from a cleaning cloth or similar. There were some vague stains on the toilet seat and at first I thought it was wear and tear, not dirt. But then I tried to clean the toilet seat myself with soap and water and toilet paper and then it got totally clean! The mattress on the bed was hard and uncomfortable. The bed throw on top smelled nice, so I assume it was washed, but there were stains on it (probably did not go away with the washing), so that was a bit yucky. The same goes for two bath towels - they were clearly washed, but there were dark stains on them. Sound isolation is poor - I could hear both the neigbors next door talking and the traffic outside, even with ear plugs. Nothing dramatic, but constant background noise. This coupled with the high price and the city center being 30 mins away by bus makes me regret I chose to save some money by staying here.

What a gem. The place gives you the homey feel. Even though the place is right on the street it’s quiet. Very convenient. Close to the airport and a few steps outside is the bus stop , walking distance to a central convenience store and omni shopping center. Highly recommended

Location very convenient to airport and city.

Very comfortable bed and room. Excellent service and hosts served a good breakfast. The neighborhood does not offer much, but the easy access to the airport and into Dublin were worth it to me.

Perfekt was to have the bus stop to City and Airport in front of the house with several lines. The service and friendliness of our host Tom is more than excellent. Thanks a lot for support and recommendations!

Excellent location with bus stops (to city center and to/from airport) directly in front of unit. Spotless facility. Bathroom clean and very nice. Excellent breakfast (custom order and cooked fresh). The host could not be more helpful with recommendations/information. Room was very quiet.

The owner was friendly and helpful.
I wish they had more choices of hot breakfast. My room was the smallest in the house and oriented to the backyard. Overall, the stay was fine.

Lovely friendly and helpful hosts. Easy bus commute into the city. We were allowed to check-in early which worked well for us as we had an early flight into Dublin. Great breakfast too. Highly recommended.

Very clean and tidy. Excellent range of teas and breakfast options.
Just a few issues.
As a light sleeper I found the main road difficult. It's a busy road.
The wifi in the bedroom was not secure and kept dropping out. Operating the TV was challenging too.

Competitively priced B&B. On 24-hr bus route, 30 mins town, 20 mins airport. Friendly host, great breakfast. Near Omni Park mall. Cooked breakfast only between 08.00 and 09.00 was a bit limiting. Hot drinks available in breakfast room, not in bedrooms. Overall, great. Would stay again.

Arrived at hotel easy enough and was well located to find . Was greeted at door by Tom and given all information needed for my stay . Room was great with everything needed. Had a minor issue with the hot water in the shower taking forever to get hot but when it did it was fantastic . Following day the shower was fine .could of done with a shelf in the shower to put shower gel/shampoo on rather than having to put them on the shower floor .
Wooden polished floor was a nice touch in the room, although it was very slippy trying to walk around.
Had a great hot breakfast with a pot of coffee before leaving .
Overall hotel was immaculately clean . Excellent location to get into Dublin and the airport.

Tom greeted me professionally with a print out of all my passwords, advice on getting into town, restaurants eat in locally etc. I ate a late lunch in the pub 9 doors up and it was gorgeous. The room I stayed in was huge, warm, clean and quiet. Ensuite huge. Tom then served up a lovely full Irish breakfast the next morning along with some great conversation and advice. Recommend to the max.

This place is absolutely lovely. Tom is a fantastic host/owner and he and his team are very attentive, helpful, and lovely people thay ake your stay welcoming and delightful. The space is very clean and the rooms are very comfortable. You get served a delicious breakfadt that could be either hearty or light, as they have various options to choose from. The spot itself is very convenient as it is located outside of bus stops that take you to and from the city center and airport. We would definitely recommend it here for any traveler's coming to visit Dublin.

Tom is a great host! He greeted me at the door and showed me around. He verbally told me and then also gave me an informational page about foot entertainment and transportation.
This place is halfway between town and the airport right on the main bus route. Make sure you have exact change ready for the buses which was 2.6€ downtown and 1.7€ to the airport if I remember correctly.
The breakfast was delicious…best bacon and coffee that I had in Ireland.
The bed was ok, shower fine, room ok. No negatives except that there was a general light body odor smell in the pillows and covers. This was the only minor issue that I had, everything else was super!

Terrific hosts. Very engaging and helpful. Very convenient for the bus system. Stop right outside the door.
Good pub just down the street. The information sheet was very helpful.
Friendly atmosphere. Many thanks!
