Both times I have stayed the staff have been the most incredible people, every single person makes you feel welcome and they work well together to provide the best service - a special shout out though to Aline at the front desk, I arrived with over 24 hours of no sleep at no exaggeration and was overwhelmed in needing some, she went above and beyond finding me a quiet room to get the rest I needed, walked me to my room and even offered someone to bring camomile tea to help me get settled in. while I didn't require the tea it was the extra level of care that went into making sure I had everything I needed and had an amazing stay, especially as I was in tears with exhaustion, she has the best poker face and was all smiles when I came down to thank her again later.
I will also mention Batikan who I met the first time I stayed.
Batikan offered the most impeccable service in the bar/restaurant and remembered me this stay as well, including how I like my coffee, what my go to meals/non-alcoholic drinks were, he offered fantastic recommendations when I couldn't make up my mind and I was never disappointed! there was even an incident with another customer being inappropriate and he took note, offered to move my table, voluntarily told his manager who then had security keep an eye on the situation, while the attitude of this person was at no fault of the hotels, again the level of care and safety I felt staying here as a solo female was amazing!
I will definitely be back and recommend to friends and family who visit Dublin!
shout out to the kitchen as well! not one bad meal!!! :)

Well I booked a junior suite, which is spacious. That’s about it.
The breakfast is not good, the water pressure in the shower is not good, and the reception staff is completely unprofessional. They r there to check u in and take ur card details for payment. They won’t tell u what time the breakfast is or where it is OR even tell u about the gym.
Above all else their r people sitting in the waiting hall of the hotel and drinking and making noice -laughing and talking loudly. Not a scene I would want to see with my wife and kid. Mind u this not the hotel or the bar area.
I won’t be booking this hotel ever. I paid almost 1000€ for two nights without breakfast. I paid extra for the first day breakfast only to find that if u want a cappuccino u need to pay extra. Great Haven’t experienced that anywhere in the world before.

Close to where I needed to be. Staff were very friendly and helpful ..
Room was a little dated and carpet a little frayed .. noise from other room very clear so walls are not in any way sound proof .

Location brilliant. Tucked away and quiet. Breakfast was wonderful. Dyson fan in the room was a lovely added extra
Housekeeping knocked on door after 8am and let herself in while we were sleeping. Way too early

There was a bus that took us into Dublin.
I wish there was a choice of duvet or blankets. With the duvet, it is all or nothing. There isn't even a top sheet that could be used when the duvet is too warm. The location isn't the best. We were quite a distance from Dublin and not near enough enough to anything in Blanchardstown within walking distance.

Location was superb as I needed something near Indoor Sports Centre. Only 30 mins also from Temple-bar area. Staff attentive and a pleasure to talk too.
Nothing really to dislike.

great location for what I needed
I requested several weeks back for my room to be changed from a twin to a double as my colleague was no longer able to attend . I had an email from the reservations team to confirm that this had been done but when I arrived it was still a twin and they were fully booked . I had to leave for an hour do they could push the twins back together but I still
essentially slept on a single bed . There was also no shower cap provided .

Excellent and good variety of breakfast options
Hotel is actually in Tyrellstown, not Blanchardstown, although only approximately 10-15 mins away in the car

Very nice smart hotel, good room, and excellent breakfast
Wifi didn't work and there was no BBC1 or BBC2 on TV, so I had to use my 4G to watch a must-see TV show (Happy Valley). A small #FirstWorldProblem but there you go.
Also I was using public transport, not driving, so the hotel required a bit of a walk. (Again, this won't affect anyone else, but both the hotel and the school I was working at had "Blanchardstown" as part of their name. But the hotel is in fact in Tyrrelstown and the school is in Corduff, so they were a 45 minute walk apart.)
