Room was ok, it was a room with kingsize bed and workdesk. There are doing renovation outside the building and have plastic sheet on the windows. The problem with this is the night I was there it was very windy and these would make alot of noise. There is also a issue with the elevator that make it you need to call the front desk to go down.

Just booked a one-day stay. For a Hampton Inn, more run-down than usual. Room had wall-brackets missing, furniture tired, carpets soiled. Elevator was not in normal service (getting maintenance), had to walk up to third floor. That doesn't bother me, but for some people would be very difficult, staff offered to help.

Easy check in, wish I remember the night auditors name but we enjoyed talking with her. We’ll be back soon :)

A bus I delved outside my room at 5:30 am finally got them to stop only to have construction start at 7

Staff (front desk, cleaning crew, breakfast staff) was professional. Our questions were promptly answered. We felt at home. The premise was safe, well-lit and clean. Appliances worked efficiently. The bed was comfortable. The parking lot was consistently full and appeared safe (even at midnight). We would definitely return here ...

The elevator wasn’t working very well so the customers had to call the front desk when they wanted to go down to the first floor.

It was 10pm by the time we got to our room. My wife pulled back the covers and found hair on the pillows and sheets. We called and asked for new bedding. They brought up sheets for the bed and nothing else. We asked for new/clean bedding for everything. The guy brought the rest. We had to strip the dirty bedding ourselves and upon trying to put the new bedding on realized they brought us queen for a king size bed so we had to call them again to bring the right size bedding. The breakfast was ok but the sausage links looked like vegan.

All OK except no Hot Water. System Failure. Was told Hot would be back by 6:00PM. At 10:00 PM was told that Hot would be on soon. Still no Hot Water at Checkout the next day. Management should have been more forthcoming on the severity of failure and brought in Coffee and amenities.

Had a 4 day/3 night stay. Housekeeping did not pick up or clean through the whole stay. Pool is small, only for young children. No kitchen/room service, but breakfast each day was good.

Will not stay here again, they slapped us with $25.00 security deposit which I have never heard before, also $75.00 pet fee. Next time I will be careful

Breakfast was horrible ! Basically nominal as far as selection - stopped at a separate facility for breakfast - cutting too many corners on quality and selection.

There was only one person on duty when we arrived. There was a bug in our room on the ceiling that we could not reach. He was so busy with check ins that it was hard for him to help us. He did the best he could but there needs to be 2 people on duty at all time. Also, our toilet was making noise but they fixed it the next day.

The staff is fantastic, especially Erica. She did everything to make me comfortable. The room I initially had was to be handicap accessible, that is impossible because there was only one grab bar in the shower. Bye tile floors were extremely slippery when wet. There is no way the toilet was ADA compliant. The room is 409. I was changed to room 209. I was one of the first guests when the hotel opened. I don’t think the owners have put a single cent in upgrades. Erica is fantastic, but I won’t be back here again. I’ll go to another Hampton Inn in the area.
