Excellent location for iron mountain hot springs and downtown
An old hotel but clean and refurbished
Breakfast is okay

Nice place to stay, only problem was a group for people that may of been staying there long term were very noisy and woke me up the first morning and it sounded like they were having a party. A group of guys were sitting in a white van with loud music for hours. It also sound like a party was going on in one of the rooms. 2nd night there was people I. The room above me and it crept really bad when they walked around.
2.5
This is a solid hotel, walkable to downtown and many attractions. Comfortable.

Good! Nice location, breakfast is okay but the shower water stream is too slow.
2.5
Clean, location close to hot springs, vapor caves/spa, bridge to downtown restaurants and stores.
2.5
Great place for families with kids who still nap. The different room types allow you to have a kid sleeping in a bedroom with the door closed while the rest of the family is in the main room with access to the bathroom and outside, and also allows for privacy for parents. We love that breakfast is included and everything in Glenwood is walkable from here. Relatively affordable for the area.

Good, confortable, good location

The hotel was fine, breakfast was okay but there was no coffee at breakfast which is ridiculous. A huge error on their part.

Very well maintained property but the air conditioning was inadequate making it a deal breaker.

The noise from the upstairs room was so loud we couldn't sleep. Not only we're they loud people but there is no insulation in the ceiling, causing every little move of the person upstairs to seem like they are in your room.

Stay was fine. They upgraded us to the Honeymoon suite with bay windows which was nice however the traffic noise is very noticeable and continues throughout the night. Be weary of upgrades.

Beds were a little high but comfortable and clean.

I liked the option for 3 queen beds in one suite. Not offered at other places. Perfect for mom and 2 young adult sons.

A two night stay in the two bedroom suite was perfect for our family of four. The living space and kitchen were perfect to have as well. If you’re looking for fancy, this isn’t it. But it was clean, comfy and great space for an affordable cost. Would stay again in a heartbeat. Walkable to Glenwood canyon gondolas too!

Location and simple check in & out

Thier breakfast was less than desirable, very poor options. Coffee maker in the room but you have to go to the office to get coffee. But otherwise the room and property were clean and maintained well.

No better than a motel 6 in no name Nevada. Poor lighting, air-conditioning, beds, pillows, very dated rooms. That's the price you pay for a resort town. I'd rather spend another few hundred on a better property

Our check in process was seamless and the woman who helped us was very professional and kind.

Great staff! Was able to check in early. Nice breakfast.

Breakfast in the morning and close to the hot springs. Was good for a one night stay.

First night I couldn't sleep because the people upstairs were drinking and yelling until 2:30am. The walls are thin and you can hear everything. This place isn't horrible, but is definitely not the best option in this town.

Cute property, that's clean and well kept. The property is about a 5-minute walk from the gondola that takes you to Glenwood Caverns Amusement Park, so it's convenient. Breakfast options were limited, if you're looking for steak and eggs, but my kids enjoyed making Belgin waffles in the waffle irons. Will definitely stay there again. Thank you.

Very nice and clean and reasonably priced. We loved it!

We had the Honeymoon suite with bay window. Very large room. King bed. Sofa sleeper. Frig/freezer. Microwave. Arm chair. Desk. Great location very close to Glenwood Caverns Adventure Park - 5 minute walk so you dont have to pay to park. 15 minute walk to Glenwood Hot Spring pool & over the footbridge to downtown. Lots of close restaurants. Free breakfast at hotel.
A/c unit was dated and seemed to freeze up. Shower had great water pressure but fluctuated hot/cold. Bed too firm for my liking.

Front counter check-in staff member was excellent. She got us a preferred room.
Room dated but bed comfortable and room clean.
Good part of town. Breakfast limited but acceptable.

I don’t know why this place gets so many good reviews it’s a very cheap motel the air conditioner did not work our room was hot all night the room was clean but very outdated and didn’t have any blinds on the windows to keep light out and the shower water temp was not good our beds were terrible

This is an average motel, nothing fancy but for a quick stay it was fine. My son and I stayed one night and enjoyed that it was close to a lot of activities and restaurants. Once we arrived and parked our car, we rode our bikes the rest of the time all around town. It is close to the Adventure Park and hot springs. The rooms are basic and in need of updates, but again I knew this was an average motel when I booked it. They were doing repairs around the motel so they are working on general upkeep. The 2 biggest things that I was not happy with in our room were the sink drain needs to be unclogged (super slow to drain) and the tv remote was extremely dirty, these should be cleaned in between guests. So if you’re wanting a fairly inexpensive place to stay in Glenwood for a night or 2, I’d say it’s fine. If you want a nicer hotel vibe, then I’d continue to look. Overall, we were happy with this choice.
