A wonderful gem! We loved our stay in this unique hotel. It’s quaint, cozy, and comfortable. The beds have Pendleton throw blankets. The restaurant is great, with vegan friendly options. The staff is awesome.

I am partially disabled and the room and shower areas provided were very nice.
The shower could have had a little more power.

We have been coming here for over 10 years
New owners and we love the updates but kept some of its old charm
We will be back again!

The room was so spacious!! And the bed was one of the most comfortable we’ve had in a hotel. Perfect location for walking to restaurants, shops etc.
Wasn’t crazy about being on the street level but the room size made up for it.

Great ambiance! Excellent decorations!
All was good.

Great location! Many restaurants and shops immediately surrounding the hotel; the walk bridge to get to Glenwood Hot Springs is right across the street as well.
We had an inside rom because that is where the handicapped accessible room was. Inside rooms are Horrible, do not at all recommend them . Even moreso if you’re handicapped . Because it’s an inside room you can’t open the curtains or literally everyone in the lobby/elevators can see directly into your room! So either you deal with that, or you’re in a dungeon with either too dim lamps on (terrible for anyone handicapped for obvious reasons), or ridiculous fluorescent lighting like you’re in Walmart . In general it’s just a terrible set up to have interior rooms with no fresh air or natural lighting. We won’t ever do that again and do not recommend it . -

Location is good- it is walking distance to a lot of restaurants. Bed is comfortable. Wifi was descent.
Water Pressure 1/5, Cleanliness 1/5 (no daily cleaning, have to request cleaning from front desk, hall ways smelled like sewer)- from a supposedly higher end hotel, they should be cleaning daily, View 1/5, Noise level 2/5 (hotel is next door to the train station-if you're a light sleeper; between this and the road noise ,it may be a problem). Parking 1/5- $20 night to park in a dirt lot around the block from the hotel- rip off. Just park on the street where you find a spot. Room size 2/5- was small with no good view. There is a cooler in the room, but no microwave. Price 1/5. Very expensive for what you get.

The lobby, location, and customer service were all great. Nice size room for four guests, but tiny bathroom.
After going back and forth on the phone with Booking.com and the hotel's general manager, we almost paid for two rooms thinking the two beds where queen size instead of king size. The photos and description on Booking.com listed two queen beds not two king beds. This was misleading when making reservations for four. I feel like it needs to be corrected on the Booking.com link.

Very nice, convenient hotel.
A little pricey we thought.

El cuarto era bueno y espacioso
El hotel estaba en obra, me hubiera gustado saberlo antes de reservar, para poder decidir mejor, ya que no tenia desayunador, y estaba algo ruidoso durante el dia

Location to great food and minutes away from skiing and hot springs. Room was nice, quiet and comfortable.
I was really disappointed to find that the property was undergoing a major renovation. While we weren’t impacted, management should have done due diligence for all guests. I was charged full rates despite staying at an incomplete hotel w heavy construction going on and paint smells everywhere.

Clean, nice mix of old and new decor, comfy bed, friendly staff.
They’re currently remodeling so that was a little inconvenient but we could see how beautiful it’s going to be when finished. So we will be back!

Location was great and the history of the building was on point with the pictures provided
Our room was nothing like the pictures. It was oat the bottom of a stairway and we heard everything even when people were walking above us. Also if you like hair and other gross items in the corner of your bathroom then this is the place for you! Not to mention the sheets made us extremely itchy!!!
4.3
Pet friendly and pet free! I loved the coffee shop and the large room with lots of plants!

I liked the location, and the vibes of the room and decor. I liked the brewpub right downstairs, very convenient.
The bedding left a little something to be desired, lumpy pillows and thin blankets. I also feel it was a little overpriced

Staff was great, room was great, location was great. We simply had to walk across the street from the Amtrak train station, which was awesome considering the weather was cold and snowy. They also have a great restaurant/bar attached to the hotel which was very helpful for the over 2 hour train delay for return back to Denver. Additionally they sell tickets to the hot springs at a discounted rate, and provide towels for the hot springs.
We did have to ask for a different blanket, which they readily supplied. The original blanket was a cheap polyester that didn't even fit the bed. So they supplied us with quilts which were breathable and soft. We also had to ask for more hand towels and wash cloths as we were staying multiple nights and only one of each were in our room.

Great location & room was nice! Lots to see in walking distance.
Some minor upgrades could help in bathrooms

So quaint and comfortable. Our room was roomy and pleasant.
Nothing much!

Historic, nicely kept up-to-date, very spacious room, great location.
Apparently no king beds offered; bed linens could have been higher quality.

Mia who worked the front desk was very welcoming and accommodating! We booked 3 nights, but arrived a day late and could only stay 2 nights. They graciously refunded us 1 night and allowed us to check in early. Exceptional customer service. Easy parking which was also affordable and safe. Excellent location. Brewery/ restaurant connected to hotel is wonderful! More importantly, attached coffee shop with great caffeinated options! Last but not least, the rooms were adorable, vintage style leaning into the history of the hotel, great views of the mountains, absolutely loved it. PS- If you are riding the train into town, the train stop is literally across the street!
Wish I could have stayed longer!
