Our room was clean and comfortable (much nicer than many others that we have visited in a similar price range). We noticed a few small maintenance issues which we reported to the front desk. Front desk was friendly and accommodating. We would stay again.

I took a chance at reserving a one night stay at a Quailty Inn as when reserving there was a disclaimer, No Refunds if reservation is canceled. As it turned out my travel plans changed and had to cancel. I called both the Motel and Expedia three days prior to my reservation date hoping they would extend me grace and provide a refund. Well, they didn’t. So not only was I out the cost of one night stay but my cancellation enabled Quality Inn to fill that cancellation with another patron. I think they call that double dipping. Lesson learned, unless you’re absolutely sure your reservation will not change do not reserve a room with Quality Inn as you’ll never get your money back.

The staff were a joy to work with. There is definitely an attempt at upgrading the facility and it is appreciated. There is still some work to be done, but a very solid hotel for a decent price.

The whole complex could use a thorough cleaning. Rooms not properly cleaned, garbage in the ice bucket. Our travel companions had Q tips and nuts on the floor of their room.

The room was not ready at check in, was t clean. Dog hair, hair in the sheets, bathroom door didnt shut, room was not in good shape. Balcony shook, and sloped. Could noy go out and feel safe. Left in the middle of the night because of dogs inside hotel barking all night

Bring soap. One bar is not enough for the bathroom sink and bathtub. Hallway door to the room would not lock without slamming it shut. No internet outlets, just regular plug ins. Older hotel. Smells like bug spray/disinfectant. In the lobby there is a machine that sprays out a mist periodically. Not sure what was going on with the A/C. I would change it to 74 degrees and it would revert back to 77.

The room spacious and well maintained. The hardwood floor made the stay pleasant. All the staff were accommodating and helpful. I highly recommend this motel.

Walked into our room and there was a strong odor, sheets were not nicely tucked in, hairs on sheets, and discoloration on pillowcases. Ended up leaving to a different hotel after 15 mins.

Just not the standards of other Quality Inns. Not terribly clean. The front desk agent not terribly engaging. I had to ask for directions to our room. No mention of breakfast times. Breakfast was less than appealing. Waffles and Costco pastries were good. Felt that they maybe should have put the hard boiled eggs in the fridge that they had instead of the plastic pastry box and maybe put the butter out to at least be a bit soft to spread on the waffles. Screen to our room was off and lying on the ground outside the window. Just overall did not feel like it was a well taken care of property of very clean.

We happen to be in town for a very short stay and needed a place to stay last minute. The quality inn extremely affordable the room with great extremely clean and comfortable I enjoyed the balcony off of our room and the staff was very pleasant and professional!

The bathroom was very dirty and I don’t think the floors had been mopped in months. Our remote control had the batteries taped to the back of it- it was tacky and kept falling off. Only positive is the AC worked great and we were able to keep our room cool.

I have never written a review on a stay and I travel a lot. I can’t think of anything to say good about our stay at this property. When we walked into the room the floor was covered in dirt. Walked into the bathroom and the towel rack had fallen off the wall multiple times in the past, there was holes and drywall missing all over (from the towel rack and curtain rod falling off and never repaired.) Mold and dirt all over the walls and ceiling with a fan that we couldn’t use because it sounded like a jet engine taking off. After the first shower went to hang up the on the towel rack and it fell off the wall. Hair in our beds. A.C. would quit working every 45 mins and it was 100 degrees out so our room would become a sauna. They booked a family with a large dog in the room directly above us and it bark all night long and run around, it was so loud we barely sleep the whole stay. The complimentary breakfast was very lack luster. Lastly the price was outrageous for this quality hotel it should be more like $50-60 dollars a night. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

Room clean and bed comfortable. Got a jog in in the gym after sitting in the car all day. Only complaint is that the TV remote didn't work and staff said they would come with a new one and never did.

We didn’t stay, on arrival the place looked abandoned, we were told it had a pool and it doesn’t, interior was dark and drab, we didn’t even bother to stay went down street and stayed in a cleaner brighter hotel that didn’t feel like a serial killers hideout.

kWe were impressed with the uncarpeted floor. It looked very nice and is great for those with allergy concerns, Only concern was the electric box by the bed. The cover was not attached to the wall. The cover seemed to the wrong size and having those wires exposed was very worrisome.

Breakfast was sad. The state of the rooms was sad. The lack of soap provided for the shower was… problematic. Plumbing was jacked up and the room was clean in some places. Other places, not so much. Tiny tv.

When i walked into the office to check in, the lady at the front desk was on her cell phone and watched me with an irritated look on her face. She was speaking another language so i don't know what was being said. When she finally got off the phone she was very rude. When we were walking to the room there are patches and unfinished walls. In our room there were stains on the bedding and the towels. The water was scalding no matter what we did. The breakfast was very limited and the dining tables were filthy despite the fact that two staff members hovered over us like we were stealing.
