Within walking distance to tourist attractions and lots of food options. Amazingly helpful staff, would recommend!

Not enough pillows. small room so no night table to put things.

Good, very basic hotel to explore Hiroshima. Has a washing salon, make sure to book a smoking / non-smoking room as both is offered. Free water.

Hotel was ok. Staff was very friendly and it is in a good area. Unfortunately they only have very hard mattresses. If you have issues with your back and can’t sleep on such hard mattress, you might have an issue too with this hotel. But if your back is fine, then it is a cheap hotel in a nice area, from where you can easily reach everything. The room it self is very budget like, but ok.

Excellent location walkable to sights

Good location close to the Peace Park but not clean ( really not happy walking on such filthy carpets in the bedroom ) and the beds were so hard they have upset my back.

I left my passport in my backpack on the bus minutes prior to arriving at the hotel to check in. I told the front desk receptionist, Hanada, who helped me by trying to figure out which bus company I was in (despite the language barrier) and he proceeded to call three companies. Although they initially didn’t find my bag, it was discovered a few hours later. The receptionist was gracious and helpful, which made my stay and experience at the hotel exceptional. Amazing staff and great room! I truly felt like royalty.

Central location with easy access to all the sites. Room was clean, comfortable albeit small. Breakfast was not a buffet but was nicely presented and tasty with a choice of Japanese, Western or combo.

Nice Daiwa Roynet property close to the Peace Memorial Park but a bit away from the train station and main entertainment district. On the older side for Daiwa Roynet but nicely maintained and very clean. Laundry (wash dry) for 500 yen was a big plus!

Family stay, chosen as one of the only hotels in the area to provide a cot for our baby. For this, the hotel was good but otherwise it was dated, uncomfortable and overpriced.

The hotel is just outside the Chuden-Mae train stop which conveniently takes you to JR Station. It is also within walking distance to Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park, the boat ferry for Miyajima, Handori St. Shopping center, Starbucks, and many restaurants.
The rooms are very small, barely enough room for a couple but good for a single person.
This is a business district and the area is clean and safe for walking at all hours.
The hotel has an onsite washer and dryer but during our stay the dryer did not work well and our clothes remained damp.
Our room rate included breakfast next door to the hotel. While this is a savings the breakfast choices are ok at best.
Our room was cleaned every day during our stay and the hotel in general is very clean.
Since it was only my wife and I in the room we would stay there again but for a family the rooms are too small.

Perfect location really near the Peace Memorial Park. The staff was really helpful and the restaurant downstairs is delicious!

Good location, room is huge, staffs are friendly ( one of them (elder laday) told us that we should check out the museum before they close for two weeks.

My stay is overall very good, with the room being spacious, well-conditioned, and near to the atomic bomb memorial/park. Public transport is near, having the option to take the bus or tram. The beds were a bit hard though.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Large room with comfortable bed and a reasonably good breakfast included. Most of what we wanted to see was within an easy walking distance and the tram for the train station stopped directly outside the hotel.

The staff was very kind, the rooms were small but had had what we needed. I feel, that if we had a more standard amount of luggage we would have been in trouble space-wise (we essentially wear backpacking it this trip). They were very quick and kind about getting us extra bedding for our youngest. The location was great and parking was fairly near (public paid parking).

The property was centrally located. We had to pay for the laundry which we didn't have to pay at our previous hotel which disappointed us. We over looked a package that was on the sitting space at the check-out place that we left behind. Upon reaching the ground floor we noticed what we left behind ( 1 Minute) and immediately returned to the hotel lobby floor (5th) to find that the package was gone and so was the Chinese people too who sat just behind us. We inquired at the front desk but they said nothing had been turned in. Other than that issue we enjoyed our stay there,

It is 2mins walk from street car (U3) stop. On the other hand, some towels dont look as white as they should be.

Very clean and OK hotel. Booked a non smoking room and given a non smoking room on a smoking floor! Complained and they changed our room immediately which was great.
Hotel is a bit basic and tired but fine for a short stay.

We stayed for 2 nights in Hiroshima...a quick stop to sightsee as we travelled around Japan as part of our Rugby World Cup supporter vacation. We arrived before check in opened and leaving our luggage was no hassle or problem. Checking in later was effortless and the room quite spacious and very clean. Complementary robe and slippers, use of a fridge and the gift of tea, coffee and face masks (!) were all very welcome. The bathroom had a large bath tub and powerful shower and body wash etc was provided. We opted not to have our room serviced the next morning and came back to find a card under the door offering us complementary bottles of water...I dont know if this was in exchange or a routine gift, but was very much appreciated. The hotel is perfectly located, taxis to/from the station are a little over ¥1,100 and it's a short 5-10 walk to the Peace Memorial Park, museum, shops and some great restaurants.

Good position near to a tram station, near the restaurant and bar area. Bed was a bit firm for my liking. Bath is small but that is like most Japanese hotels. Decent shower and free toiletries. They even supplied coffee which is unusual for Japan.

The hotel is in a great location, being easy walking distance to Peace Park, there is also a tram stop about 30 metres from the hotel which was great. The room was large with plenty of space for our luggage, though we did find the beds hard, which is pretty standard throughout Japan. The service from the hotel staff was fabulous. We left an electronic item in the room and when I contacted the hotel to ask if the had it, they had already contacted me via Hotels.com to let me know they had found the item. They then arranged for delivery of the item to our hotel in Kyoto within a couple of days. Overall it is a good hotel with great customer service.
