Great stay!

Lobby is beautiful, but rooms are very old and runned down. They would need a complete renovation. I thought it was not a great value for money

It’s a lovely hotel!! We truly enjoyed ourselves. Our only difficulty was the pull out couch for my daughter and her friend. It says it sleeps 2 but it was a bit small and uncomfortable. Other than that fantastic!

Rooms are very small. And the service they provide at the hotel are not available all day

Excellent hotel, but it needs a small fridge for beverages or food. Great area!

Terrible staff at front desk. Front desk personnel needs to be changed completely. They are rude and unaccommodating. Sofas have cigarette burns throughout. It was one of the worst stays I have ever had.

The location, in the heart of Soho, was ideal for a long weekend visit to NYC. From the moment you enter the courtyard, into the boutique vibe of the scented front lobby, with lovely artwork and comfy seating spaces, you know you're going to come back to a relaxing stay after busy Manhattan days! Nomo Soho did not disappoint. Staff were always helpful, accommodating and friendly. Rooms were average size for NYC, with a bonus of lots of hidden storage spaces (check the foot of the beds;) and the views...! Ask for a corner room, with views of the Hudson on the west and downtown on the south side.
My only criticism was the hotel restaurant, which was average in taste but inflated in price, compared to other well known and reviewed restos in the neighbourhood.
Would definitely consider well thought out rezzies elsewhere if you're a foodie, like we are.
I would definitely stay at Nomo Soho on my return to New York.

Well located and fun property. You can walk to Soho, Nolita, Little Italy and Chinatown easily. The room was small but well decorated, modern, and clean. Great color scheme.

Quite a big room by New York standards. Super comfy bed and everything worked well. I was kindly given a room upgrade upon checking in by the lovely woman behind the desk. The staff was always friendly and kind. Loved a free coffee in the morning! Very conveniently located by many subway stops to get around town, lots of great places to eat nearby. I would stay here again.

We were very happy with our stay. the staff was friendly and helpful and our room was perfect for us. I did notice that the paint in the hallways could use some touching up and it would have been nice to have a coffee maker in the room for when we had to leave at 4 am. Besides that, no complaints and the price was reasonable. I would stay here again.

Me any my boyfriend stayed here 2 nights on August 8 and 9…the facility is beautiful but the way we were treated I can’t say the same…during our trip, we were racially profiled by the manager who falsely accused us of smoking in our room and charged us an outrageous fee + extra taxes and fees. I definitely would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Yes, it’s nice and comfy for the most part but it’s not worth it. Be aware!!! I come to New York often and never had this issue anywhere else, ever. I’ll never ever stay here again.

The location was ideal having all the places we wanted to visit close by. The hotel does need an upgrade like new paint, bathroom renovation, and new seats at the restaurant- 80 percent of the restaurant seats were peeling off. I do have to commend Islam at the Nomo Kitchen for being so welcoming, accommodating, and knowledgeable about the area. We always had such a great experience when we dinned there and had him as our server. I only wish that others in the hotel would be as welcoming as he was. The front desk staff really need to smile more and not rely on guest to warm up to them. It just doesn’t make sense. Aren’t we the customers who pay to be there? I would love to stay in a place where the staff are proud of their hotel and the service they provide. I did not feel this when we were there. Once again we love the location and the cost was very reasonable. I am willing to give this property another chance because of the location and price but I do hope that the front desk service experience is better.

Some small area for improvement but a very nice hotel within the heart of so much. Was a great location considering how close it is to Chinatown Little Italy. The subway was 2 blocks away to get you to any other location you needed to be.

The hotel is really cool and vibrant. The rooms are large and have great views as it is the tallest building in the area. The lobby and restaurant are amazing, very cool and swanky, great place to hang out, meet guests or have a meal when you're feeling lazy but don't want to stay in the room.
The building is very dated, even though the rooms look new, there are small things like the balcony door not shutting all the way, and other minor maintenance issues that stop this hotel from being a 5 rating.
One final comment, at the price I ended up paying on my next trip I will probably stay at a more established 5-star hotel, nothing wrong with this one, it's just for the same price I could have gotten a similar room at a better property.

Two comments:
1- a big hesitation of mine was due to all the incorrect smoking charges. However we were not charged, although we made tea every day and had a lot of heat from the blow-dryer and shower. At check out the person in front of me got charged 4 times, but it seems it's from vaping near a window.

All of the employees were very friendly and helpful (which does not feel common these days). Great location and I appreciated the quieter nature of the lobby and cafe area compared to other Soho hotels. The room was certainly no frills but was clean. I needed a fridge and they brought one up right away.
