The bathrooms where really let down and not maintained, no circulation, mould and dirty meaning staining.Also there was no way of getting out of the swimming pool in the deep end

Great food and pools. Wifi was spotty to non-functional. Easy walk to Sengiggi beach and Art Market.

Amazing introduction to luxury island life. The surrounding area is touristy but the private villa are idyllic. Our daughter loved the pool.

I had a fantastic stay at Kebun Villas & Resort, the property is magnificent! The property is nestled in the forest but very close to the many restaurants, Art Walk and shops in Sengetti-- all walking distance. Here you will find well-kept gardens, beautiful smelling flowers, monkeys (occasionally) and a bird watcher's paradise!! The rooms are clean and comfortable with a stocked fridge of beverages and personal items in the bathroom -- all of which are restocked daily!! The pool is huge and uncrowded. Staff is kind and helpful. Food could be better, wifi was ok but sometimes a bit difficult.

We were tired and hungry from a long flight, and their restaurant had closed, so they offered to send one of their staff to buy KFC for us, but my husband wanted to try Indonesian food only. So they tried to ask the chef (who just finished work and about to go home) to cook a Nasi goreng for us, and the food was brought to our room with care and nice decoration. We needed to go to Gili Air but had no idea how to get there, and they gave us all information for the taxi and boat prices.

Unable to connect wifi in room.

Kebun Resort has many steps and uneven surfaces. There are no steps leading into the pool so it is hard to get in and out of. The beds are rock hard and the breakfast is inedible. The view and gardens are beautiful.

We (and another guest) had things stolen from the room, the mannegement admitted that other guests before us had reported the staff for stealing to the police, but the management didn’t really seamed to care, and didn’t wanna help us.

We had to move rooms after the air con stopped working in the room, extremely annoying. I will not stay here again of coming back to Senggigi.

Longest infinity pool in Lombok, so it wasnt nice to have that right outside our room. Complimentary mini fridge, including beer and 4 bottles of water a day! The best weve seen in our trip to Bali so far! Breakfast wasnt but great however, but it was free so that helped us stay energized for the day! The also had a cool little safe at the front of the hotel where you could relax (with extra cold air conditioning) to get some good wifi, coffee, treats, and little knick knacks for the room (charger, SIM card, cards, etc). Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is just up the road from the beaches, sitting into the hills so the grounds are very beautiful- with all kinds of plants. The rooms were very nice and comfortable, clean and everything worked. Breakfast is very good, and there several al a carte options to chose from. There are 2 pools, both were nice and clean.

We booked a twin sharing room on new year eve, which included gala dinner for two. The next day, my friend and I moved into two separate rooms and stayed for two more nites. When we checked out on 2 Jan, we were shocked to be told that we had an outstanding bill of IDR 150,000 because we had ordered a cocktail drink during the gala dinner. This was ridiculous as we did not do so apart from taking drinks offered to us, which we were told that the drinks were included as part of the dinner. They insisted that we did, and I asked for proof of my order. They then showed us a slip of paper with someone else's signature, and insisted that it was my signature. One male staff insisted that he took the order from me, and I signed on the slip of paper. I was fuming mad at that point when I was accused of doing something I did not. The staff were totally unprofessional and failed to listen to my explanation that the signature was not mine, and I even showed them my signature. What is most alarming is that the room number stated on the slip of paper was also incorrect!!!! It is obvious that someone else has ordered the drink. Thank God that their manager finally decided to accept our explanation. The staff are total unprofessional in the way they treated their customers! They also need to improve their process to verify the identity of their guest when an order is placed. It is a very unpleasant experience, and I will never stay in this hotel! Be warned..

Hotel is nice, with two nice pools. Breakfast is excellent, staff very friendly.

Everything is okay except toilet , the toilet has a bad design, whenever u get a shower, your toilet will be like a mini pool becoz of bad design and drainage , stayed 2x here , face the same problem , its kinda dangerous coz u might slipped and accident will happend , so if u r fussy about toilet , jus avoid here .

Had a great stay at kebun villas. Close to town. 50 cents taxi or walking distance. Were there in low season in the wet. Just raining a bit in the morning when having breakfast. Buffet breakfast was okay. Quite a bit of choice. Embrellas supplied, hbo tv and can rent dvd's for small deposit. Basket of balls near the pool to play with. It's the little things that make the difference:)
