I stayed one night and couldn't rate my stay any better. The room and beds were extremely comfortable; the shower was amazing; the breakfast was excellent. I received an extended late checkout until 3pm, which was greatly appreciated.

Great hotel. Close to haram about 10 mins walk to get inside. Direct access to mataf, many of the other gates were closed or redirected so we got really lucky with this.
Only discovered the cafe at the end as we didnt have breakfast included but they have nice salads and pastries.
Very helpful, especially housekeeping friendly guy made our stay great and cleaned well.

Great hotel and stuff.

Nice friendly staff all round. All keen to help. Clean and comfortable room with all the requirements.

Stayed at this hotel 4 - 5 times. One of the cheapest but the hotel is excellent. 5 mins from Haram and recently refurbished. Nothing to fault. We were given a nice spacious room and the staff were helpful especially the cleaners on our floor.

Had the best stay, the hotel is located 5-7 minutes walk from the great mosque. The beds an comfortable and housekeeping staff did an amazing job with cleaning & providing what we need.
There are lots of shops inside the hotel and tea/drinks shop just outside.
The doormen and bell men were super friendly and polite, did an amazing job by Imam, Salauddin
Nazrul, Al Masud Chowdhury, Khorsahed ALAM. I would like to thank them for their service as they made us feel homely.
The only downside is it’s very noisy in the morning as the windows aren’t soundproof.
We will most definitely stay here when we return to Makkah.

Easy walking distance to the Haram. Very nice hotel , convenient for families. Super fast lifts so you’re never waiting in the lobby. Breakfast opens late at 7am, hotel really needs to consider starting earlier around 6am straight after Fajr.

Great customer service.
Upon our arrivals, we were welcomed with a smile and easy check in. We found an unwanted guest in our room which got resolved immediately with a room change and was offered a free breakfast to all 4 guest through all of our stay.
The TV Signal was also an issue in the new room which the technicians couldnt get to the bottom of but it wasnt essential for us.
Hotel is very close to the haram within 10mins walk then you can decide where in the haram you want to go and Athan can be heard from our room.
I would stay here again despite some of the aforementioned. Also thanks to Sundus from customer service team.

Saif ul Rahman did an excellent job cleaning my room and making sure everything was okay.
Was not happy with the renovation work being carried out during my stay, dust noise etc.
Hotel is very close to the Haram which was very convenient.

Did not enjoy my stay. Bathrooms are dirty and need updating. Renovations being carried out on our floor, dust, noise, workmen leaving dangerous materials in the corridors (nails sticking out), electrical cables exposed, lights hanging down on walls.
The only good point, hotel was very close to Haram.

They charge cost of rooms as a five stars but their service is not equal to two stars. The rooms was so small for 4 people and the toilets were very dirty. I’m amazed that why they can’t provide enough toilet cleaning material to their staffs. Even the dirt was in layers to layers. I paid cost of two nights but we could not sleep for two nights there. Even a bad smell was coming out of AC, I think it needs deep cleaning. My children got sick due to the smell which was always there, when the AC was for few seconds then breathing was difficult. t’s in a very good location but they need to pay attention on improving their service

The best thing about the hotel is its proximity to the Haram. We were charged the full price, which is absolutely fine. I stayed on the 21st. We were then told there would be no water from 12 am to 3 am. We were like, "Okay, is this really a 5-star hotel?" Then, the water didn't come back until 7 am, right when we needed it the most for Fajr. There was also work going on the 4th floor, and paint was everywhere with a strong smell. My suggestion: just close that floor if you need to get the work done. There are some people who are allergic to these things. Lastly, we had to check out a little late because of my mother health condition. I explained everything to the front staff, and they told me straightforwardly that I had to pay 300 riyals for an extra 4-hour stay, which I'm fine with. But why didn't you reimburse the money to people who didn't have access to water from 12 am to 7 am, who paid 550 riyals per night just to seek comfort, but are quick to charge 300 riyals for just an extra 4 hours?

Our stay here was fantastic. I came with a group of 11. One of the things that stood out was the amazing staff at Makarem Ajyad. So incredibly helpful! One by name was brother Nazroul abo Qasim. He helped us so much from the time we entered - till the time we left. Amazing hospitality and I look forward to coming back.
