Fantastic location within easy reach of the souk and the marina. The hotel is utterly stunning and the room we had was an incredible view. Lovely service with massive shout out to the bar staff who couldn’t have been more friendly or attentive.

Amazing new stylish hotel, high quality comfortable modern bedrooms, beautiful pool and gardens, friendly staff throughout (except for very slow moody reception staff), madly expensive food and drinks within hotel, but in a perfect location on the beach near to lots of lovely restaurants and bars.

Excellent hotel, with very good restaurants. Pool is very spacious and nicely designed. Overall very nice and friendly atmosphere.

Beautiful 5*hotel and service with amazingly friendly, considerate and fun staff. Went out of their way to make this birthday trip a special memory for us Simply the very best luxury place to stay for an amazing holiday in Agadir. Central location with lots to visit in walking distance but everything on site if you don’t want to leave the hotels exquisite facilities. Vast choice of breakfast buffet and its honeycombs a highlight!
6.0 / 10.0
The room itself, staff, service and pool areas are amazing, the only reason for the 3 star is the food ,beverage prices are extremely high and the italian restaurant didn't like at all and for almost 1,000 MAD was outrageous, so we ate outside the property for half the cost and better quality.

Really nice hotel recently refurbished, excellent service

Great location, nice staff - two major drawbacks - the buffet breakfast is chaotic with plates, glasses and various food choices often missing and replenished slowly - this was not helped by the sheer greed of some of the residents who stacked their tables with huge excess - the other major drawback is rather pathetic wifi access - other than these two issues nice hotel and staff

Long check in due to room not ready. Sent to room twice 35 minutes apart but still not made up. They agreed to put me in another room and upgraded me to a better room and provided breakfast free. Desk had no useable plugs to charge CO Lugers/phones. It isn’t a business hotel but I would still expect at least one plug by the desk. Great location for a walk into town or on the front. ong wait to check out

This was my 5th trip to Agadir and I have stayed in a lot of hotels here , the royal atlas is one of the best i have stayed in . Fantastic location close to the beach & restaurants. Good night life around , the rooms were very spacious and very clean and modern and cleaner came around everyday . We got a room with a sea view and balcony . Breakfast is cheaper to eat outside . Staff very friendly specially the girl on the front desk called Miriam who went the extra mile to help. Overall would definitely recommend.

Our room eas not ready until 5:30 pm on the day of arrival (checkin time was 3pm!). The staff at the checkin desk were more interested in getting us to pay the city tax etc rather than apologising and making us comfortable! Eventually we got a room directly facing some consteuction work going on in the hotel. We couldnt open the curtains as the workers could see directly into our bed room! The work started early in the morning the next day, which neant we were wokenup to loud noises! We complained that this was unacceptable and then we had to wait till the mid day for a room change although in the new room the airconditioning did not work and this was never fixed although we complained multiple times! Overall it is an expensive hotel in a nice location, but with very poor service!

No irons, no customer service at all. Staff barely speak English. For a 5 star it lacks many things like toothpaste, shower gel etc. You need to call room service at least twice for every request and even then they give you different extensions to call. Told contradictory things by members of staff in regards to use of spa. Breakfast was lacking so much like a full English. Was told we could not bring any food and drink from outside, they said we had to spend at the hotel. I ve stayed in 5 star hotels all over the world and this has to be worse. But pool area is nice.

We booked a three person room but the bed wasn’t made up, and one enough shampoo and shower gel for 2 And no conditioner but found everything else fine Loved the newly refurbished rooms but needed a mirror in the bedroom

Hotel was in a very nice location and the hotel itself is amazing. It has all the ingredients to be an amazing hotel, but unfortunately Management and the reception staff let it down. The air conditioning did not work in any of our rooms and when promised by the hotel Manager (Mohammed) that it would be fixed on our second night there, he did not keep his word and it was not fixed for the remainder of our stay. The reception staff did not provide us with an iron and an ironing board, even though their website stated that they provide this. We had to get in an argument with them and in the end they agreed to have our clothes dry cleaned free of charge. Later on delivery of the dry cleaned clothes, they attempted to charge us for it, even though it was agreed it would be free. We then had to have another conversation in order to get this cleared. The gym and indoor pool is also only free between the hours of 10-4pm and outside of these hours is charged. Nowhere is this mentioned and found this to be a negative.Asides from Management and the reception staff being unhelpful, the rest of the staff members are amazing. The pool boys, the bar staff, the breakfast crew and the cleaners were all amazing and very friendly. Asides from the negatives, we had a great time here and enjoyed the pool and all the facilties on offer. The beach is litrellay walking distance from the back of the hotel and also walking distance to some very nice restaurants.

Stayed in the executive double room, really liked the room. I had a lovely sea view although it was on the first floor, it was good getting to the pool etc. The thing that annoyed me was that the room was not fully ready, for example: they have a coffee machine but no coffee or milk around etc. The maids didn’t seem to rectify this. No irons around as they have their own laundry service. The sink tap wasn’t letting out enough water. However, the end room we had was a really nice size and it is a beautiful hotel.

Good stay great location. Staff friendly but they need to keep gym open later atleast 8pm. Also breakfast timing is 7am to 10am. Considering agadir night life is good

Lovely location. General facilities as advertised. Room poor condition ( lamps not working or bathroom fans) and staff just not interested.

Really nice hotel. Lovely reception staff provided us with a room upgrade to a pool view and helped us with a connecting room (we were 4 adults). plenty of fruit and water given daily in the room. rooms cleaned daily. Only one thing i can complain about is the air con was not working in either of our rooms. look forward to my next visit :) thank you
