Very helpful staff with suggestions, knowledge and directions for all of my questions and concerns! The actual property is showing a little age, but is attended to with very clean care, comfortable bedding, linens and supplies. I was provided a kettle as well for my extended stay..very helpful indeed and kindly appreciated!!

I booked this hotel as it was the only one available close to the Leuven area. First, I thought the hotel was much nicer than I was expecting, with the hotel being at a highway rest-stop and a much smaller enclave of Leuven. In fact, if they could just transport this entire hotel to right into Leuven Center, i would give it 5 stars. The hotel is inexpensive, however if you are planning on going into Leuven Center each day, your options are a $50 round-trip Uber ride or a 90 minute walk in each direction, so it may be cheaper in the long run if you're visiting Leuven to stay in a more expensive hotel in the city center. The staff of the hotel was very nice and even let me check in a couple of hours early as my flight arrived early on a Sunday morning, and was helpful arraging taxi service for me during the week I was there. The room was very clean. Since it is a dudget hotel, the bathroom is small as is the TV in the room. Overall, if you're using this hotel as a rest point on your travels through Belgium, it is a great hotel. If you're staying here for a week for work closer to Leuven, then the money you are paying for taxi or Uber each day probably makes this a more expensive option then just staying at a more expensive hotel in the town center. The hotel breakfast is standard for Europe. Duning options in the evening are limited to a Burger King and convienance store ar the rest stop. Anything else you have to spend the $50 to take Uber to Leuven round-trip for dinner

The hotel is situated on the M40 motorway Brussels - Liège but only 5-ish km away from downtown leuven. It has a free parking unlike anywhere in Leuven. Although situated on a busy motorway, I did not hear any car at all. The rooms are spatious, the only downside is that the window does not open so no real fresh air is coming in. There is however, air conditioning. The rooms could have a few more sockets and at least one USB socket on either side of the bed. Last time I checked we are living in the 21st century after all. Hot water was available in a matter of seconds. Personnel (admin as well as cleaning) is very friendly and helpful.

This hotel is a basic business hotel on the outskirts of Leuven, convenient to major highways, and about 30 minutes from Brussels airport. Nothing fancy, by clean, with pleasant staff and a decent breakfast. An hour's walk into the center of Leuven, about half an hour to imec along a nice pedestrian route. Very affordable.

Good hotel, small room, clean, mattress is OK, no fridge/coffee maker/safe in the room, no place to hang wet towels in the bathroom, hard to take shower without having a puddle on the bathroom floor, smallest TV in the world with extreme soap opera effect, no outlets near the bed, overly obsessive energy saving in all the electrical amenities.

We had to stay near Leuven for one night and we picked up this IBIS hotel as we know this chain of hotels rather well. We loved pretty much everything about it : it is very quiet, cosy, close to the motorway, next to a Delhaize supermarket. There is a parking lot in front of the hotel where you can leave your car free of charge. We also found that the neighborhood was really safe. Last but not least, it is fully accessible for the walking impaired.

We just needed a night stay before having long trip from Zaventem. Very good location, you can access hotel from motorway gas station heverlee, leuven on E40 (brussels -leuven), dont follow gps based on address. Very quiet and comfortable rooms, parking outside in front of hotel, fast checkin, only 15minutes away from airport if not rush hour.

My partner and I drive somewhere in Europe every summer and need to spend a night in a hotel en route. We've developed very specific criteria for these hotels, and this one passed with flying colours. It is very easily accessed off the motorway (it is physically attached to the service station) and has plenty of free parking to handle the transit van we are driving. Despite being a services hotel, it is clearly shiny and new with rather striking external decor. It is probably the nicest Ibis that I've encountered. The 24-hour reception got us into the room in under two minutes, with free wi-fi (albeit low signal) to help us plan the next day's route. There are also small roads connecting the service station/hotel with the roads into Leuven, and we used these to explore the town and find food/coffee before getting back on the road. Affordable, easy, always open, and wifi... ticks all the boxes.

The hotel is new. The rooms are larger than expected but the beds were not comfortable. A good stop ever to go to Brussels Airport. The GPS does not accept the street address which can lead to confusion when locating.
