We had a great stay. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The only reason for 4 stars was the hot water wasn’t so hot. Not sure we showered the same time as everyone else!!?? The service was awesome and the breakfast bar was nice.

Bed was comfortable. Other than that the stay was not enjoyable. Found the room to be incredibly filthy hair everywhere! Even the mirror had toothpaste on it. Drink rings on bedside table, floors filthy, sheets full of lots of different types of hair, floor had hair in every corner. Was this room even cleaned?

Stayed at same hotel 3 days earlier and we had a 3rd floor room with a view of the water and that's the only reason this was a 4 star review. This last room was ground floor and close enough to the desk to hear the comings and goings of guests all through the night. The hot tub wasn't working-due to a customer spilling a drink in it. Not the staffs fault but was still a letdown. Room only had 1 queensize bed when we expected two.

I really loved that they are pet friendly and a back door to be able to walk my dog in and out , plus really clean room for being a pet friendly room. Breakfast was amazing. Definitely will stay here again.

Every time I call (3 times over the past 5 weeks) they never have pet friendly rooms available. The front desk was attentive and a nice young man. The carpet can use a deep steam clean and so can the bathroom. If they bought a steamer to clean, it would go a long way and keep the facility in better shape. Breakfast room was nice.

Nice quality facility. Basic everything but clean and comfortable. Beds were comfy. Selected this location based on it having pool and hot tub. Pool was closed/out of order and the hot tub had a crazy amount of suds/foam being generated so didnt go in. Front desk was great. Waffels at continental breaky were decent.

Pool was closed. Mold in bathroom tub. Smokey smell in room. Smelled really bad in the elevator. Main lobby was beautiful and clean but the hotel room was not. Had a Smokey smell and felt like the 80s. Turned on the heater and it instantly smelt like something burning. Was one of the most expensive hotels in the area but we were happy to pay more bc the photos made the rooms look nice. Next time we will stay elsewhere.

$180 a night. Pool and Hot Tub NOT available again. Only notice on Expedia ... was at the bottom of the Room Selection Page. Shower supplies and towels ... in adequate. Sorry this property lets down the BW Brand.
