Sadly to say i ended up with bed bugs. There was a blood spot at the end of the bed covered by a blanket on top of it. Got a meter ticket for parking close to my room. No one mentioned not to park there. But one positive thing a room with a view was beautiful.

I had an amazing time, I enjoyed the hot tub and pool. The coffee pot was the only thing I had a problem with.

Great location good amenities was decent overall but it rained that night and our room leaked all over our stuff that night. I vious signs of precious leaks and all we got was a "huh that's strange" when we told them about it. No compensation or anything so watch where you put your stuff!

We won’t stay again. The room did not match any listed online photos. Super outdated, empty hooks on walls where photos should have been. No air conditioning. Dirty sheets and pillow cases. We are so disappointed.

We stayed here on the second of a three night coast trip. This was our first time staying at this property and it was really lovely! The view out of our window of the ocean was spectacular. The room was very comfortable and the property is dog-friendly. We will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is decent. Location is great but the actual hotel is a half step above Motel 6 for comfort. The shower is made for a 4 foot person and you will want to bring white noise because the lower floors will listen to all movings above you. I had the bad exit experience of being a couple minutes late waking and got a guy knocking excessively loud on my door way more times than needed, then a call, then another person coming by at 11:10. Make sure you're out because I felt like they were going to storm into the shower and drag me from the premises at 11:01 am.

Black mold appeared in the bathroom. Bathroom door did not lock. Dining room light bulb(s) were burnt out. Hole in the wall behind entry door. Multiple carpet stains. Front door locks and knob need changing. Windows had water stains and screen was torn. Remote for tv batteries were dead. The TV was mounted on the same wall as the bed in the main area, so watching tv in bed was difficult. The couch looked gross and was worn out. The room we stayed in definitely needs some work / remodel.

20.00 per pet is way to much...our room water ail over the bathroom area after comming back from diner.parking sucks.would not recommend for staying....close to the beach

I would have rated our stay higher if we would have had a fan in our suite and if our parking space had been clearly marked so that other cars would not have used our parking spot.

We had stayed here in the spring about $50 a night less. There were some maintenance issues but we decided we would rent here again. It is now after Labor Day and the cost was about $60 higher. The heat in the room was the fireplace.. We did not touch the thermostat. It was set at 73 but it got up to 79° even after turning the heat off way to cool down the windows with no screens.

Everything was great, except we had a very loud kid above us that was running and stomping all night and early in the morning.. the elevator constantly smelled like cigarettes more often the not Outside of that, we loved the view and size of the room!

This hotel is in a great location. It was extremely relaxing. The jetted tub felt absolutely wonderful after a day of kayaking. Our room was huge! The bed was really comfortable. The only potential criticism is in the kitchen. The kitchen counters are plentiful. However, the silverware looked like it was for toddlers and was scant. There was only one 8 ounce glass and some stemwear. Also, the refrigerator was as small as possible. I wish they at least filled the fridge space with the next fridge size up. We just supplemented with a cooler. Overall, a really wonderful place to stay.

Pros: The ocean view was breath-taking. The staff was very friendly. Beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was clean. Cons: Everything looked a bit run-down and outdated. TV didn't work properly.

The room I was given had a jacuzzi tub in the small living area. It is a waste of space. The tub shower had water stains and a used towel was left in the bathroom when I checked in. The staff was helpful and polite. The view of the ocean is great. The 160 steps to the beach & back not so much. I don't think this place is worth the money.

Loved the oceanfront location of this hotel. The only huge bummer was our windows were really dirty which made it hard to enjoy the view. I understand that ocean air is tough on buildings but the windows should be a priority and regularly maintained.

Gorgeous view! The room was a basic, old motel. No AC so room got really warm even with windows open. Found out after that we could have asked for fan. Not already in the rooms. Tub was clogged, so had to stand in water while showering.

Love the rooms and ocean view. We were on the bottom floor with an ocean view and there was a large bush blocking part of the view which I would recommend to trim or remove. Other than that, great room, service and experience. Also love that this place is pet friendly!

Our experience was horrible. The first night we went to bed around 11 pm and found our bed wet. I thought to myself perhaps since we went swimming it was one of my daughters that left it damp. In the Am I still was not convinced and lifted up the blankets, it was a light yellow outline of someone who had peed there!!! It was not us !! I went to the office and the owner was not helpful what so ever. No compensation. She only said I can give you a fresh set of sheets. Plus the toilet was leaking. When I checked out about 30 mins later I missed a call from them saying I forgot clothing which wasn't mine. I have no idea their cleaning room procedures but now I know I have to lift up bedding completely anywhere I go . This was and is not ok!
