Large, clean and airy room. The bed was huge and comfortable. The walls were a little thin so you could could hear some noise from the rooms next door. Breakfast was a self serve style, which could be taken back to your room or eaten outside alongside the pool. Breakfast had limited options, no cooked food, but what there was was tasty and well presented.

The room smelled damp. Even after opening the windows and subsequently using the AC the smell remained and condensation on the inside of the large picture windows. The carpet was dirty and left the bottom of our feet black, make sure you wear slippers. We didn't waste our time mentioning this to management after the unconcerned/ unhelpful attitude we had encountered already over a noise issue with the fridge which my husband has already put a review on trip adviser about and to which the Manager responded saying we had been offered a replacement which was not true. No replacement was offered.

Easy check in, room clean, size good, parking easy and location is very convenient. They have a heated pool but it was raining so we didn't use it. I'd stay here again for sure!

We had a great time at Cape Colony. Everything was clean and convenient. The staff was fantastic, accommodating, friendly and helpful. We loved the fire pit at night, the convenient location...everything. We had a great weekend with a large family group.

Traveled with two children and two adults. Overall, nice property, clean pool, clean room. Nice amenities like pool towels, beach chairs, nice soap. Perfect for a few nights away. Grounds are clean and breakfast was convenient. Laundry was broken while we were there so that was a little frustrating. Also, I was a bit surprised our rooms weren’t cleaned during our stay. Might be a post covid thing, not sure. I would for sure go back.

We loved the comfortable bed, pillows made our necks sore though. Temperature was a bit tough to consistently control during the night (freezing or too warm). Loved the fact it had a pool and cornhole as well as shuffleboard, and that it was in a quiet, chill part of town with East End Market right near by.. Properly well cared for but shower showing its age. Lil farther from center of town but with the presence of easily rentable e-bikes or e-scooters - it made the ride in fun and easy! Property chose to Fanizzi’s, one of our favorite restaurants in town

Staff was super nice. Everyone there was very responsive and kind. Pool was lovely, and free breakfast and parking is always appreciated! We were able to check in a little early, which was awesome and we were able to settle in ASAP. Would definitely stay here again!

Clean and quiet property about 1 mile for the main tourist area on Commercial Street. The walk downtown is pleasant but it's 20 minutes. In days of yore this would have been called a "Motel" but it was plenty good for a couple of nights. Climate control worked well and was quiet, plenty of hooks for beach towels and suits, and the on-site swimming pool was warm and clean. The continental breakfast is basic, but if time is limited it's a nice feature. All lodgings are Provincetown are pricy this time of year, and cost is on par with other accomodations.

Although a little out of the way from PTown, if you enjoy a walk past cute homes and nicely kept gardens you will not mind. The room was spacious and beds comfortable. The bathroom is a bit outdated but clean. Pray for quiet neighbors because you can hear a lot going on throughout the building (thankfully I was on the end). My main criticism: I was told the room is serviced every three days but mine was not. I should have just requested it after night two of my four night stay. But I had enough towels so really I just wanted more in room coffee pods!

The AC had some issues but was resolved within a day. Otherwise the room was small yet cozy. Breakfast was mediocre. The pool had lots of bugs in it. The inn is far from the main "hub" of P-town. Thankfully the Coast rentable scooters/bikes made it easy to get to town. Staff were pleasant. Average stay all around.
