The location makes it super convenient to all the bars, restaurants, and shops on Commercial Street. It’s about 15-20 minute walk and you’re in the heart of Provincetown. Parking is hard to come by so having it within walking distance was ideal.
Direct beach access that was dog friendly is also a plus.
The room itself was clean, appeared to be newly renovated and had a large bathroom.
All the staff was super kind and courteous and ready to answer any questions I had.
We traveled with a dog, so this is more specific to staying with a dog, but the hotel doesn’t have any dog-friendly green space, so I had to walk about 3-4 blocks each time he needed to go out. Commercial Street itself does mot have much green space either so it really was challenging finding places where my dog could comfortably do its business.
The room didn’t have any cleaning tools (broom, dustpan, etc.) which would be helpful to minimize the dirt/sand when staying at a hotel near the beach.
The bathroom didn’t have a portable shower head. I didn’t have to bathe my dog on this trip but having a portable shower head makes it easier to wash your pet.
There was no Iced coffee/lattes included with the continental breakfast nor was it available to purchase at the bar so I had to walk about 30 mins (there/back) each morning to the nearest coffee shop since I prefer iced coffee in the warmer weather.

All the needed things for the room were good. The best part was the bathroom because those were newly renovated. The beds were fine as well. Access to the Beach and pool were nice too.
The wifi went out the first day and never recovered the rest of the time we were there. That was upsetting because that was needed for our survival. There was a bar there, but the guy who was making the drinks took too long and were not the best either.

Everything works well here from the carpark to the pool to the rooms and bathrooms. It is very well located and a very pretty spot. You can grab a light but satisfying breakfast if you need to and the bar is a nice addition. The rooms are classy rather than bling luxury. I loved the styling, very Cape Cod. We were very comfortable here and enjoyed a lovely view of the sea. It wasn’t cheap but Provincetown is a key holiday destination for wealthy Americans so to be expected. Bear in mind that you do see some interesting sights in Provincetown in the evenings! We had no problem with our children seeing gender/sexual diversity as they are a bit older and appreciated the freedom and confidence on display, (and everyone is friendly and charming and not at all rude) but some might find it a bit confusing; parents need to be be ready for the conversations some of the shop windows might lead to! That being said, the hotel is out of the main drag and quiet and peaceful as a result.
The hotel staff were excellent. The carpark is a huge bonus as it costs a fortune to park in Provincetown (if you can find a free spot!)
My only issue was a couple of lumpy pillows.

The hotel was close to the beach and walkable to downtown ammentieis. After a long travel day, the staff was more than accommodating and allowed us to check into our room earlier for a quick power nap before heading out on the town. The crew was extremely friendly and made us feel welcome while providing us a great list of events and places to check out for our 24 hours in PTOWN. I was great to be able to hang out by the pool before departing the next day. Very relaxing!

I love the hotel, everyone was so nice and helpful. The room was comfy.
The distance to most shops and restaurants was about 30min, more of a personal issue for me since the places I was planning on visiting where the farthest away. I would stay again though if i plan just a beach trip.

The location and dog friendly aspect is by far the best things about this hotel !
The beds were incredibly loud and squeaky this trip, have stayed in the past and this was not an issue.
