The was horrible decorated with frameless pictures nailed to wall. Each room is decorated by its owner. Roll the dice room may be nicely decorated OR NOT. Room was furnished with cheap 32” TV. Neighboring room had their TV up load after 10 PM. Resorts Security did not resolve problem leaving us to ask neighbors to turn down TV sound. Could have been ended up in fight. With said, the scenery was amazing as well as golf. The resort hotel accommodations did not meet expectations typically offered by high priced resorts.

The bed was very uncomfortable and the sheets were scratchy.
The carpet had lots of huge black marks. It was unsettling.

It’s a really beautiful place. Very roomy and close to off road trails. Only issue was the mattress. It was like sleeping on a box spring rather than a mattress.

Very nice.
However, when we talked by phone to the front desk 11/2 hours before check in, and asked what the possibility of an early check in, they indicated that might be a possibility. They told us to come to the check in desk when we arrived and they would let us know. When we did arrive 20 minutes later they said ours was the only room left to clean and they would text us as soon as it was completed.
Well, come regular check in time we hadn’t been texted so we went back to the front desk to see why. They gave no explanation or apology but told us our room was ready.
When we ask for the possibility of an early check in it would be better to be told “no” than to hang out in anticipation. And then to receive no explanation or apology was just an insult.

Fantastic the condo was large and had everything very clean. With the exception of the exercise room which was filthy. Condo was perfect. No propane for the fire pit.but no problem
4.3
The room was spacious and comfortable, but there is a dingy smell throughout it.
They require you to leave the air conditioner set at 72 degrees so it was very warm throughout the night, and hard to sleep.

Sand hollow resort is a very nice condo near a bunch of fun activities. My wife and I shared a 2 bedroom condo with another couple and had everything we needed. We love having a full kitchen to make food instead of having to eat out every meal.

No AC for the first day and a half - we were there for a UTV event and front desk treat us as lower class for it - even though most of hotel was full from the event. Asked to park our UTV near hotel so it would be safe (it is licensed) was told it would be towed - then we notice most of the hotel's guest parked there. Once AC was fixed they have a temp of 72 that it must be at or you will be charged - this is in a place where the temps are over 100 several days of the year. We thought it would be nice to stay there since it was close to the dunes for riding, but we would rather tow then deal with the higher price and front desk staffs attitude. Sorry we weren't there to golf, but doubtful I will even go there for that.

Water pressure was really low & the shower wasn’t very hot. The biggest thing was that check in was at 4:00 pm. I think that the s way too late. But it is a really nice place to stay.
4.3
We stay here often and the stay is always good. This time our ac unit didn’t work the first night and that was super rough with 90 weather. The hair dryer in our bathroom also didn’t work, but we didn’t ask for any fixes while we were there and overall the room/stay was good!
4.3
Place was nice, but had a lot of rules you had to follow. Things like what could be parked where and how much you could adjust the air conditioning. All of these had fines attached to them so it was hard to not feel like management cared more about the rules than their customers. Add to that the dismal pressure in the shower and we won't be back.
The place was nice though, just not the type of place for me.
4.3
The room was not that great. The beds were average. The pillows were awful. There were no "2024" ports to plug in my phone. My options? Plug it in 4 feet away from the bed. Crawl under the bed to plug it in behind the headboard. Or, move the 250 lb. bed out from the wall to plug it in. No bueno!
4.3
Great location to stay.

It was 101 on Thursday and note says don’t turn the ac down below 71 or there will be a charge. Fix the ac. The shower had little to no pressure. For $ 500 I sure was hope for a lot more. Not motel 6 quality. The rock crawling was Excellent. Restaurant was good and friendly.

We went to check in at 3 PM to see if the room was ready because the property seemed very slow and Empty the front desk woman bark back that check-in is at 4 pm. I said that is fine. We can wait but could we do the paperwork and maybe get a pool key, then I asked could you tell us at least what building were in so if we use the Pool, we could park the car by it. She said no because people harassed the cleaning crews trying to get their rooms cleaned earlier. So we waited for the 45 minutes and when it was four, I went up to the front desk and asked for my key and she said I’m off work now I’ve been hard working all day long! As if she was being put out for me asking for my key? But then she said fine and she reached down and gave us our key and told us what building we were in. I just thought It was so inappropriate for her to have that type of response.

Beautifully 😍

Only issue was construction guys decided to start pouring concrete at 4:30 AM right out side our room
4.3
It was a beautiful room with beautiful views!

Overall was good. The resort is gorgeous. However the bed had hair on the sheets as well as the shower. We wanted to grill but the grill was dirty as if it was used but not cleaned. Maybe the cleaning crew missed these few things but we would return.

This is a really nice resort. Facilities were new but some kinks to work out. The beds were very comfortable and the towels and linens very nice. Enjoyed the selections for television. The elevator failed making it hard to get golf clubs to third floor but only for one afternoon. Some may not like the option of an in-room ice machine as opposed to a large centrally located ice machine but worked for us. Enjoyed the vestibule with coffee machine and microwave apart from room. The course was very nice except for a few Tee Boxes which were being redone. Husband and I met Son and Daughter-In-Law for vacation and thoroughly enjoyed the three nights spent here.
4.3
Everything was really good
4.3
It was convenient for where we needed.
The amenities were not great, elevator didn't work, smell of Marijuana was consistent in our building, very limited towels wash cloths & hand towels, no shower gel & very limited shampoo & shower accessories. I would compare it to a 2star motel/hotel

Perfect if youre spending your time at the sand hollow state park

Best place I stay in Utah

If you want to go offroading or to Sand Hollow Reservoir this is the perfect place to stay. Overall very nice, clean, upscale, and quiet. Theres really only a few things that needs changed. Its the desert, its hot, it needs better AC's in the rooms and if you turn the AC too low where it freezes, they charge you $100, kind of bonkers for an AC that barely kept up, it was like 75-78 during the day and fine at night. They also need some additional window coverings.... there was a lot of light in the room at 9pm and 5am, for such a nice place that shouldnt be an issue. Lastly, water bottle fillers throughout the place would be nice. You can get water at the clubhouse but, its 2024, you're located in the desert, people come during the summer to enjoy the lake and theres not water bottle fillers on every floor like everywhere else? Kind of odd. But, thats the only things i could find wrong, the clubhouse grille is good, pools are nice and clean.

109° outside, room temp was about 85 when we arrived. Hotel rules don't allow for temps below 72° or the aircon will break--which they deem YOUR fault and will charge you $100. Overall it was clean and tidy but everything was a little off; like, weird headboards made it awkward to get things on/off the nightsta nd. Outlets were behind bed and we had to crawl around to plug in chargers, etc... Restaurant food was nearly not edible, pizza was from frozen, burger seemed pre-cooked, cuban as barely OK. The berry/feta salad as good tho. I know its summer but golf course was not what we expected having played it last year, albeit in the fall. The golf course staff were fantastic tho. The starters were the friendliest I've EVER had--the guy from Houston was the best. On course staff was constantly bringing complementary cold water and ice towels, bev cart woman was always around and sweet and a Marshall that actually kept pace of play moving. Played our morning round in 4:15, afternoon round in under 3 hours and second day played in 4 hours. BUT...It's unlikely we'll make the 5 hour drive to come back.

Awesome place and the Grill was great. Just don’t buy Advil there. It cost us $9 for 4 pills.

I live 5 hours out of state. Checked out and forgot a bag. Went to office and they said it could be in lost and found… Said they would contact housekeeping. Housekeeping was to “busy” to check lost and found for me. Waited 3 hours… still didn’t check for me. Called 4 times and went in the office 2 times, yet housekeeping was to busy… Property was nice, golf course was fun, but the staff and housekeeping being to busy to take 5 mins to help grab my bag from lost and found was pretty poor.

Our family is roadtripping and staying here for a night was amazing. Everyone had plenty of space in a 3 bedroom villa: the rooms were stunning and very clean, with laundry and beautiful views off a huge balcony. Check in was smooth, staff were kind and helpful, and we even got a late checkout the next day which was awesome. 10/10. Great job Sand Hollow! Gorgeous resort.

Everything was great just that we found a bed bug
4.3
The facility was nice, but it was warm in the room for our liking. They had a threatening letter on the wall that stated we would be charged 100 dollars for lowering the thermostat below 72 degrees if the cooler froze up. This is the first place hotel, condo, cabin, or otherwise that has ever threatened punishment for touching the thermostat. It is a childish way to circumvent actually dealing with an obvious problem. You would think a nice golf resort would have higher standards of customer service than that.

We stayed here and played golf here. Our room was spacious, new, clean, and comfortable. The pools were convenient and enjoyable. The golf course was amazing. The hospitality was different than a normal hotel, because the "hotel" rooms are mixed in with condos, however, the room had everything we needed and the front desk was very courteous. We had dinner and breakfast at the restaurant/Grill and the food was good and it was a beautiful view!

Very nice room in beautiful southern Utah.

Nice large rooms
4.3
Really peaceful, huge rooms, and super scenic. If you are doing something in Sand Hollow park this is the perfect location
4.3
The resort is nice and the surrounding are beautiful. The room we stayed in had an air conditioner that was completely inadequate for the environment. It wasn’t even hot and we felt uncomfortable in the room. I can’t imagine what it is like in the summer
4.3
Beautiful view, lots of space, super clean and the pools were good. Wish we could have stayed longer!
4.3
Overall amazing stay! Great price and rooms were clean and spacious. Balcony/patio was a huge plus.
