There were stains on the towels along with stains on the pull down curtains. Not at all what I was thinking I was getting into for the night. Cute view was full of construction. Can’t really see the city in the distance.

The room we stayed was very clean, modern and cozy
Our view was the top of a roof not the one advertised
Also there is parking but at an extra cost of $30.00

One of the best value/price in Flushing, very clean. Breakfast is simple but good enough. Paid parking in basement, very convenient and secure. The only imperfection is the HVAC system in room. Air was a little stuffy.

Easy access to Subway 2 blocks North
Safe to walk

Great stay at the Parc Hotel ! Convenient to Manhattan. Standard normal hotel for half the price of Manhattan. A pretty good breakfast as well, including eggs.

Funny how I stayed near the Mets home to got to the Yankees World Series. Turned out to be insanely convenient. 2 blocks to the Number 7 Subway, straight down Roosevelt Avenue, next to the Dunkin. On the edge of Flushing Main Street/Chinatown. It’s Canal Street without Canal Street. Fun location with tons of outstanding hole in the wall food options. Great small markets with fresh fruit & veggies. Picked-up a bunch of Longan, Lychee & Mangosteen for the room and Game 4. Super easy ride on the 7 to Grand Central or Times Square. Reasonable cab ride/charge from Hell’s Kitchen back 1 night. 5 minutes to LaGuardia. Small, fairly basic rooms. The bed & pillows were acceptable. Same for the tv, bathroom & room itself. Comfortable yet a bit dated. Fridge, iron, hair dryer, gym. A little surprised no microwave. Big hot water dispenser in lobby for tea, etc. Also, fruit infused ice water there, too. the lobby/check-in staffed 24 hours a day. Coming back with my wife in a couple of months. Well nicer than what I would have had in the City for the same money. Kind of stealthy.

It ws a great place to stay and wonderful view. Lots of places to eat and shop nearby!

The room was clean, and the view was pretty. Stayed here for a weekend while shopping in NYC. Its a couple blocks walk to the 7 line into Manhattan, so save yourself the fare and use the Subway. Accross the street is a small shopping center for any forgotten amenidties. This is a perfect location for a big city getaway.

Convenient to Citi Stadium. Average hotel. No parking even though it’s advertised as having parking. There is a mall close by with garage parking. Room was clean. Small, but it was Ok for 2 people. Did feel safe walking to the stadium and to the parking garage.

The room is very small but good for short stays. However, hallway lighting is very dim on every floor. The “rooftop bar” is pathetic it needs to be renovated. It appears this space is like an overhaul for junk and not well kept. Unfortunately, you can’t just sit up there to enjoy the views without consuming a beverage.

The photo they use is nothing like the real view or conditions. Restaurant is not fit for purpose. Breakfast awful

I was absolutely disappointed when I walked into my room. The photos of the hotel online are nothing like the actual rooms. I booked the reservation believing I would have huge windows. What is posted online is not at all what the rooms look like. The only pluses are close to shopping and US Open.

Excellent location for attending US Open and Let's games. Lots of eating options within walking distance. Would stay again.

Blood on our mattress, then not changed the next day, then we had to change rooms

I didn’t like the size of the room. It was very small. The parking was terrible and there is an additional charge for parking in the hotel garage. There is no street parking near the hotel.

Good standard hotel. Cold water by the elevator. Convenient location. Fast walk to US open. Close to everything we wanted to eat in Chinatown.

Clean, and good location. Front desk very friendly

As with many NYC hotels, the room was rather small. But the location was excellent allowing us to walk to both a Mets game and the US Open Tennis tournament.
0.5 / 5.0
Location was good for U.S. Open tennis tournament but that was the only good thing
No furniture in the room
Very basic
Shower sucked
Price doubled for U.S. Open tennis tournament and the hotel is just not worth it
Did not replenish coffee creamer, and sweetener each day
The breakfast was pretty good, I guess

The Parc Hotel staff was amazing! The room was very clean and we had a beautiful view! The only complaint was there was a heavy deodorizer scent in the room and some mold in the bathroom.

Room rate during the US Open is is too high. We will probably find a more reasonable rate elsewhere next year even if it means walking a few more blocks to the the BJK Tennis center. Rooms are small with only a bed, desk & 1 chair to sit on other than the bed. No closet or dressers to put anything away in. Advantages are closest proximity to tennis center, good breakfast included, decent internet service and reasonably clean

The rooms were a bit small. The shower in the bathroom was great. The tea maker was a challenge. There were no instructions on how to use it. Finally figured out how to operate it. There were no complimentary water bottles in the room. The least one could expect for the amount being charged per night for a room especially in the summer months!!Had to pay a $200 security deposit per room even though had prepaid for the room. At checkout was told the money will be refunded in a day or two. No convenient plug point located near the tea maker.

I chose this hotel as they had parking. Well, they only had 9 spots so we had to park down the street. Our ac didn’t work, and when we told them they did not fix it. Our room was not clean upon arrival nor was it cleaned during the stay. There was no place in shower to put soap and shampoo. There were gross stains on the rug and couch. The pull out couch was dysfunctional. No one could have slept on it. The mattress was awful. The food was one step above gross. The only redeeming quality was if you are going to the tennis open, the location is great.

Parking is LIMITED!!! Park at the Mall ( Target Plaza) $24 a day, Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel has an overwhelming air freshener smell. The rooms were TINY, which was expected, considering its NY. Restaurant in the area were unlimited and all walking distance.

Place is great and close to the city! Shopping and Dinning near by and staff was very friendly.

Enjoyed our stay. Easy to get to a Mets game. Bus and subway stops close buy. Hotel seemed up to date and modern.

All the staff were very pleasant and friendly. The breakfast is simple if you need a cup of coffee or tea or some pastries. However it is situated in walking distance to shopping malls and restaurants
