It is a motel, no refrigerator or microwave in room, place needs to be updated.
Not staffed 24 hours and no breakfast or coffee offered.
1.0
Quite undersized room. All beds, no walking or navigation space. Dated accommodation.
1.5
Ok place but breakfast was poor. Good coffee but the singular Pasteur offer was unetible. Went across the road where we should have stayed
2.5
Room was clean, beds were comfortable and clean. Bathroom was good. I wish they provided a microwave and refrigerator.
2.0
Cute place, good parking, thin walls, no fridge or in-room coffee or tea maker. “Continental breakfast” was minimal at best.
Friendly and good restaurant choices.

The hotel was very nice the restaurant was very nice but the owner is a complete jerk.
We wanted to sit out on the patio of the restaurant and he absolutely refused to allow it. The patio was open entry was open, offered to purchase a drink inside and sit out. The owner replied you have to have a meal to be here. I replied I would buy a meal and a drink and sit on the patio. He said you're not allowed on the open patio.
Again if not for the owner the place would be a nice place. I also feel he doesn't take care of his employees because he was completely understand.

Top service at an old time motel and would stay there again and recommend it.

We loved the location but we had a problem with the flies

This is a very simple place. They have clean rooms, great parking, a restaurant on site, pet friendly hotel. The spectacular part is that you can sit outside your room and enjoy the view. Who needs a TV???

The view from the cabin was fabulous! I absolutely loved this cabin. It was more of a tiny house. All it needs is a smaller bed and a couch and I could live there. It even had a smart TV so I could watch my Netflix shows. I would DEFINITELY stay there again.

Great lodging for visiting Capital Reef Nat’l Monument. Great hiking nearby!

Our best stay on a 2 week trip. The cabin was very clean and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable!

Our cabin was a big part of our enjoyment of Capitol Reef National Park.

Beautiful landscape and location.

We stayed in a little cabin. It was very clean and had a nice view of the rock formations. 2nd time to stay here. Restaurant is pricy, but food is good. Staff friendly.

My husband and I booked a cabin the afternoon before staying that night. We didn't know what to expect but we were on our way to more national parks and needed to sleep somewhere. We were pleasantly surprised by how incredibly clean the cabin was and how beautiful the view right out the front door is. What a beautiful respite from crazy hotels! Our dogs were welcomed and really enjoyed the space too. Not only was the property organized and clean, but the walk across the parking lot to get dinner at the patio was perfect too. 20/10 would absolutely recommend.

Stayed in one of the cabins. It was fantastic! The night sky view from the cabin is stellar.

Fabulous little cabin. 360 views of Capitol Reef area. Amazing night skies. We want to go back!

The cabins here have a stunning view! Waking up and seeing the sun go down was a beautiful desert haze. Would stay again!

Great stay. Highly recommend. Cabin was super.

The property could use some TLC. Bed was very comfy so that was good. No mini fridge in room which was inconvenient after a full day of hiking. Also, had to request blow dryer from front desk.

I loved the location and view! Clean rooms and well kept yard area. Beautiful hanging flower pots.

Great location if you are wanting to visit capitol reef national park. Quiet stay.

Very nice cabin. Nice views. Clean. Only a few gripes though. That mattress, although comfortable, was squeaky as heck. Don't know if the box springs are bad, but definitely needs looked into. And the aircon unit. Really never worked real well. Room temp was just OK. But seemed the same regardless of the temp setting. Actually felt warmer when set at 68 then at 72. Would have given 5 stars if not for these two minor issues

The cabin we stayed is in very clean and very nice.

This was a wonderful nights stay. There was a gorgeous view and a nice evening breeze. The motel has a restaurant which we didn’t have time to utilize. The morning breakfast is very small. It consisted of coffee, thank goodness, danish and fruit. There is not a coffee pot, hairdryer, fridge, or microwave in the room. A hairdryer is available from the office. However, even with all that we had a wonderful night here .

Room would have been much better if there had been adequate lightning. One more lamp was needed and the others needed higher wattage bulbs.

The location is great. Right outside of Capitol Reef National Park. The view is spectacular and we can't hear noise from other rooms.

A unique way to spent our overnight on the way to Moab from Bryce Canyon, along the scenic route 12 and 24. We had the cabin. Very clean and very convenient, a restaurant nearby to get food. Staff are very nice and courteous.

We stayed in cabin 3 and it exceeded our expectations. Very comfortable king size bed, great water pressure in the shower, coffee maker, fridge and microwave in the room.
View was amazing and so peaceful.
We walked to the patio right on the property for dinner both nights. Pizza was excellent and service was fantastic.
Highly recommend staying here.

Cabin was super clean. We had the cabin the had two cabins adjoined. We never heard the other people nor did we hear any noise from the road. We were able to park right outside the door. Real close to Capitol Reef National Park. Would definitely stay there again!
