Overall bad experience, three-star hotel at most. The hotel is old, facilities not quite clean. Our pillows have a dirty feet smell, very unpleasant. Even after we asked them to change the pillows, the next day, there is another dirty feet smell pillow!!! Food is not good either. The only ok restaurant is the Four Season one and the Japanese restaurant. But not all restaurants open all the time. Staff is not as friendly to foreigners as to Japanese . Limited English speaking staff

Poor dolphine kept in space no bigger than your room, activities over priced, no one at front desk ever answer the phone, parking far away

Kids activities are good !!

This stay was the first time since the property has undergone renovations. The quality and decor are still great. The activities and amenities are amongst some of the best out of the resorts in Okinawa. While the food offered is good; the period when the resort offered their Golden Buffet, is hands down better then what is currently offered.

This place is heavily family oriented. The facilities are thought to help entertain children. There are plenty of activities that are available for kids, but they’re not free. There seems to be nice restaurants but due to the COVID-19 issue, we couldn’t use them so no opinions can be given.

clean hotel

Inconsistent housekeeping - changed towels but did not make the bed, wash used mugs and replenish bottled water
Breakfast buffets at 2 of the restaurants did not accept reservations - the walk-in waiting time was as long as 45 minutes
Dolphin activities for kids fully booked - limited slots/classes?
Not foreigner friendly - the staff spoke limited English, so it was frustrating to get queries even partially answered
The hotel seemed to be running at full capacity so it was super crowded. While my room was clean, specious and offered a good ocean view, and the hotel's facilities were good, the waiting time for meals, limited English and fully booked classes left much to be desired. Perhaps I went at the wrong time, so my experience was not as good as what the others reviewed. For comparison, I went to ANA InterContinental Manza Beach Resort for a lunch and did not have to wait for a table. All the staff I spoke to were able to converse in fluent English. This could be a better choice for foreigners.

The beach and swimming pool are good, but the car park is far away.
The food for breakfast is pretty good.

Very kids friendly hotel with lots of programs that can touch the wildlives from the sea and land. Good experience for the kids

English service is bad, and charge high additional fee for kids, or they cannot stay in hotel

Overall, it was a good stay but the last full day was disappointing as our room was not cleaned till almost 4pm as we had to ask them to please clean our room. We couldn't go back to our room till really late which was NOT good.

The corner room was worth the extra...…$$$$ it was like being on the bow of a ship …..rm 730

It was really an amazing experience to swim with those lovely dolphins, I actually had a very good vacation there even though there was a typhoon 24 hit on 29 September but what's the problem is I haven't yet got the formal receipt for the dates I stayed at the hotel till now no matter I tried to make a few long distance phone calls to the hotel staff for just a receipt, staff seemed couldn't speak English well and didn't understand, not sure if it can help to solve that problem here. Hotel was short of electricity supply, for the typhoon bad weather hit Okinawa, during the moment I did the checkout on 30 September, 2018 so I was not able to get back the receipt which I should have got at the checkout time s.

We stay three night in this hotel with baby and older people in a families of 6, unlucky we have typhoon no.7 during our stay; hotel itself are good maintenance with 30 years of ages, hotel room are comfortable but swimming pool is fair need to upgarde i saw dirt on the pool when i swim there, maybe its happen after typhoon, beach is small but good for kids; dolphin lagoon is excellent and nice surrounding; 2/F four season restaurant buffet are tasty, overall is ok but the price is a bit expensive.
4.3
Dinner is overrated and overpriced. They only serve two bottles of water on the first day, afterwards you pay. Hotel is old and rooms have not been upgraded for years. Service however is very obliging. Kids friendly and not necessarily to recommend for a couple’s get-away. Parking for free.

Second time in this hotel already.
Stay over 3 nights can have free breakfast, free lunch, free submarine, free hot spring, free drinks, free bar (for 1 night). it just so worth to do it.
reasonable price for feed dophine, sea turtle.....perfect for kids.
as everyone knows the only problem with this hotel is the carpark is abit far, need to take a 2 mins shuttle bus.
4.3
The room is dated and need renovation. Other activities are great for kids.

Clean room;
Polite staffs with weak foreign language ability;
In most occassions, visitors have to park their car about 150m from the hotel on the opposite side of the main road;
4.3
Big room. Bed is extremely comfortable. 3 choices of breakfast style. For Japanese breakfast, only 20 sets of Okinawa breakfast is served. If you like to have it, need to go earlier to have Okinawa breakfast. Western style breakfast is nice. Customised burger is very delicious, veiw is nice with facing over the ocean. However on private beach, need to rent umbrella not free.
4.3
Complimentary water was only available for the first day of the stay; certain food at pool side food stall was only available for special pass customers; shuttle service could be more frequent for those who does not drive. Programs at resort can be held more frequent as well.

Hotel staff is friendly, it has variety of facilities and activities. Good location half way from Naha and aquarium. Hotel overall seems old, but has everything you need. Good ocean views and generally clean and fast check in and check out.
A few points to improve:
- one day the room cleaning wasn't there until 8pm
- valet parking is good but takes like 30 mins since the car park is located not directly with the hotel and they need to group a bunch of drivers together before going.
- breakfast was not good at all, cheap taste and cold food, plus a 30mins wait for all restaurants doesn't help at all. It should not have such long wait.
Overall it's not a bad hotel but not a top choice or anything luxurious to consider, everything seems old and a bit slow.

Overall was great experience at the resort. Their bed is so comfy. So many activities to join at the resort. One down point is the long waiting time at the buffet restaurant especially during lunch. Oh well, the lunch comes with complimentary.

Staffs were polite and helpful. Food was good. Dolphin activities was great and price was resonable. Beautiful sea view from the room.

- Great location as you are in Onna but 10 mins from Cape Maeda - so beautiful- A little weird for a solo getaway as its mostly family resort. - Chose this because it was only hotel on hotels.com that had an onsen. - Make sure if you choose to stay here to stay three nights - then you get complimentary club membership which includes free breakfast and free lunch, onsen access and a free recreational activity (I went snorkeling). Made the trip much more affordable and therefore enjoyable for me. - Okinawa is hard to get around without a car and taxis are pretty expensive. Would definitely recommend a care for anyone coming here.

Good hotel with decent breakfast. Not the usual Renaisssance standard. Rooms are spacious but a little dated. The parking lot is hard to find at night and the parking spaces are limited. The resort have a beach and some activities, but the church of site is off limited. Good for families with children as they have a lot of activities for kids.

Nice hotel with good facilities but if you are not the member, you need to pay for the spring bath, if you just stay one night, you may not join any programme for dolphin course!
