It was pleasant.

We will likely stay here again. We were disappointed only by the lack of room service with clean towels and room freshening. Other components were more than satisfactory.

I guess the franchise I went to and the attraction the place attracted was uncomfortable.

Nice view from our room (11th floor)
Clean and comfortable. Professional staff.

Hotel was comfortable - check in was smooth. The room was nice. Parking is a challenge so don’t recommend staying in this area if you have a vehicle

Location is great, nice view of the city. A bit noisy since it’s along LGA flight path but 10 min drive to LGA. Breakfast is decent but the same daily. Gym is so-so, no one use it. Carpet is ancient, and headboard is peeling. Bathroom is more updated. AC is very noisy. Door lock works iffy. We rarely spent time in room except to sleep and take showers.

Booked this hotel based on its high rating but was highly disappointed and decide to leave a review so others won't be deceived by its rating. This is my first ever review on all the hotel stays with my years of traveling in many countries.
Room have a damp, musty feel even with the air conditioner is on all time. Bathroom is cramp. Hot water took more than several minutes to come. Almost none existing service. At $200+ per night, it is a robbery. It is located in Flushing NY and could tell from the staffs that it is owned and run by Chinese. Had been stayed in small town hotels in China before and I would rate higher on those $20 per night hotels over this one.

Seemed there was always at least two people at the desk. Sometimes 3-4. For some reason, we got an up graded room - VERY NICE. It had large windows and a great (distant) 10th floor view of mid Manhattan and northward (lower Manhattan obscured by neighboring buildings)
Located 4 blocks from the 7 line subway terminus. So, easy IMO access to Grand Central and Yankee stadium. In heart of Queens China town. If being where most people look and speak different than you is a problem, be aware. The neighborhood is bustling but felt very safe to walk through at 10:30pm.
The train line is one stop from Citifield and Billie Jean King USTA complex. It was $20 and about 10 minutes by Uber to LaGuardia. $50ish and a 30-40 minute Uber from JFK.
Not sure but I think either airport could be accessed by mass transit but not real conveniently.
Breakfast was good IMO. The bathroom in our room was ultra modern.

The hotel is old, not renovated, furniture, lamps, towels, etc. Breakfast is terrible!!
4.0 / 10.0
Everything is out dated, except the bathroom seems to have been renovated not long ago. Took 10 minutes to get hot water on the 2nd floor. The carpet was pretty dirty. The 2 elevators were out of service at the same time during my stay and that is why I chose to take the 2nd floor. Plus side is that the staff was friendly and helpful.

The breakfast bar had sour milk, and coffee was usually old. The hot water took, no exaggeration 3 to 4 minutes to get warm both in the sink and the shower.

Location, location, location.
If you’re visiting China town, this is a great place to stay. It’s right in the middle of everything. Short walk to a subway stop, tons of food around.

Very very shabby hotel. Decor was circa 1970's. Old, loud, A/C unit. Horrible smelling cleaning products. The breakfast consisted of fried rice, milky, weird cereal/soup and green looking eggs. The view from our room was an industrial menagerie of stacks and a parking lots. The worst hotel in which I have ever stayed. Especially at $350/night.

Everything was fine but breakfast food wasn’t great and they had no shuttle to the airport.
6.0 / 10.0
They required a US passport or other US based ID on check in and took a photo copy of my passport. That’s terrible security/privacy protocol. Unnecessary and I found this fairly disturbing to be honest. There is zero need for that. Was too late to go anywhere else due to this.

The hotel was perfectly fine. Good, but not great. Very convenient for Citi Field and US Open. I would stay again. Keep expectations in mind when reserving.

Despite this was a Ramada inn, I couldn’t use my rewards the hotel and the actual rooms didn’t quite match the elevators out limited space on share ride pick ups just expected a little better for the cost

Worst value I've had in a hotel. Old and in dire need of renovation, although some rooms have been renovated.

The room was ok , except the bed ! Very uncomfortable and hard . The TV also had limited channels . Terrible breakfast ! I know it was Chinatown in Flushing , but there are guest from other places , and rice for breakfast and no potatoes . Then there was pork sausage . I do not eat pork ! Perhaps more of a selection , including fruit , oatmeal , yogurt, and a meat that is not PORK. That sugary cereal is not good , there are people who are gluten intolerant and lactose intolerant.

I didn’t know this was china town. Added bonus because the restaurants were great. The scenery was different and cool and we had a view of manhattan out our window.
