Because it’s on the side of the street, you can really hear a lot of noise. Sometimes I get bothered by that. But the staff are nice and they accommodate me well..

I have stayed at this hotel previously, the staff are friendly. It is one of a kind in its location which is useful due to the fact that it has an elevator.

the hotel itself was not too shabby, and for the price, it really was a steal, but make sure you get it cleaned everyday. It is located on a super busy street, so be weary about that. not a bad experience, and if i were ever to stay in malate again, i would definitely consider this hotel again.

Noisy neighborhood, leaky plumbing, room not really clean, glad it was only a 1 night stay. Nice decor, but small room---looks bigger in the hotel ad pictures.

Booked the hotel for its proximity to the Apostolic Nunciature Manila, the Rizal Park & the rest of the venues where Pope Francis would be visiting for his apostolic visit to the Philippines last January 15 to 19, 2015. It was a good choice for its location & accessibility. The rooms were clean & kept clean (should you choose to have your room made up) by accommodating staff. Hotel amenities are basic (ref, electric pot to heat water but no coffee or tea, bottled water for 2 pax, cable TV, bathroom & toilet, towels for 2 pax, toothbrush/toothpaste, soap & shampoo for toiletries, an elevator to service the 5-floor facility).
Just make sure to inspect the facilities for anything broken or amiss and report them right away. For our stay, I reported that our room had a broken night light, an unhinged cabinet door hinge and bad/noisy signal from the cable TV. Of the 3 concerns, only the concern on night light was addressed w/ a bulb replacement. :(
Parking space is limited; they can only accommodate parking for 3 cars at the front of the hotel. A continental breakfast (2-bread slices, butter, jam and coffee) comes with the accommodations. Should you wish to "upgrade" to other breakfast offerings, you will be asked to pay the difference.

This was the smallest hotel room I have ever seen, clean but small. The bed was comfy and clean, shower was okay but the hot water didn't work. I informed a worker but no follow-up. Internet broken on my floor, informed staff, no fix done. Internet only in the lobby. Staff friendly first day but after a bit lukewarm. Manager never asked us how is the room, nothing...she did manage to say good bye and thank you on check out. Location is a bit okay, about 1km to shopping/clubs. Ordered the exact same breakfast two days in a row, first day had bacon and ham, second day no, asked for bacon and ham like day before and they never brought it out. If all other hotels are full I would stay here again, otherwise no thanks. I have been traveling internationally for 17 years so I have a wide range of experience with hotels, cheap and 5 star.
